I had the Blue Chrysler 200, I just wanted to say these guys were amazing. I moved from Illinois to California and during the trip my car messed up. Auto World not only quoted me a cheap price, but they let me bring my own parts which I ABSOLUTELY loved. They fixed my car the same day I called. I could not have asked for a better mechanic and I will be going here from now on. Thank you so much Auto World!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We have had very good experience with Auto World. They're mechanics are more experienced than any others I have had in the Concord area. They have also saved me a lot of money by only repairing what our cars have needed and not piling up many other un-needed items that I have noticed using other mechanics. One example is when our Expedition was loosing power and all of the other mechanics I took it to told me I needed a rebuilt engine. In about one minute Randy diagnosed that is needed a new catalytic converter - due to the sound it was making. Top ratings in my experience!

WE have taken our cars to Auto World for different repairs including replacing front end suspension in my 2003 T-Bird, replacing the alternator in our Mustang and fixing the heater in my T-Bird. We have been very pleased with the work completed, the timeliness of work and the straight forward dealings of the guys in the shop. We have been told prices ahead of time, and timelines have been accurate including having to get difficult to find parts for my T-Bird. I have mostly talked with Anthony who I have found to be honest and reliable. He does not recommend unnecessary work. We highly recommend Auto World.

I've been going to these guys for a long time. I found them through AAA as an approved repair shop. They have ALWAYS been square and often make recommendations to save me money. And I never ever have to take the car back after they have worked on it.They have also been fair and honest with my wife and daughter when they need to bring their cars in. And you know how other shops always seem to cheat women, but not these guys. It is a small shop and they values their customers and families and their AAA approval.I consider myself very lucky to have found their shop.

2nd time I've sent my car to them. Was referred by my motorcycle shop kickback Martinez. No complaints, skilled labor ain't cheap, cheap labor ain't skilled. My go to for all my cars now.

I was referred to this shop over 15 years ago, when I was in need of a modest repair. I have taken all four of our family cars there since then. They are uniformly fair in pricing and very good at customer service - estimates and delivery on time. I highly recommend them.

Randy gave a quick visual diagnostic of my leaking ac and turns out the ac compressor is bad. Diagnostic was FREE! Thats good customer service.

These guys are HORRIBLE, I paid $4700 for a new engine and not only did the break my AC unit when installing it, but they left my car on the street for me to pick up on Sunday when they were closed and told me it was in the parking lot with the keys in it and the work order/ receipt. Luckily someone came in that day that I could talk to before I reported the car stolen. When I went to get my car there was no paperwork whatsoever in it. My AC was busted because they drained the refrigerant when replacing the engine and didn't bother to replace it (why would they it's just a $4700 job right?). They also busted the vacuum hose that connects the AC to the vents and just left it. I had no work order and I hate this place so I just spent $191 fixing the stuff they broke. Seriously, steer clear of these guys! The owner grew up with one of the Concord tow truck drivers, who always recommends them, thats how they got me. This shop is garbage.

Brought my car to auto world after having my check engine light pop up. I'm not completely ignorant when it comes to cars, but definitely didn't have the time to figure out the root of my problem. They squeezed me in right away, and immediately found the problem. Parts took a day to come in so the patched me up in order for me to get home and come back the following day. Part of my problem was an oil leak from the filter and a stripped drain plug. They said that the oil coming out was completely filthy and looked like it hadn't been changed in a long time.(This was a pretty big surprise considering I had just taken my car to a different shop about 10 weeks ago, and sat there for over an hour while they supposedly did it.)Needless to say I'm pretty pissed that I was swindled by my old shop, but so glad that Auto World was able to get me in and out. They were great to me and my son who was trying to be a wild child that day, and came in way under the price that I was quoted to get the work done elsewhere.

I can't say enough good things about Autoworld! They have been our go to for car problems for years now and I am never disappointed with their service! If you want down to earth, level talk from your mechanic, look no further. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Guy on phone asks what's going on with my car, right as I start to tell him he interrupts me I said please don't interrupt it's a messed up situation how the car broke down and I'm doing the best I can to explain the situation. He then interrupts me and he tells me not to tell him to not interrupt me. then just blew up and then said he's not going to work on my car literally that's how it went. Dude has no social skills. I would give him zero Stars as a rating if I could.

One of their employees physically pushed to the ground and elderly car parts delivery driver, for "being to slow". If you don't believe me, go ask Autoworld yourself. They might get work done on your car. Still not a business I would support.

Great place to get work done on your vehicle very knowledgeable staff very very price competitive and give you the best deal they can compared to other shops that I have been to one of the best places I've found to have my vehicle worked on
