I showed up early on a Monday morning with a 68rfe in the back of my truck. Talked to Troy at the front desk who was very helpful and said he would have his expert look at it as soon as he could (I myself have worked in and been around the automotive industry long enough to know that usually means 3-5 business days. That was not the case here). He called me 2 hours later with a few questions and had an answer to my problem by noon the very same day.I know that's it is not liked when customers watch or help with builds but I had to know what I did wrong...Tom ,the transmission master, was more than willing to answer my questions and explain to me what I did and why what I did was not going to work. Big thanks to those guys for putting up with my eager mind and answering all my questions!Very knowledgeable crew with a very fast turnaround. I will be taking all of my current and future business to aatco transmission in marysville, CA from now on. Couldn't have had a better experience!

Excellent service. Thank you for doing a great job on my Buick Lesabre. Tom showed me all of the destroyed parts which I found impressive. Troy is a very good business man. They did a complete rebuild of my transmission and I got new axles. Ready for another 165k miles. I am going to buy them lunch. THANK YOU AATCO TRANSMISSIONS.

Well my transmission is toast, but I will say that I was not charged to have it checked out. That was a really nice positive. I also want to say that Troy was very kind, friendly and was very understanding about the fact I had to leave my car for a couple of days before removing it. Troy was awesome. The whole team works good together. I was able to call and be kept in the loop on what was going on with my car. Troy works hard to make sure the customers are satisfied and that the work is quality work. I called around to different shops in the area and AATCO was the one place who was able to give me the information I needed. I definitely plan to return for any future services that I need. i had extended warranty that i never had to use before.I came to Aatco and spoke with Troy and i literally dropped the car off and told him how i had extended warranty and to please contact my warranty regarding coverage for the repair.I never had to speak with my warranty provider, everything was handled by Troy!He kept me in the loop by providing updates along the way regarding the warranty process. Had to get approval from an inspector. He handled speaking with the inspector.When he got the approval he informed me and began the repair. I came in a few times to ask questions and check if anything was needed on my behalf.He was polite and answered all my questions.Troy made this stressful event alot easier to manage.I got my car back repaired sooner than i even expected! ( i thought three weeks and i got it back within 8 or so days!)Transmission issues?...this is the best place to bring it!

Troy and his team are amazing!!! They are professional, honorable, trustworthy just amazing over all! I m a single mom and sometimes it seems us women can be taken advantage of because of our lack of knowledge at mechanics, I guarantee you that will never happen to you here. I m so happy with the service provided to me and my family. My Tahoe runs like a champ at 200,000+ miles, I recommend Troy and his team at AATCO for all your transmission needs!! I went into Aatco transmission for a transmission fluid change and Troy Towne was able to help me perfectly. With reasonable prices and not trying to upsell anything that I didn't ask for I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had a great experience with Aatco! Troy is very friendly and they got my transmission replaced in a few days. I paid what was quoted, and they were able to get me a high mileage warranty for the new transmission. I had an issue come up with the car I just received for my birthday. My husband called in to Aatco and told them what was happening and the noises I was hearing. We had an appt. set and scheduled within 30 minutes of making that phone call. Troy advised us of the estimate, called around and got the best deal possible for the parts we needed and we were done and out the door within 1.5 hours. I was so impressed with the personable service Troy gave us, that we decided to keep coming here anytime we have an issue. We also had our sons car worked on a month after, Troy personally drove him home so he didn't have to wait at the shop for hours. Thank you Aatco Transmission, and special thanks to Troy for going above and beyond for your customers. This is what makes a CUSTOMER LOYAL!

Aatco will have my business for life, I had a transmission go out on me on a sunday and brought it to them the next day. They diagnosed the issue and worked out a few price options for me and I ended up going with a in house rebuilt transmission of theirs. They had it installed and done with in a few hours and I was back on the road again the same day. Can't thank them enough for their professionalism and expertise. Ok drove on my replacement transfercase no issues. Then I put it to the test drove around clear lake up Willis across to the beach then oh yea up 1 north all the way to redway garberville back down the 101 to Santa Rosa ran like a champ hills no problem. He did the job on time added he had to swap out my stepper motor could have upcharged for that but nope stuck to the original price even though he made me aware beforehand. Great guy salt of the earth dude and the tech does solid work really happy with the service.

Excellent work, very honest! They give you a free, thorough, and accurate assessment/estimate before tearing into your car. There have been a few times I have brought different cars in, that I thought may need major work, and they just needed something minor. They even said, "this is work you can do yourself, and save a lot of money," so I did. Other times I wasn't so lucky, and needed a rebuild. Any work they have done for me has been done fast and right, for less money than the other shops! Troy and Rosendo are a great team. Definitely a 5 star shop.

My daughter traveled from Nevada for a visit and her transmissions went out just before she got to town. She contacted Troy at AACTO. He got her in and did the repair in 2 says. Just in time for her return home. Great service, great price, great repair. Thank you so much!

My truck barely made it in to the shop as my transmission was hemorrhaging fluid. It was clear, I needed a new transmission. They told me it would take a couple of days for them to order a transmission & get it installed. They did the job in the time & for the amount quoted. Honest & friendly guys. I'm glad I found this place.

After calling around getting quotes, Aatco Trans stood out as the most helpful. My vehicle also had a unique system that some other repair shops where hesitant to work with. About a two day turn around with a clutch/flywheel job- quick and good work.

Great place to get your transmission taken care of. I stopped in because my transmission was leaking. They were curtious, professional, affordable, and my car was done before the time they quoted me on. What more can you ask for. Would recommend to anyone. If I have any issues with the transmission on any of my car's I will be coming here. Thank you Aatco. Amazing job.
