I needed a reliable and affordable car and I needed it fast. I came in and they were extremely helpful and friendly, letting me inspect and drive their cars and telling me the mileages and prices. All of their cars are in absolutely satisfactory conditions and at unbelievably affordable prices. The staff and customer service was genuine and efficient. Even after I bought the car, they continue to make sure their product is the best it can be and their customers satisfaction top priority.I don t know how they can do that without coming off as desperate push overs and kiss a**es because they re so down to earth friendly, I d invite them to my wedding. They re that good.If you re looking for a car, save yourself some time and look for J&A Auto Sales

I had such a great experience with J & A auto Sales. I needed an affordable family size vehicle for my growing family and they got me exactly what I was looking for! Honestly my credit could be better, and they were still able to work with me!! So grateful. I ended up choosing a vehicle that wasn t going to be ready for about a week but Juan and Karla stayed in contact and kept me updated. Juan was very helpful through all of the paperwork and various options for warranties, etc. There was a problem with one of the windows that I didn t notice until just after leaving and Juan graciously told me to bring it in and they d get it taken care of ASAP. I appreciate all the time and energy they spent making sure I got the right car for me and that it s working as it should be. I definitely recommend them!

I had the best experience buying a car at J&A Auto ! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I went in with bad credit and they still managed to work with me and get me the best deal. When all hope was lost they came through for me and made it happen . Highly recommend them !

Jaun the sales guy their is a absolute great man he is willing to work with whatever and is very patient and supportive he took 2 days out of his time and never ounce made me feel like I was being slow he s the best guy to purchase a car from ask for him when u go into j&a auto sales u won t be disappointed

I just bought a car from Juan at J&A auto, and I can honestly say that it was the best experience ever Juan is amazing!! He really cares about his customers he takes his time to explain ever option available, and he doesn't force anything on you that you don't want. My credit is not the best but I told him what car I wanted and I knew it would be a long shot for me to get approved, but Juan did everything he could for 2 days to get me approved, and today I drove off in the car that I wanted. A lot of car dealerships make buying a car such a horrible experience, but at J&A they make you feel welcomed like family. I will be recommending family and friends to Juan. So if you guys want to buy a car from here I would tell you to go for it you will not be disappointed.

Absolute BEST customer service!!! I was referred here by and friend and went in to see what I could get in to. Everyone was so friendly and worked with us to make it happen. I am extremely pleased with the car we purchased. Will definitely be sending everyone looking here!!

Absolutely hands down the best car lot I've ever dealt with. Juan was very thorough polite And took his time to make sure we understood the contract in terms. Not to mention an amazing deal on a vehicle. I would absolutely recommend this lot for friends and family and if you want a great experience and not feel pressured.

I was recently in need of a new used vehicle I decided to swing by J & A auto the sales people. There were very friendly and very helpful. I didn t feel as if I was being pressured after purchasing the vehicle. There was a couple of minor issues which they stepped up and fixed right away. The sales person that I dealt with was Karlie. I would recommend her to anybody. She was very pleasant to deal with very helpful and if I need a vehicle in the future, I plan on going back to them.

I visited J&Aauto 1/13/2023 looking for a great car, and got one! Customer service is above and beyond expectations, Juan was friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated! I came in nervous, (prior experiences at other dealerships didnt go well.) and left happy. I recommend coming to J&A auto for your car shopping needs! Thank you Juan, for all your help!

Wanna start by saying these guys here lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Carlos and Karla we're extremely understanding, super helpful, and overall a great team. I had been searching for a car all week, they reached out right when I was about to give up. They're trusting and are willing to give you a lending hand. Forever grateful!!! My husband and I were in the market for a awesome car and J & A Auto fulfilled our every need. It was a quick process and Juan was great! I just want to say thank you Juan at j&A autos, his service is top notch I definitely recommend coming here, I was a first time buyer and he is super straight forward very easy to work with no hassle, excellent customer service, Juan waited after hours for me just to look at a car, I was in shock when he got me approved for the vehicle I was looking at, so if your in need or a vehicle in this area I strongly recommend coming here you won t be disappointed.

It was great doing business with Juan he is very helpful and honest and does what he says he's going to do . he gets the best deals for you that he can, also patient when you don't know what car you want I couldn't have went to a better car lot so everybody needs to go to this car lot because they'll like totally awesome
