We stopped by to get our leaky tire fixed and were taken care of right away. I was really impressed by the friendliness and the professionalism of the people there. I would not go anywhere else for tires. I'm including a photo. It might be hard to read but one sign says they are having a Sees candy drive for charity. The other says they are hiring. If you know anyone looking for work... well it's much nicer to work in a place where people are treated with honesty and respect... Speaking from experience.

I have had nothing but great experiences here over the years. Today was great in particular.Came in for an alignment and to get some new wheels and tires mounted.Ryan helped me out the while I was there. He was extremely helpful, attentive to detail, courteous, polite, and thorough. He noticed some problems I had in the front end of my truck and promptly notified me. Gave me options and advice on what I could do to resolve them.It was obvious to him I use my truck for a lot of hauling/towing, so he even came inside and asked me if I had any preference on tire pressure and whether I wanted any difference in pressure front to rear. (Which I did)The shop is always fantastic and provides good old fashioned care and customer service.Ryan is an awesome employee and definitely deserves a raise. Above and beyond.

Update: After noting multiple times to use the factory jack points, they still failed to follow directions and used the underside trim of my campervan causing it to bend. Now the body looks like it's starting to cave in.The first time they tried to fix the passenger side and now after my recent visit they bent the driver side. It's not even worth my time going back there to have the trim to be bent back into place...I really can wait for these Open Range tires to wear out so I can go somewhere else for service.If you go here, be sure to check under your vehicles.Original Review: This place has the most friendliest staff that really listens and takes care of your needs.Unlike other places that have techs and employees that seems like they hate their jobs. This place has a totally different vibe.

We have been coming to Les Schwab for our tire needs for a long time. This is the second time we've been to their shop in Martinez. (We mostly went to Concord before.) I have been 100% happy and impressed with both the attitude and the level of service in both locations. No complaints ever. This time we had a leaky tire and they got to it right away and had it fixed in less than on hour... Well it was right after they opened in the morning. I expect that we will continue to take all our time business to Les Schwab wherever we are.

If I could give 16 million stars I would!All the techs are nice and knowledgeable. Everyone who talked to me treated me with respect (honestly hard to come by when you are a woman walking into any situation with mechanics). Great services and fast. Didnt nickle and dime me and even gave me a free service. Absolutely recommend.

Les Schwab is the only choice for tires and brakes and who knows what else they do. They are the most trustworthy place, they have never tried to upsell,,,Ever!!They have done free rotations and tire repairs, brakes and ball joints for me in the past. They are the best within driving distance of Martinez.

To be straight up these guys rock. They ve treated me so well, always with respect & professionalism. My last experience was perfect and helped me out a ton. I always go here for my tires. Even had them do auto work on my car here and it they fixed it right with no extra issues. Thanks guys

Went there at 830am sat around after speaking with Travis 955 am hits I go ask for a time estimate.. still 2hrs wait time . I mentioned Travis been here for 8years and he still plays children s games employee laughed as he knew what I was referring to. Needless to say very unprofessional behavior from staff (Travis) not the first time this human has gave bad service. Won t be using les swabs ever again . I would not recommend the Martinez location

Friendly staff. Hit or miss how fast you can get in and out just depends on how many customers just showed up. Staff works fast to get everyone taken care of

I just don't get anxious going to Les Schwab. After sitting in the same position for a year, my driver's side tires had dry rotted. I scheduled an appointment online for noon. It was busy, but I was greeted promptly. (I would note both your names if you had been wearing name tags.) Not long after being greeted, out came Ryan to get me going. Next, Travis "Trav", offered options after I explained my plan and they were off.I was initially going to wait. I have to admit the LS lot is beautifully landscaped and wandering around for awhile is nice. The indoor waiting area and showroom are immaculate. There's coffee and popcorn too! Turned out that a friend came and grabbed me for lunch, but the cool cars, massive trucks, dredge and landscaping could have kept me occupied.At 2:15, I received a text from Trav notifying me that my car was done. Nice touch! I am always so impressed by the Les Schwab staff and their no pressure but more "advisory" role. And, in fact, they had discovered on their own that the driver's side tires were the worst. Just plain old great customer service at its BEST! Thank you again.

I've been a Les Schwab customer for years and Vallejo is my usual location but the Martinez location is closer after I moved. I like that this location has a lot more bays and every visit has been a lot faster than I expected them to be.Went to get new tires and when I asked how long the wait would be, the employee helping me said it would be about 2 hours but another employee chimed in it would be more like 3. I was perfectly happy to wait in their waiting area.After an hour they were done. Amazing how quick they were.They will be my go-to for any tire and brake related work.

We were on vacation driving to SF from Portland. We hit a huge nail on I-80 and the tire was ruined. While we were taking the tire off, one of the tire studs had been sheared off as well. From the time we limped into the parking lot to the time we were back on the road was not even an hour. Kendra, Claire, Mike, and Ryan were all amazing. They understood our situation and helped us get back to our vacation. A huge thank you to the Martinez Les Schwab team - you guys were awesome!

I seriously will not take my vehicles anywhere other than here. They are the BEST! I ve had other places be super rude to me and even damage my wheels. Travis and the rest of the staff here are always really kind and friendly, and they explain their recommendations in layman s terms. I can always trust that they will be honest and upfront with me and that my vehicle is in the best hands. I ve sent many friends and family their way and they ve always treated them just the same. If I could give more stars I absolutely would!

I've been going here for years. They still had seven cars in their system on this trip. They always do a great job they are always professional and always courteous. I moved away from this location but still go there because I know that they are super reliable and trustworthy.

I would highly recommend Les Schwab Tires at Martinez to anyone with tires issues! I brought my car in today to be inspected because the tire pressure warning indicator on the dashboard of my car came on. They found a screw embedded in one of my tires. Subsequently they took out the screw, plugged my tire and fill the air in my tire. And all these services were performed at no charge, even though I was a new customer with no prior business transaction with them!! I will certainly consider purchasing my tires from them in the future if any of my tires wear out!

I took my 1959 corvette to Martinez Les Schwab after contacting Chevron and union 76. Les Schwab of Martinez was the only ones to work on it. It had a screw in the tire with a slow leak. They fixed it and said, no charge, thanks for giving us the opportunity to work on such a beautiful car .I won t go anywhere else, and I highly recommend them for any of your needs.

Had a great experience here today getting all 4 of my tires replaced and alignment performed. Service was quick and they provided a ride home and a pickup since I'm local. Will return if I need brakes done

I've brought all my vehicles here for tires over the years, since I turned 16 - Les Schwab has gotten my business. The staff are great, the prices are good and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My dad went here about a week ago and they gave him very fast, reasonable service. I think he was also smitten by the pretty woman with nice nails at the counter because he said she complimented him on his nails that I had just done for him, and it made his entire day! Thank you Les Schwab!

The team here really lives up to the advertising of earning trust and being best-in-class. I got outstanding service quickly and professionally, even as closing time neared. Definitely over-and-above service level, making me a fan of the brand at least at this location. Not to mention, this location has ample parking and a clean and comfortable waiting area.

I called to see about getting a patch in my flat that had a nail in it. I was unsure if I had bought the tire from les Schwab but was told We offer many services as well as patching your tire even if you didn t purchase your tire here. I was calling 30 minutes before closing so I asked if it was still okay if I come in and was told, As long as our doors are open you are welcome here. After the long day I had I was treated with exceptional customer service and total patience. Thank you Travis and Kyle for being so great and for taking the time to explain everything to me.

Les Schwab has been helping our tire needs for over 10 years and the service has been consistently attentive, helpful and wallet friendly. Once, they gave me a pair of used tires free of charge when they didn't have the exact size of tire I was looking for. I was safe for another 3 to 4 months, easy, thanks to them. I'll never forget it! Today, I sent my mom their way w a surprise total at the end and paid for her tires ;)

I went here for the first time almost 5 years ago or so. I've had some not so great experiences with other tire shops but Les Schwab Martinez has ALWAYS taken care of me. I worked for Tesla for 5 years and I can definitely vouch for their customer service and quality every time I've gone. I'm a stickler about customer service and attention to detail. Just mounted another set of tires on my weekend track car. Really appreciate you guys as sometimes my rims have a lot of brake dust from my pads and you always wipe it down for me. Thank you guys in the back for all your hard work I appreciate since I've been there. Please tell all the techs I personally appreciate their hardworking and I'll always go back to this location. Front staff has always been a great help. This is my go to tire shop.

These guys are awesome. I've had a few services done here on my 4runner over the last 3 years and they always do a good job. Great communication and great value. Can't beat their new tires and service that comes with them.
