This place used to be excellent. They always did an incredible job and were very attentive to detail. The last 2 times I ve come I notice the jobs are mediocre. Today I went and when I got my car I had to show them dirty spots left on the outside of the car, pointed out where they didn t vacuum well and noticed the dash was still dusty. The windows had smudges and water on the exterior of the car that should ve been dried off blew onto my windshield when I was on hwy 4 driving home. I drive to Martinez because the car wash has always been extraordinary but it s not worth the drive for mediocre. I ll try a few more times to see if they get their act together but something has changed here. The quality of the work has really gone downhill. I m think I m going to be looking for a new place.

If you don t care about your fender wells, car mats & door jams, yes get your car done from them. I guess nowadays these places don t really pay attention even if you ve paid $45.+I ll go to WC or Lafayette car wash to get those basics done and then some.Difficult to find a good car wash and detailing place that gives that kind of service. We won t return and will refer folks elsewhere.

It was fast and the outside of car and windows were ok but the inside job really fell short....I didn't take the time to look over everything because I had somewhere else to be but I definitely expected more for 40 bucks plus a tip

I use this car wash regularly but I wish they had a better system to get the cars through the checkout line because I m sitting here behind several cars and the line goes all the way to the street and there are no cars in the tunnel. I m quite happy with the quality of work performed here by the people who dry and clean the interior of the car but they need more support in the office so we can get the cars moving it shouldn t take an hour to get the car washed. I wish the owners would prioritize making the whole operation flow a little better which might take a little more overhead cost but would probably benefit the business financially in the long term. It is rare to have a short wait here.

this place! ay. i'm not someone who gets off on writing bad reviews, honestly, but i needed to share my experience to hopefully save you some hassle.i've had 3 washes here - first was fine (not amazing, but clean enough), the second was yesterday and i had to go back today bc the inside of my car was filthy. they offered me a free re-wash but told me that to have my door jams wiped (not just dusted, which was barely done) it would be the $80 option and suggested that i needed a full detail where prices were running $200-400. they also didn't even shake out the backseat cover for the dog and left a full small trash can in the car without emptying it (despite all of the garbage being contained). idk what the deal is but the quality of their work is horrendous and their prices are outrageous (i have a kid who comes TO my house for $95 and does an amazing full detail that takes hours!).do yourself a favor, save the time and money, go to a self service wash and grab some microfibers and dawn to do the inside yourself. i wasted $60 and about an hour and a half at this place this week. don't bother.

Great news with this crew, they are the best. The guys really do an above and beyond job. Never got anything missing (went to another car wash in PH and something disappeared from my car). I been going there for a while and they just get better. All hard workers. Give them a chance you won't be sorry. !!!!!

I was a regular weekly customer here until my car was damaged while being washed. Company told me there was nothing they could do to help, now I have a $2000 bill to repair my car. I will not be going back.

Had a great wash/wax done about a year back for $80. Went back a couple of weeks ago and thought I was getting a detail for $160. Turned out to be a 30 min quick wash and half ass wax. The place was great and now, well it sucks.

Gas & Go yep but if ya need a snack they have a good selection plus not all is junk. Also have had the old but cool S-10 Blazer washed no problems. Restroom Male in good order don't know about the other.

VERY BAD. MANY missed spots that I was able to finger rub off on interior AND exterior. Floors far from clean after vacuuming. Pictured are water mark spots that are NOT permanent. I was able to clean with hard scrub. One interior tray had sticky stuff in it still after clean. I pointed it out and after giving (extremely momentary) extra attention, it was still not totally clean. Seemed rushed even though it wasn t busy. WILL NOT RETURN.

Paid for just an outside, got a full outside and in clean. Obviously not a universal experience, but I'm very impressed with the quality of the wash. Far better than a gas station wash that's for sure.

Because I live less than 5 minutes from this facility, I chose to have this as "my " car wash. This was about 18 months ago. But because my SUV is equipped with a mobility scooter lift on it, I was told by the person in charge that they could not wash my vehicle. As a result I made the car wash near Sun Valley mall, 15-20 minutes from my home, "my" car wash. That was about 12-15 car wash's ago... and with the lift attached.

Pulled into the Autopia on Alhambra in Martinez. Woman came out and asked me if my car was a Tesla 3 (it is). She informed me that their branch of Autopia (and indeed, all branches) will not wash and/or detail Tesla 3 vehicles because they get stuck in the car wash, won't go into neutral but rather only into park. Don't know if it's true, and they didn't offer me any alternatives. Too bad -- my car was filthy after a long trip and I was prepared to tip well to the guys who detail after the initial wash. Oh well.

I bought a monthly cleaning service for my car. I can wash it everyday or never for the same fixed price. They do a thorough diligent speedy cleaning

When their not super busy, fat good car wash. Recommend going early on the weekends to avoid a longer wait. Nice staff.

The VIP services are the best. Wash (one registered car) as many times as you want, and get a discount on gas for a low monthly fee.

They don't seem to dry my car as thoroughly compared to other full service car washes. The waiting area could be improved.

My husband has a membership here and absolutely loves it. It is a good value if you get it washed at least once a week.

40.00 Dolores a month and go As many times you want in that month .love this place great customer service and they do a great job in and out fast VIP Member is the way to go ..

Amazing detail on the car, makes it look like it came off the showroom floor. However the place could do with an enclosed waiting area that's temperature regulated.

Horrible job. CAR WAS SCRATCHED FROM FRONT TO END from car wash. Workers rush thru did junk job. Yet to hear back from manager.

Just raised their prices over 20% and did a horrible job on the inside of my windows. Had to re-clean them myself when I got home
