Had my brakes replaced in a timely and efficient manner. Palmers Automotive is our go to place for our cars. We have been going to them for years. Brian and his staff are awesome. Jessica was very helpful with the scheduling. An all around great place. I highly recommend

10/16/23 I have had my not so new Ford Focus st worked on and smog checked at Brian Palmer's auto shop also my F250 diesel 4x4. The crew is knowledgeable and honest. Both my vehicles are old but low mileage. They are on top of the latest requirements and my specific situation. I trust them 100%; and that is a rare quality in Mechanics.I have noticed that Brian has a relationship with his customers, other mechanics are more adversarial programed just to drain money from your wallet. Not Brian. He is direct but not pushy. I would recommend that crew to my closest friend without any hesitation.He does full service brakes, exhaust, over haul, suspension etc.If you own a car you should be in the market for a crew like Brian's.Post script:10/16/23 Headlamps on 4x4 replaced had become frosted over by sun.12/20/23 I brought my 4x4 in for and early morning smog check and was in and out in 20 minutes.

The staff is really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I had an urgent situation with my car and needed a lot of help. They were really patient when I had to call a million times, and they also fit me into their schedule at the last minute more than once. I was really grateful to have their help through such a stressful time!

The owner and the mechanics were very friendly and very polite. They shared everything that I needed to know about the work being done and explained why it needed to be done. Also, the cost of repairing my vehicle was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop!

I have always felt trusted and respected here, and even though auto repair is expensive I don't feel their prices are excessive. They are very flexible when you come in with an emergency. They will find a way.

I couldn t say enough amazing things about Palmers! The only negative is I don t live in the same town. But even that it s worth the drive! Brian was amazing! He took great care of us. Was an excellent communicator and did a very good job, prices were fair and he was very honest with what needed to be done and what could wait. I m such a happy customer! Thanks again!

Best auto mechanic I've ever experienced. Over the last decade I've taken 4x4 trucks to him. A dodge muscle car with a high performance engine, and even a small economy car. He's never let me down. Brian's ability and care for your auto concerns is unmatched in the greater twin city area.

This was our first experience with Brian and Palmer's. It was stellar and we have our new local repair facility with the loss of our go to auto shop.2nd experience now: regular maintenance, (transmission service) and heavy need for brake repairs on our used van purchase were completed. There was an issue that occurred that Palmer's immediately handled quickly, without hesitation that contributes to today's 5 star rating. Well Done!

They helped me right away. My car was there 13 days, cost $4200. My clutch was replaced and it pops out of 1st and reverse. I brought it in, WITH AN OIL LEAK, and I left, WITH AN OIL LEAK. So now, I have to take it back, pay him to take it all apart again, exactly how they already did, and actually FIX the things THAT ARE BROKEN, instead of ignoring them and putting it back, all broken. My ac now had some problem to. They also broke my console. I didn't bother to tell him. Just too frustrated at this point. Super nice dude though.

I found Palmers about 4 or 5 years ago. I brought my Kia in for something wrong with the engine. He could ve sold me a new engine, but instead helped me get in contact with Ford cause there was a recall. He cared more about us than his pocketbook.
