Unfortunately my new truck was backed into. Luckily i choose the right spot. First class service. They even arranged the rental pick up drop off and the work looks perfect! Manuel was the most patient helpful person, first class service and work. Thanks.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company s work is poor. Their communication is extremely poor and they kept my car for over 30 days which resulted in me now having to pay more money out of pocket which i absolutely should not be responsible for being they decided they shouldn t communicate anything with my insurance or me for that matter.My car came back with a dent in the door in, paint chips on the hood. And Alex replied with I ll fix it when a car that is the same color comes in now my front bumper is sagging, oh and here s the kicker. They don t except checks as legal tender, even though there is no signs posted about it. Go find a better body shop this place is really unprofessional and Alex is the master of excuses the front desk lady has a poor attitude.

G&C is the best auto body repair shop around. They were quick, courteous and pure perfection in the work they did to my Jeep. They kept in touch with me through the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair. Thank you G&C and thank you, Brynda!

The office staff is very helpful, they made sure and kept me informed of the whole process, with parts being on back order they would send me a text at least once a week. Once parts arrived they made sure to accommodate me with my schedule for dropping it off and picking it up. My car looked amazing, i will without a doubt refer to my family and friends.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Their staff was very friendly and informative, the lady dealing with my car kept me updated and worked with my insurance to make sure everything was covered. They estimated 20 days for full repairs but got it all finished within 10 , great with the body work an made everything look back to brand new honestly. 10/10 recommend . Very helpful in stressful situations and they were understanding .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The entire team at G&C Auto Body is amazing! Friendly, efficient and genuine people make this place the gem that it is. The entire process of getting my vehicle repaired by them was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had. 20/10 if I could, HIGHLY recommend. Julie at the front desk will make you smile when you walk in the door. The inside lobby is just the right size, very clean, warm and inviting. Refreshments (water, coffee, tea) are available should you need to wait for anything or anyone (and your wait will be less than 5 minutes!) and there is some absolutely beautiful photography on display that will certainly grab your eye. Ms. Brynda stayed in close contact with me throughout the repair process. She truly made me feel that both myself and my vehicle were in good hands. From what I can tell as well as based on what I ve experienced, this business prides themselves on quality work and exceptional customer service. Maybe that s why they ve been around for 50 years! I d hope not to need their services again for obvious reasons but if I ever do, I will definitely be back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The gang here at the shop did a fantastic job making the entire process an easy breeze. With it being my first auto accident, I didn t know what to really expect about the process but the team did a solid by making sure to answer most of my questions upon explanation, and they were able to answer my questions professionally and accurately.While I was waiting for repairs, Brenda was great in reassuring my worries with courtesy calls with updates in regards to my car as parts were coming their way.Would recommend!

Our experience was kind, thoughtful. Everything explained, so we would understand in simple and professional terms. Very nice staff. Great experience. Also worked with us on scheduling so we were both happy.. there should be more businesses like this. Thank you Christopher !!

I ve had my car there for a few months and their lack of communication is concerning. I ve called numerous times and continue to get the same response without even being informed what exact parts we re waiting on. I called and spoke to a very rude woman who claimed I was angry when really anyone in my position would be understandingly anxious/frustrated. Finally I spoke to a nicer gentleman (I assume the manager) who actually had a conversation with me and explained what exactly is going on. I appreciate him and after our conversation I trust he will get the job done.

I had an appointment scheduled in the beginning of October where I had to pay a co pay of 500 (which I did pay). I was told they were gonna order my parts and I could come back early November to get my car fixed. I called all of November and they couldn't give me an estimate, finally in December they called me to bring my car back in. When I show up to my appointment the lady at the front (Julie) insisted I hadn't payed. I told her I had back in October when she then mentioned they had gotten a new system and that's her fault. I go on to pay the rest of the balance and drop my car off. Today she is calling my mom being very inappropriate stating we never paid all though we did in full. She is extremely rude and they do not have there paperwork in order. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!!!!Service: Body & Trim

An amazing shop with the best customer service! Not only did they keep me updated throughout the whole process, but they were also kind enough to provide transportation to the rental car location when the rental car service couldn t. My car turned out good as new and they made sure to return it clean and shiny! Amazing work and great people to work with!!Service: Body & Trim

Excellent service, they kept me informed allthroughout the project, had it ready ahead of schedule and gave us the car back beautifully. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were on top of everything and ensured that I was satisfied with how everything looked. People are friendly but have poor communication. They took over a week longer then expected. Didn t even repair my vehicle properly. I asked them to resolve the problem. I could see a lot of flaws on the auto body repairs. I ve been waiting 2 months and the vehicle is still not repaired. I called for a update regarding when i could drop it off. No one has yet to return my call. I ll never go there

Lady who answer calls very rude. Ppl who ck ur vehicles there they just waste your time.. they keep on telling you next week, they even tell you what day they will call you but they nvr call you back. If you call them on the day they suppose to call you they just dont talk to you. They dont reply your calls, im complaining to my insurance for wasting my 1 month, if my insurance say what can they do then i will canceling my insurance because they sent me to them....

My experience with this place was great every one was very friendly and they did a great job fixing my car. Brenda is great and she knows what she's doing. I would for sure bring my car here if I ever needed to and refer people here.
