My first time at Hagin's automotive and I was imprinted with great customer service, it is a quality that will have you coming back as a customer. You are provided with thorough information of what was serviced in what it might possibly need in the future. I appreciate it the fact that it was honest and it did not sound like a sales pitch, which is a turn off for me. Thank you Hagin's automotive for your service.

My headlight went out and Robert got me in and had me out quickly. Hagins is amazing , honest ( which in its self is priceless ) price was reasonable, conversation was great! I will definitely go back and tell everyone I know. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

They are all so nice at this shop! The mechanics work very hard, and so does the office staff. They do great work, their prices are fair, lower than many shops, and they explain what needs to be done to your vehicle. I highly recommend this shop.Robert, the sales manager is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in detail, I appreciate that.

My first visit to Hagin s automotive.Robert was very nice and professional.They have a well organized shop with many bays. I was given a ride home with their shuttle service . They diagnosed it quickly and quoted me a reasonable price.The work was done on time and most importantly I felt confident that these guys know what they re doing and it s top quality work.I was very satisfied and will use them again !

We have been coming to Hagin's for all of our automotive needs since 2009. Great shop, reliable, trustworthy. New management for a couple of years now, since Andy (and Jeff) retired, but their service is still as great as ever.

I had a major service to do and Robert was so kind with being realistic about what needed to get done. He was friendly, funny and professional! I will only bring my cars here from now on. Good mechanics are hard to come by. Thank you for helping explain the service to me.

I had an obscure charging issue that was due to not using an oem alternator. They identified the issue and repaired for a fair price. What more could you ask for!

Place sucks. Didn't have the balls to jack up my van to swap out a tire. Prob job was too small for them to care. Dont know or care. Went to les schwab and they did it for free. So if you are in the area just go to les schwab.

I ve been to Hagin s ~4 times or so, and they have saved my life. I was looking at getting my entire brake system redone with a competitor, and they showed me how it wasn t necessary and did a smarter service that cut the competitor s price in HALF. I ve trusted them ever since - they re busy already, and good, and I never get the sense they re trying to make a quick buck off you. They have a mechanic who specializes in Toyotas and explained everything to me. I m not a super mechanically-inclined person, but I do appreciate knowing what s actually going on. They took me last minute earlier this week when my Corolla was making a funny sound. Also, they re kind and easy to talk to. Good service isn t dead :)

We took a vehicle in for a general inspection before we did a road trip. They informed us of the issues and what they recommended that needed to be addressed now and what could wait for later. On 7/12/23, I got a quote from Hagin's for front brake replacement and brake fluid exchange. I brought my car in on 8/22/23 to have the work done. Upon payment, I noted that I was charged $166 less than quoted. I voiced this and was told by Robert that he took care of me by giving me a $50 discount (the $50 was already part of the original quote).In reviewing my invoice, it stated that they recommend having the brake fluid exchange done. This explains the price discrepancy. I was surprised that this was not done and called Robert the next day.. He then apologized and told me that the brake fluid exchange machine was broken but that they did manually changed the brake fluid and did not charge me for this work. This was puzzling especially when the invoice recommend that I have this done in the future.The whole incident made me question as to whether the brake fluid exchange was really done. Why did Robert not explain the invoice discrepancy when I picked up my care and why was I not charged for legitimate work?? I ended up going back to have Robert correct the invoice.Needless to say, my husband and I will no longer be returning to Hagin's. We trusted and felt taken care of by the original owner, Andy. Since this incident, I question what I'm told.Service: Brakes

I ve been going to Hagin s for over 20 years now bringing my 4Runner in for tune ups, A/C repair and anything in between. They re honest, great at what they do and very friendly. I highly recommend them! Hagin s is the only place I go.

I found this place through google, and picked it because of the reviews. The positive reviews are spot on. I called and got an appt to bring my car in dodge durango 2013, the work was done quick, and the customer service was amazing everything was expained throughly, price was fair. I received excellent service and had great communication about my repair. I was provided a quote before work was done and the work was finished when expected. Robert, the service manager, is very friendly, kept me up to date on their progress and I wasn t overcharged for anything like some shops do. Hagin s is the best automotive business I have ever used. They took excellent care of my car, had reasonable prices, and the mechanics were incredibly patient and kind.. I accidentally made my service appointment on the one day per week when shuttle service was temporarily unavailable, and although I was going to walk home, the owner (whom I had never met) gave me a ride home, which was above and beyond expectations. Fantastic service. They had my car diagnosed very quickly. Another well-known mechanic had failed to diagnose the issue prior. I had my car back in less than 24 hours. Runs really well now. Came to Haggin's after the Acura of Concord dealer told me the reason my AC was blowing hot air was because of a defective heater core. They tried to charge me $3200 to fix it.I took my car to Hagin's to get a second opinion. Robert, the manager, was gracious and beyond helpful to me. He explained to me how the heater core could not be the issue with my AC if it was blowing hot air. If the heater core was defective, then I'd have an issue with no heat, not an issue with no cold.Hagin's completed a thorough diagnostics and found an electrical issue in the AC, specifically the back blower motor. They fixed that issue and now my AC is working better than ever!Great experience overall! Saved me money and finally fixed an ongoing issue with my vehicle. 5 Star rating!!!!Service: Air conditioning

I have been going to Hagin's for almost ten years and they have never failed to properly assess and repair my 4Runner. They are quick at scheduling assessments/repairs/tune-ups, they always seem to be able to fit me in. The staff are very helpful, especially Jeff and Robert. This was my first time working with Hagin s Automotive and I couldn t be happier! I took my 2005 Highlander in for some long overdue maintenance and a few repairs. After a thorough inspection I was contacted by Robert who took me through each item with a clear explanation of the problem and the work to be done, answering any questions I had along the way. From start to finish if was a friendly and professional experience, and I left with the feeling they really do appreciate their customers. My vehicle drives so much better (not to mention quieter) than it did when I dropped it off. Honest, customer focused businesses are getting harder to find these days and Hagin s is definitely doing it right. I had not been to Hagins for a long time. I had been to various other mechanics. I have never been able to find the same quality service or people since. I am back to stay. I trust their recommendations and their work ethic. They always explain pros and cons and even try to save you a few bucks which is unheard of these days with many companies trying to make up for covid shut downs. Refreshing to know there are still compentet, trustworthy, mechanics around.
