I have to say this is BY FAR the best place tor ALL auto repairs! Brandi & Angelo are the most genuine, sincere and HONEST people I've ever met in this line of work..especially for someone who knows nothing about cars and can easily taken advantage of. Quick repair, best price out of any other shop in the area and the highest level of service I've ever had! This is now my forever repair shop and I can't thank them enough. Before you go anywhere else, definitely call Collaco Auto Repair First!! I can't say enough good things about this place. Blown away! It's nice to know there are still some people in this world that believe in Karma and treating people with respect and dignity. Thanks again guys! :)

This is an excellent shop that does great work, clearly communicates, has deep knowledge and they're super friendly. My GTI has been in for a variety of reasons from regular maintenance to more involved issues and each time the problem is explained and addressed. On the occasion a visit to the shop did not solve the problem they made things right without question and got it solved asap. Pricing is fair as well. Absolutely recommend Collaco Auto and trust my car is in good hands there!

Collaco Auto repair is great. I had a dead battery on my Audi Q5 and they got me right in and replaced it within a day. They were so good that when it was time for my 65,000 mile maintenance I went back to them to get that work done. My Audi runs like new! Brandie is wonderful to work with. I got my car (2014 ford focus) all the way from San Leandro to Martinez to get my car serviced here. I had a ghost issue with my car and I called around and many mechanics acted as if they either wouldn t be able to assist or tried charging 300 to 400 just for a diagnosis. When I called here, I received great customer service from the woman over the phone, she was very trustworthy, and gave me a flat price of 200 for the diagnosis. When I arrived, the mechanics and service representative were very knowledgeable and extremely trustworthy. I left my car to handle some business and when I came back a few hours later they identified the issue and simply waited to get the part. Everything was fixed and I was out the same day and paid my deposit plus the part. Angelo worked on my car! He is also the owner and did an amazing quick job. I will be back here for all my car needs! I m so happy I found this shop.Service: Electrical repair

I have been going to Collaco for several years now and they always do fantastic work. They took good care of my 2011 GTI for several years until I grew out of it and traded up. Prices are fair and Angelo is a great technician.

Excellent service provided by Collaco Auto Repair dropped my vehicle off (2000 Rav 4) for a fine tooth pick inspection. Within two days I had list of repairs starting from most important to least. I got an electronic contract sent directly to my phone to sign off on the repairs. All major repairs went excellent, we came into a small problem with the blinkers due to the dealership not supplying the correct part and also saying they discontinued the one we need. They contacted me let me know what s going on never said it is non repairable just gave me the weekend to allow shipping for the correct part to arrive. After that my next message was that my vehicle was ready. Upon arrival my car was washed and detailed, and I was told I have road side service free of charge just because they worked on my vehicle and it s for any problems not just repairs they made. Excellent service, Excellent customer service, professional staff and shop. Extremely satisfied with the repairs. I've trusted Angelo and his team for over 3 years now with any and all things my cars might need , and they have never let me down.I don't usually leave reviews, but i know how hard it is to find auto repair shops that are not only great but also don't take advantage of your pocket book.Not only is their work exceptional but so is their customer service. From the minute I walked in Brandie ( in the office) walked me through everything and once I left she always kept me upto date on the progress. I get a text update on anything they need my signature for before they do the work. It's stress-free.I promise I'm really an extremely happy customer and I feel like others deserve and will have a great experience like I have .

I normally take my car to the dealership but when an emergency repair came up, Audi could not get me in until the following month. I called Collaco and was immediately impressed with Brandy s customer service. She was kind, accommodating and personable. I got my car in the next day. There was some unexpected issues that arose with the repair and Angelo made it right every step of the way. These people genuinely care about their profession AND the customer. I feel so much better about taking my car to Collaco rather than the dealership now and will continue to have all my services done with Angelo and his team. A++ service!

Amazing team here at Collaco Auto Repair; Brandi working the front desk was very communicative and understanding. Angelo, a master tech at Collaco made sure the job was done correct the first time; he even gave me tips on how to make sure my Volkswagen doesn't get carbon buildup in the engine. Just Had my oil changed on my Audi R8.. I called them in a bind because the dealer rescheduled and I had a trip planned. They helped me out big time. They know Audi's and VW's inside and out. Will definitely be going back here for further services in the future. Thanks guy's!

Brought my car in because it was surging everytime I turned on my air conditioner. It's summertime and I need my air conditioner. Angelo & his team worked on it until they finally found out what the problem was. With their knowledge and experience helped get my car fixed and back on the road within hours. I highly recommend using Collaco Auto. Brandi helped me with everything I needed. She is very communicative, professional, and competent. She always delivered excellent customer service. The auto mechanics did an outstanding job on my vehicle, and Angelo the owner contacted me directly to make sure my vehicle was operating up to my standards, which it is. So I bought a 2009 BMW 328i and it turns out the wrong coolant was put in it and caused a bunch of things to go out in my car. So I was told to take it to Callaco Auto repair. I have been taking my Jetta here for a few years now and will never bring it anywhere else for several reasons.First and foremost, I trust Collaco. Every time I m there, they re trying to give me the best possible deal and never performing unnecessary services.Angelo is so kind and has a very honest energy about him. I always feel confident leaving my car with him. The girl at the front is amazing. She makes you feel welcome and she makes me laugh. The last time I was there, I waited in the front room and she made the time fly by!Another aspect I love about Collaco is I m always dealing with the same person working on my car Angelo. I love that this place is small and intimate. I was stuck in a rock and a hard place with a bad coolant pump and 300 miles from home. But walking distance from where I was stranded, I called Marcos and Angelo and was VERY pleased with their clean shop, attitude, care, knowledge, and felt they were the right guys to fix my van and they were. I was very pleased and they did what they said and when I came to see how things were going it looked organized and I knew they knew what they were doing. I will use them again when I come back.

Collaco Auto Repair is EXCELLENT! They ordered parts and fixed like a squirrel that gathers nuts and then gave me a thorough breakdown of exactly what they did! The staff and the owner, Angelo, were so welcoming and professional. They outlined my repairs clearly, and made everything super easy. They fixed my door locks, headlights, and more for my VW, and I m really satisfied with the work they put into it. I own an older vehicle that needed front end suspension work.The Staff at Collaco Auto were professional and prompt. They presented me with an itemized quote listing all the defects that needed to be fixed and I was able to pick out the items that fell under my budget.The guys did excellent work. My vehicle handles like its brand new.Collaco even went as far as to wash my vehicle when it was time for me to pick it up. I appreciate Angelo and His staff at CAR. They are fair, quick and efficient. I ve taken my Mercedes there a couple of times now for regular services and have been very pleased. The team at Collaco is AMAZING, from the second you walk in the door to driving away in your car, you feel welcomed and at home. I brought my car in after having a faulty brake job done at a previous shop, they quickly diagnosed the problem, adjusted and refitted my rear brakes at a beyond fair cost. This shop is thorough and HONEST.They didn't try to sell anything unnecessary or over charge. Couldn't ask for a better experience!They truly care about taking care of the customer's needs. We took our 2002 Honda civic hatchback SI in to get our shocks done. It was done very very well. it was a last minute thing and they were very kind and professional. It was done and finished by the next day and my car rides so smooth now. like a new car! Great place to take your car! They are very thorough and make sure everything that needs to done is done right and you are safe in your car. If you need work done i highly recommend this place great people and you wont leave unsatisfied.

I took my Audi in for some electrical work, and they did an amazing job. They were able to diagnose some very hard to find issues with my car, and uncover a few other issues that I was unaware of. It runs better than ever now. They gave good explanations of the work they did, and best of all, have very skilled mechanics. Highly recommended.Service: Electrical

Family owned and operated, 3 generations deep! Marcos and Angelo are through and through the most honest mechanics I've ever met. They took fantastic care of my Audi. I can't recommend them enough. If you have an Audi or Volkswagen, take it to them. You won't be disappointed.
