Cannot express my disappointment enough. I dropped my truck off at the beginning of September to have one brake line replaced, I was given an ETA of about 20 days to get the part and put it in. By October when I hadn't heard from anybody I called and was told the part was still on order another week went by and I called again was told the same thing finally by the end of October I informed them I would be coming to pick it up if the part did not arrive by end of the week so two days ago I went to grab my truck I called an hour and a half before I got there so they had time to have it ready as well as my refund . When I arrived my truck was not visible so I went in and asked where it was I was told it was out back and would be pulled out front immediately after a half hour of waiting I went back inside and was told that the tire was low and needed air after an additional 20 minutes I went inside again and was told they were still airing up the tire I'm not sure how that took 50 minutes but finally my truck came out front then I was told that they had to jump it five times to get it about a hundred feet to where it was now and when I got in it it immediately died let's keep in mind that the truck ran perfectly and was only in for a brake line . They had my truck for over 2 months and did not start it one single time the window was left down in the rain and it took an additional 24 hours to get my truck because they had to remove and charge the battery I recommend no one ever come here no matter how desperate you areService: Brakes

Horrible service! I took my car there for an oil leak that was never fixed. I paid for an oil change and the filter was never replaced nor the oil changed, I paid for a new thermostat that was never replaced! I also paid $500 for Juan to replace the water and pump that was also NOT repaced! I paid them over $2500 in services and the day I picked up my car it broke down the same day, GTO does NOT fix cars they only change parts their work is not Guaranteed. I m only only writing this review because I was robbed, I ended up taking my vehicle to a professional mechanic and I was told that nothing was done to my car at GTO.

Worst place in town to have anything done to your vehicles. couldn t even put my tire on right, an messed up the alignment. They have the worst employees like Walmart, always claim they busy but everyone is just sitting around. They provide false advertising, they said one thing over the phone then when I came in person they told me a different price. Tbh I think this place is biased to people who aren t of Spanish roots. This place makes queen pennies a better option .

If you want an honest mechanic or tire guy. Go to GTO Tire and Auto. These people are great. They work quickly and don't over charge. I highly recommend.

Love this place was stuck and this shop was able to put tires on my truck in a jiffy and help after les schawb wouldnt.. Very nice people
