Wonderful experience! Needed work done on my 2011 Tacoma truck. Brian was super clear and concise with what was needed and worked with me by explaining the different paths we could take, depending on my budget.Ended up replacing a few steering components and front strut suspension. He had the truck in and out and it feels a world of a difference. Appreciated the clear communication and will completely trust this shop with future repairs.

We took my husband s car into his shop a few weeks ago he ran a diagnostic on it. He was upfront, instead of just replacing the ac motor blower. He convinced me to have them do a diagnostic first so we would be a 100% to what was going on with the care AC. I would recommend him, I just liked how he was upfront and seemed honest. Thanks again Brian for your help!!!

Brian is amazing. We needed an engine rebuild or replacement on an 86 Toyota Sun Raider.Brian assured me he could do a rebuild and turn it around quickly.Not only was he timely, he was thorough and kept me informed throughout the repair.We drove the Toyota from California back to Wisconsin with no problems (Before the snow).It runs better than it ever did.I am pretty sure nobody but Brian could have turned this high quality dependable repair around. Brian and his team is amazing! They replaced my engine and drives very good. Brian went out of his way to search every where for me a motor that was good and less miles for what I could afford. I will always bring my car here and no where else. Very friendly people that make you feel comfortable when you walk in. What a great place to get my A/C replaced! Not the first of my cars to go through here, but MY first time with the interaction, and wow! What a great experience! JR walked me through every step, made sure I was fully aware of all the work that had been done. Then they added their warranty on top of it! Even if some more needed to get replaced, I feel as though they did the best they could with this ol' car!

This place is a total ripoff. Quotes you one price then calls you after they started the work raising the price another $150, because they say it's more labor intensified than they thought. Then when you go in to pay they don't warn their customers that there's an additional 17% fee if you use a credit card. I was charged another $34 just for swiping my card!! Total crooks, I will never take my vehicles to this place.

I would highly recommend going to Brian's Auto Care Center. They have great customer service. Got me in and out in no time. I'm extremely happy with their service. Answered all the questions I had. I did make an appointment ahead which helped alot. Thank you so much!

I'm out on this wildfire and my starter was going bad. I need this truck to do the work and needed same day service. I called another repair shop and they told me I had to wait 2 days. Spent close to 400$ to have my brake booster fixed. I originally asked for my master brake cylinder to be replaced, Brian told me confidently that he thought it was the brake booster so we proceeded with that. I asked him before I left with the car if the brakes were sounds and he assured me they were. Fastforward 4 days after I get my car, I am coming down Simpson lane offramp, my brakes quit working and I slammed into the back of a truck. Thankfully my son wasn't in the car. My mom called him to at least ask if we could get our money back and he cussed her out and told her to burn in hell. We'll be taking him to court over this.

Warning Brian's Auto Care is a scam Brian and the heavy set guy that's working all the time are drinking beer all day long I got a timing belt replacement and the car is squeaking already not even 2,000 miles I have moved out of state can not take it back they' do not stand by there work because it's sloppy drunk work not only that they cause body damage they cannot work on Hondas anything do not take it here for a battery inspection nothing I have to pay$ 250 to my insurance for my deductible timing belt cost $1,100 plus diagnosis my insurance company is actively looking to get the money back from the body damage best likely scenario is that they were drinking and slammed the hood shut with tools still left in the top of the hood causing damage to the hood and fender Brian also calls people's names when he doesn't like it when you ask him about your car and stay away from this place trust me take my word for it you been warned Brian you can say what ever you like but you know what the Truth I will post pictures of the body damage and missing parts

This shop is the worst! Everyone should stay away from this shop! Terrible service and they don't know what they are doing. Go anywhere else but here!! They will make your car worse than what it was when it came in and then you'll have to pay for those repairs also! STAY AWAY!!!!

Brian's auto care, jury is still out we will see if they make the job right they charged me $ 637oo and it did not fix the problem so they have the car again wonder what else they will replace and not fix the problem
