I bought a 2013 Honda CRV from Azizi. As soon as I submitted my interest form I immediately got a call from him and within an hour I was test driving the car. The car was in great condition, well kept, had the full Carfax report before seeing the car. He was super helpful in explaining the process and by the end of the day we had our new car. There was a slight issue but it was quickly addressed, he gave us a replacement car while his mechanic took care of it. Overall, great experience and I would buy from him again.

I got 2003 IS 300 124k 1 owner here over paid because one owner, low miles, manual and their good reviews. Car radiator leaks when I got home. They offered to fix it but I am like an hour away. Put shop to fix and have a major tuneup. The shop found out car also leaks oils. They did the oil change doesn t catcher it 3 stars is more than fair. They have lots of nice car if I buy another ones I will need have it checked. Actually found two tires totally bad can see metal.I take my uncle brought another car here. So far good because we we check more careful this time.

My spouse and I went to 3 different used car dealerships to test drive a specific model of car but should have started with Ace first because we ended up purchasing a car from them. Their car was in the best shape both mechanically and cosmetically than the others we test drove and their price was competitive. They even gave us a better deal than the sticker price on the window and were friendly and knowledgeable throughout the transaction. They were quick and efficient with the sale but also took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. I highly recommend them!

I was looking to buy a Lexus and went to a couple of places to see what they had, I searched on Google and Ace Auto came up with a vehicle. I drove over the next morning and saw the vehicle. It fit my needs but next to it was another that I thought was better. It had everything I wanted, low miles, one owner, service records, tow package, and roof racks. I spoke to Sam who was very nice and let me go on a test drive. After the test drive, I still had questions that Azizi was able to answer. I put a deposit on the vehicle and secured the funds to purchase the car. I gave them a check and told them the funds would be there in 2-3 days. Everything went smoothly. Later they purchased my car for a fair price and I definitely will go there for my next car. After a few weeks I called to ask questions about the car and Azizi was there to answer my questions. A very nice family company I would recommend.

I bought a 2006 subaru impreza from these guys 2 years ago for $7k. At 87000 miles. I have only put about 16k miles on it. I don't drive much. Literally EVERYTHING from the radiator to the tires to the muffler, Belts had to be replaced within a year. Now it's engine leaks oil from just about everywhere even though i was told By ACE the gaskets had been taken care of when i bought it . NOW I'm trying to get rid of it!And I cannot afford to fix it. I also still owe money on it. IF I had money to sue these guys and their dad who straight lied to my face about the muffler. I WOULD in a new york minute! BUT its been 2 years. IVE NEVER WANTED MY MONEY BACK MORE! BUYER BEWARE! IT MIGHT LOOK GOOD BUT IT ALSO MIGHT DIE ON YOU!

After all the new and used cars I have bought, this dealership was excellent! No hassles, stress or games! Bought a 21 Toyota Corolla. They (Sam) even went out of their way to take it to my mechanic, not once but twice, tru no fault of theirs (mechanics office had wrong name).For the few that had problems with the vehicle purchased, you should always have a mechanic check it, may cost you $75, but less $ in the long run! Don't think any dealer ship, new or used knows what will happen when driven off the lot, except for the typical used salesman! This place is not typical!! Had a small dent, and they had someone come by my house to fix it! Looks perfect!

I can't say anything short of I'm impressed with the service of this dealership. My wife and I were in need for a larger car for our growing family with our first baby on the way. After a week+ of researching I found a 2013 CR-V listed at Ace with 75,500 miles on it that was well within our budget. I called on a Sunday, not knowing it was the only day they are closed, hoping to take a look at the car and thought we would have to risk not being able to see it for another week and possibly miss out. Azizi called me back on his day off and set up a time to meet us that same day. I always dread buying cars because it typically becomes an all-day event, and Sunday was my only day off. From the test drive to completing the paperwork we were in and out in about 2 hours with the confidence that if anything went wrong with the car in 30 days they would fix it. The car felt super solid during our test drive (and the hour drive home), but I let Azizi know that I always bring cars I buy into our mechanic for them to look over once I take them home. Everything on this car looked great, the only minor issue was the back tires were worn out. Not only did they help us replace the tires with all new ones, but even let us work with someone local so we didn't have to drive out with worn tires. Azizi was incredibly kind, honest, and responsive throughout the entire process. As someone who worked in luxury sales for most of their career I really appreciated working with someone like him and not having to navigate through a bunch of bs. This is definitely a dealership I will be looking for the next time we need a new car. Thanks again for all your help!!

Fantastic customer service! Sam is kind, knowledgeable, patient, helpful and terrific!He answered all of my questions, always responded promptly and he even delivered my new car to my driveway.Sam recommended SafeBuy for my pre-purchase inspection and I was so pleased with the through report Eran (who also provided wonderful service) gave to me. I felt comfortable knowing I was purchasing a safe and reliable car.I HIGHLY recommend Ace Auto Dealers and SafeBuy!Lovely way to buy a car!This teacher gives everyone an A+!

My experience here was great, verging on excellent. I bought a 2008 Scion TC Spec with ~84000 miles on it. The dealer had made sure to get the car in good shape before selling it to me, which is often rare for a used car dealership.They had put on new tires, a new exhaust, a new battery, and made sure the exterior of the car was relatively clean.The inside of the car required a bit of cleaning, this only took around an hour to make it shine.Azizi, the salesman I negotiated with, gave me what I felt was a fair price. He took ~200 off the listing price. While not exceptionally great, the dealer has to make their money too. Unless you're a professional negotiator, expect to pay near the listing price.The only downside so far is that one of the windshield wipers broke a week or so later. Not much of an investment on my part to fix, but a bit obnoxious.All in all, I would recommend Ace Auto Dealers if you're looking for a fairly priced used car.

I bought a car from Ace Auto Dealers and they shipped it across the country to me. It was a great experience - the staff was extremely helpful and courteous and were prompt in answering any questions or concerns I had. The vehicle is in fantastic condition. This was honestly the most painless experience I've ever had buying a car, and it was all done long distance. The guys at Ace Auto are all really helpful and easy to talk to, and it seems like they do care about the customer's experience. That is a rarity in the used car market. If you are looking to buy a car but feel uncomfortable with the sales process, give Ace Auto a shot. They make it easy!

We bought a car here a few weeks ago and had a good experience with Sasan. They have a large range of used cars, including older less expensive cars as well as some newer ones. Everyone working there was friendly, and they were patient while we test drove multiple. We didn't feel pressured or manipulated. They weren't willing to go lower than the listed price, but we felt that it was a fair price for the car. Overall, very happy with our experience at Ace Auto Dealers and our new (to us) car!

I recently purchased a car from these guys. Nothing exceptional about the car or the price I got. However their customer service was amazing. One of the employees, Sassan, went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. I'm glad I bought my car there and pretty sure will go back to them for future car purchases :-)

Editing my review almost 5 years later. They sold me a lemon car only lasted me 6 months and they didnt have the decency to detail the car. Now older and wiser man screw Sasan. Didnt have gas filled all the way but hey only owe 200 dollars left on that lemon.

I recently purchased a car from Ace Auto Dealers and had the most positive car buying experience I can recall. The entire staff was honest, friendly, and professional. Sasan in particular went above and beyond, including staying after-hours to show me a car (the one I ended up purchasing) for the second time in one day when I had to drive quite a distance to return to their location. He even offered to pull it into their showroom so that I could look the car over again inside and out because daylight was fading outside. This level of attention, paired with a low-pressure atmosphere, made it an easy decision to give Ace Auto my business. It's only been one week, but I'm very happy with my purchase so far, and the next time I am in the market, I plan to return!

I bought a very clean looking Subaru From these guys late last year. The day after I brought at home, It started producingHe allowed whistling noise which turned out to be a leaking muffler. After driving an hour and a 1/2 back to the dealership, I was sent to what I found out later to be their family's mechanic shop.. Their old man gave me the run around and said they "tightened the bolts". This fix lasted about a week. After taking it to a local shop, I was told the muffler was shot. A month later a rear wheel bearing went out and the steering rack has become loose... clearly this car had been sitting in the lot for a while. I hope the head gaskets they said had been done prior to purchase actually was.. I've never regretted NOT getting the " return insurance" they offered..i get it, buyer beware but seeing as i bought a money pit im still paying off...not impressed!

Very chill dealership with good customer service. Not pushy and allows you as a customer to get a sense and feel of the cars and the car lot at your pace. Test drove with no hassle and even after purchase was instructed if something goes unnoticed, they will take accountable consideration to make adjustments. Also has very good relations with financing options with low Apr. Will work with ACE dealers again.

Our poor 2016 Prius took a rear-end hit and was totaled. After applying to several car dealers (including the dealer that sold us the Prius), my credit took a big hit. Ace Auto and their financial partners made it happen for me and my wife. I should have started with Ace Auto first. I found Ace Auto through searching Facebook Market. Most, if not all, of their cars had a CarFax listing, so having that peace of mind made browsing their inventory a lot less weary. My second impression of Ace Auto is that the choice of reliable cars available made my think that they care for their customers and for their reputation. There were literally no questionable choices in cars that have less-than-stellar lifespans or know-to-be a lemon status. The knowledge that they have a repair shop that thoroughly checks out the cars they put up for sale and even have a branch smog shop (within 100 feet from the lot), gave me a further sense of comfort knowing that my purchase was not simply bought and thrown in a lot. There is also a third impression I experienced. All employees work as a cohesive TEAM. All were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and if I may say so, that seeing a bit of exercise equipment way off in the corner of the showroom speaks volumes of the cohesive team they are. Reminded me of days as a firefighter (if you know, you know). We had a fabulous experience with Sam in setting us up to take ownership of our Lexus RX330. The showroom was immaculate! Thank you Sam and thank you Francisco of Lendmark Financial for a fantastic experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a reliable used car. CHECK-OUT ACE AUTO FIRST!!!

I had started with an email requesting information on a vehicle I was interested in. They responded very quickly and provided car fax before I even decided to go test drive! Outstanding customer service and I ended up buying from them. I liked how they were upfront and honest. Thank you Ace! You aced that sale!

I purchased a used Tesla Model S from Ace Auto Dealers _completely_ over the Internet. As Is. No Warranty. I have experience doing this two other times.Sasan was a very good dealer to work with. He was honest, polite, and professional. He provided me with all the documentation I requested, from a CarFax report, to maintenance records, to a full interactive video review of the car inside & out + accessories. Sasan went anywhere on the car I asked. Remotely, the Tesla appeared in excellent shape. The only thing I could _not_ do remote was take the car for a test drive. But I figured since the dealership had enjoyed over 250 miles on the car while in their possession, they were enjoying driving an all electric Model S and had found no issues. The charging door motor stopped working after we agreed on a price; but Sasan let me know that when he became aware and offered to adjust the price so I could fix on my time.Once we had agreed on a price, Sasan and the dealership held the car and did not attempt to resell while we worked through the paperwork and other details over e-mail, texts, and phone calls. Took about 10 days.The dealership did not seem to have a lot of experience with complete Internet sales. For example, transmitting sensitive documents securely. (E-mail is not secure.) I also had to have several dates and a couple of minor corrections made to the first version of the documents before I was comfortable signing. Nonetheless, I felt like Sasan was on my side and I got all the needed documents to legally/correctly transfer ownership. Also, the dealership _only_ supported a cashier's check to complete an Internet purchase. A bit more work in today's world of all electronic purchases. However, I understood; they are a smaller operation and needed to go with what they were experienced & comfortable.Getting the car transported across country proved a bit more of an ordeal. Since the dealership's Internet sales experience was limited, I arranged for a transport company with a good reputation of drivers. A transport driver picked up the car while Sasan was away. However, the dealership recorded no name, trucking company, or transport ID. I was able to track down the car. In the end, I received the car just as described/observed.Been driving the for a week now. No known issues. So far, satisfied.Thanks ACE for a nice car.

Azizi and Sam are fantastic! Low pressure, helpful guidance on what to look out for and transparent pricing. I've had a really pleasant experience with them as I've been slow with my research and picking out exactly what I want. Really appreciate them being patient and helpful with advice on vehicles as well as the buying process for first-time buyers.

I purchased a car at top dollar - High Blue book by this dealership view - 6 Months ago ... I drove 4.5 hours one way to pick up... Eating the cost of a rental all On the word of this dealer - a dealer who stipulated it was in perfect condition.I did all the leg work to secure the financing - based on their word - on that statement it was in the best condition and would last a lot of years.While this was during a very trying time - ...This dealership upon arrival had someone else close the deal - The main person who said he would be there - was in fact not there to me for our scheduled appointment ... While put off by that - I continued with the agreement since I had driven so far with my brother in law - As the younger brother wrote up paperwork ... He assured me he had gone over the same information with his older brother and everything was tops in this car - explaining everything had been gone through - From compressor to tires I have month by month debated on writing a review but honestly am now beyond done...That was the reason they would not even consider a lower break on the price Based on all that I paid their price Drove from Redding to Antioch /Martinez to get this car WOW- This so call Great car - has more issues - than was ever disclosed - as all they claimed to have repaired - I'm not buying - the lights get hot - the a/c unit they claimed to have completely redone - compressor and all - went out in two (2) months - it took 4 months to get registration corrected - So my summer was spent with no a/c.Even the Cover on the top of the engine doesn't belong to the engine.Sensor's lights Everytime I put gas into the vehicle the sensor light goes on... I have replaced two gas caps and have to have reset each time...They know because I ve spoken to them only to hear - I didn't put the cap on tight enough...No... Every month Something New...Keep in mind - To know that I Only Drive - Once or twice a month on any given month..less than 3000.miles a years... so this just bites!The battery keeps going dead... This was a car they said would last a lifetime ..With all that said this clean car - a 2005 Pontiac Vibe $6000.00I put $3000.00 down & financed $ 3000.00 of which - I will still have to pay for over the next 3yrs ... This is a True Lemon deal ...based on lies...They definitely lied on this Deal all the way..."BOTTOM LINE" - - - - Don t WAIST UR TIME >>Buyer's BeWare "-/... Don't Buy a Car Here...

Ace Auto Dealers is a great place. It seems like their inventory is mostly made up of super reliable cars, like the Corolla. Talking to Bedi at Ace, he tells me that this is their goal. To make sure you drive with the least amount of mechanical problems as possible. So they curate their cars especially well.I went to Ace about a month ago to purchase a car. I had a pre-approved loan from my credit union and Bedi worked with to find a car that fit my budget. There was no pressure at all, I could have test driven as many cars as I had wanted but settled with four. I picked a Toyota and the transaction was smooth. Bedi didn't try to sell me on their loan or a service package. He in fact gave me a few days to think about the service package before submitting the paperwork. It was amazing and I did not feel pressured at all.So, if you're in the market for a reliable car and in the area, stop by Ace Auto Dealers. Try the cars, if you don't like you won't be pressured to buy but you just might be charmed by how nicely the staff treats you.

Very Honest Dealership.. Bought a car(As is no warranty) that I was approved for , but would not be able to go through with the financing until I presented 2 check stubs (new job) Azizi (owner) and another employee pretty much let me walk out with it until we could finish up the financing. A few days later the clutch started going out(very common for the clutch to fail prematurely on that specific car) The owner (Azizi) apologized for everything and worked with me on returning it. everything was hassle free, and very honest . (I'm not in the business of ripping people off) were his words. Waiting around for him to get another one of the same car. He could've told me (you bought it as is with no warranty) but he was very honest and let me take it back .

The staff was nice and laid back but the prices on their cars are NOT worth it. They were asking for twice the value of the car, and the car had a lot of damage to it. They won't budge on price even a little, so if you know the value of the car, dont buy from them. I understand they're trying to make money, but it isn't worth it.

Very friendly staff. Seems like they really check cars well before putting them on their lot. Also was able to take truck and have it checked out at shop of our choice. Asking price firm. Would look to Ace again if looking for a used car. Thank you!

Buying our 2005 Prius from Ace Auto was so easy, Aziz worked with us to put together a more than fair deal, even going the extra mile in improving the car s cosmetic details. They went out of their way to satisfy us as buyers!
