I had a great experience at this location this week. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My vehicle was diagnosed and fixed correctly, delivered on time, and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future and recommending them to others. Excellent service! John Ray and Paul B. were extremely helpful, patient to answer every question, did a thorough pre-inspection, then got the job done in perfect timing! I'm a mechanic myself but, did not own the tools for an a/c compressor replacement at home to abide by EPA regulations, so I went straight to them. I never let anybody work on my car but those guys... they have my business for anything I can't do myself!

It would be 5 stars but l haven't done the smog test yet. Shouldn't be a problem since it's a new catalytic converter to earn that fifth star . The manager and staff were knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks again for your good work

Avoid this place at all costs! I would leave zero stars if Google allowed it!Had an appointment scheduled for 11:00am last Thursday to get an oil change, have 4 new tires that I provided installed, and get an alignment. Was told the work was simple and the car would be ready within an hour. Received a phone call 4 hours later from one of the technicians stating that they had installed 3 out of the 4 tires but their tire machine had broke. They said the part would be there in the morning and car would be finished first thing tomorrow.Received a phone call the following morning ~ 07:30am saying that they were working on finishing the car and it would be ready soon. I didn t hear from them for a few hours so I called ~ 11:00am. Was informed they were wrapping up and car would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there ~ 11:45 and it was obvious that they weren t close to finished. Car was still on the lift and wheels/tires were still on the floor. Waited around for 45 minutes and didn t receive any updates so I decided to leave.Received a phone call about 2 hours later saying that the work couldn t be completed because their tire machine was old and couldn t handle new rubber . Additionally, I was informed that their tire machine had damaged my brand new tire and that they would be compensating me for a new tire and reducing the service charges since they couldn t finish the work. When I got there, they had installed the spare tire on my car because they had damaged both my old and new tire during the installation process. This left my car in a dangerous state because the spare tire was flat and a different size than my existing wheels. Was told that since their machine was broken there was nothing they could do.I needed my car that night so I scrambled to find a local tire place that could fix it. Ended up at RT Tire in Pacheco who did an amazing job finding me a used tire in the right size that they were able to install in 15 minutes without issue! I ve been driving around with mismatched tires for the past few days while I wait for the new tire to be delivered.I understand that I was compensated for the damaged wheel and work the wasn t not completed, but my time is more valuable than that. I will never be returning to any Meineke and will spend the rest of my life making sure that no one I know goes there again.

Fantastic service and staff! Richardo was great. I came in on Veterans Day. Very thorough and helpful inspection report with pictures was provided, handily the best of any auto shop I have been to. Really nice people. Got a great price for my synthetic oil change and they thankfully rotated my tires without charge. I Rated 3 stars because: it took over 2.5 hours to complete an oil change when quoted 45-60 mins and then found out they don t carry much inventory to fix other issues with my car after pointing it out. I had to wait another 40 mins to change my cab filter for $70. I googled the cab air filter for $20. So that s $50 for labor that takes the average person 15 mins to change it themselves.

Disorganized. I would avoid this place or at least get a second opinion. They wanted to charge me extremely high cost for a battery change. I'm not even sure if that was the real problem with my car but they said they start there and go down a list of things before actually checking the car engine all around.. not sure what a diagnostic consist of but seems like the only way is to read a sensor no physical digging into the issues. I guess its just hard to find a good honest mechanic who'll put in the work for what they want to charge you to find out the real the problem that needs to be fix. I will not be back.

Car engine was replaced. Took five weeks! Barely ANY communications, except when I called. Was told I had a 4 yr/ 40k mile warranty. Now I can't get a copy of that warranty. Further, Meineke said that's only on parts. Hmmm... Interesting. Never was told that prior. Further, car is overheating and I picked it up with a Automatic Transmission Fluid overheat light blinking. Obviously something is wrong. OBVIOUSLY. yet ... They look at me like a "whining girl".

If I could give 0 stars that would be accurate. I went in for a simple oil pressure sensor change and they were trying to figure out why the sensor they bought wouldn t fit it was because they were trying to put it where the oil temperature sensor is. They talked to my friend and I like we were dumb little girls that knew nothing about cars when we do and went home and changed it ourselves.

I usually do my own car work, but when I don't have access to equipment or space this is my go to shop nearby. They are transparent with pricing, friendly, helpful and flexible. Most days you can get in and out pretty quick same day. Would recommend them for most routine car care at a reasonable price.Mike is great and the techs will take you back to show you any issues that require more work and why.

Went to get my AC hose repaired on my work truck. Someone said they will order the part and the guy at the front counter. Dimitri didn t even know what part to order and the technician Ricardo was supposed to call me back after he ordered the original part and it s been 3 to 4 days and I still haven t heard back from him, not the place to go to get anything fixed in the timely fashion.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

These kind gentlemen including Gonzalo of this Martinez branch refilled my tire for weeks until I could get it in to be repaired. They gave me an estimate for the tire repair and it wasn't a penny more It turned out to be a small, bent nail which they quickly repaired.From the front desk to inside the garage , all the employees are competent, knowledgeable and friendly. Nowhere near a good experience. Had an appointment that served no purpose. In at 8:30 a.m. and wasn t touched until the next day New headlights were installed and not even aligned. My experience at this business was an awesome one! Mike gave me magnificent customer service. As I walked into the office, he welcomed me with a smile, (which is rare in many businesses today) and greeted me with professionalism! Just picked up our car the other day.Mike ( the manager) , Ron , Sergio. I got my AC compressor replaced and system recharged, rear struts replaced, and oil changed. Mike and Ron provided outstanding customer service with great communication and overall professionalism. Highly recommend this location due to them specifically. My car runs great and the AC is ice cold!
