Such an excellent experience and group of people to work with. This has been my second time there with my car over the last few years and I in my car we're taking care of 100% by the staff and hard workers! I am one happy camper!

Martinez Auto Body provided me with excellent service for my Mini Cooper! I was kept informed at all stages of the repair by professional, courteous and knowledgeable reps. The result was timely and excellent in every respect. I highly recommend them!

First of all I want to say I'm not one to typically leave reviews, so the fact that I am here in itself says a lot! All of the guys were incredibly friendly, professional and very communicative. They explained in detail what was needed, what'd they have to do to complete the repair and what the overall process would be. This was a repair through someone else's insurance and as annoying as being rear ended was honestly the service I received thru them to get my car back to the original condition was seemless and even enjoyable. They turned my car around quickly which I appreciated as I am a working mom of three kids and even cleaned my car when I told them not too worry about it because my schedule gave them little time. I can't say enough positive things about these folks or their services! I hope to never get into another accident but should I EVER need services like this again they have a customer for life in me!Service: Body & Trim

Apologize for the late review. Went in for a routine tire alignment, and they had found a much bigger issue with my vehicle. Thanks to them it was fixed and under what I was expecting to pay. I can t thank them enough. Definitely great to talk to. Won t go anywhere else.

This place is very professional. I worked with Dan Provinse to get body work done. They were very thorough with everything and helped with my auto insurance to ensure the work was covered. Everything was handled professionally and fast with great quality work They went above and beyond to make sure I had my truck back in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone and everyone that needs work done! Thank you everyone at the Martinez Auto body shop for your work.

Martinez Auto Body did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. They are very thorough and organized and treat their customers well. Dan did a great job making sure my vehicle was in and out in the timeframe he estimated. They worked directly with my insurance company for a seamless repair experience. These guys went above and beyond to help me. I had some left over damage from someone who hit me last year in Sacramento. I now live out this way and was trying so hard to find a shop to help me. Sean told me to come in the next day to estimate and we set up a time for Son to do the work. Kia quoted me $2500 and my price for getting it fixed through Martinez Auto Body was less than $600!!!This shop is wonderful, calm, easy and relaxing atmosphere. Extremely clean office/waiting area. The owner who works inside the office was so personable. I enjoyed myself. And know what? My car was done in 2 days and without hitches. I can't thank you fellas enough for your care and understanding. You will NEVER be confused with other auto shops that have forgotten the best of returning customers. You guys are not an assembly line operation.

My Grandsons was in an accident with his dream car & brand new Honda. It was almost totaled. My brand new Toyota got rear ended and I was concerned that it would not be the same. Martinez Auto Body went through the entire car and made it like brand new. I have a fairly new Dodge Ram that someone hit the drivers door. Martinez Auto did an amazing job replacing the door and painting the side of the truck to exactly match the original paint color. You can't even tell the door was replaced. I highly recommend MA. They will do all the communications with the insurance company. They also personally delivered the truck back to me and completely detailed. Everyone here at our company was very impressed with the quality of workmanship, service and customer treatment.

Very helpful, prompt, and professional! We had a small body repair in an awkward place that could have been very expensive. The staff walked us through how to work with insurance so that what could have been a $$$$ repair was only $$ out of pocket. This place is as good as it gets! I bought a 2014 infiniti q50 and there were parts on the front bumper/under the hood that were broken and missing. They gave me a free quote for the repairs and the best price you could get to fix a car like this. Most auto shops are expensive and take advantage of your ignorance of how cars work and the different parts that need fixing. Most importantly Martinez Auto Body was honest and had the best customer service I have ever seen in an auto shop. Gary and Sean were exceptional people that helped me with every little thing I needed to be completely satisfied walking out of there. The repairs looked great and I also got my headlights cleaned as well as some scratches buffed out. My car looks brand new thanks to them.Service: Body & Trim

I went in fully expecting a repair bill of at least several hundred dollars for a scrape I did to my car. Sean was super nice and cleaned off the area, showing me the damage was very slight. He recommended getting touch up paint for the small area where I did scrap it off. He wished me a happy new year and I was on my way. Much relieved not to have that repair bill for a 2010 car! I hope I never need them, but I would definitely return here if I need repairs.

The taillight lens was cracked and they replaced it. They did a great job - quick and clean.They are very friendly. They take their time with you not making you feel rushed. They listen and give you options. I will use them again if the need arises.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

It always sucks when your car gets messed up. They were really nice to me, respectful, and took the time to explain the repair to me. They also worked with my insurance company (USAA) who was giving me trouble. I was willing to pay extra because it's a union shop, and that is something that's really important to me.

Worse experience with Martinez Auto Body! Do NOT take your car here. I wanted a more personal experience and got an experience from hell. Not only did they not fix my car correctly from an accudent, they actually made a new dent in my bumper and messed up my rim. They were very apologetic, AFTER they were shown pics that those problems weren't there when I brought the car to them! They did provide a rental for me, but took 1 and half weeks to get the bumper and rim done. Kept promising a date, which was changed twice. And did not offer any compensation for my extra stress and time, which was considerable. Bad business!

I recently got into an accident and had no idea what to do. I brought my car in and spoke with Sean. He listened to my story, connected me with the resources I needed, and helped me through the process. Should I ever need repairs in the future, I will definitely return.

If i could give this business zero stars i would do it right away, i gave him my minivan to fix my interior door handle, after seeing it he told me the part is 70$ and labor was gonna be 87$ because it would take .9 hours of labor to fix, the next day he called me he said bring the van because the part has arrived and was ready, i went and after fifteen min he called me sayng the car was ready (not .9 hours like he said) i went to pick up the car and the door handle was not completely fixed, and then he told me that it needed two parts instead of the one that he ordered he said to come tomorrow and hell have the the other part and now wanted to charge more money. hes the professional and should know if the car needed two pieces or one, im not the body shop professional he is and should be aware of whats happening with his customers cars
