I hate leaving reviews especially bad ones usually just cut my loses, but i been stewing on this since i got my rig back, now that I got time to work on it I'm even more upset. This place is horrible! Dishonest! and sloppy mechanics!, not very often you get your rig back worse then it was to begin with. Didn't do half of what he was supposed to and what he did do is a mess and needs to be redone. Took 2 months and was supposedly waiting on axle shaft seals, because of just planning on replacing them (which is proper way of doin it) he reused the old ones and it leaked, no sooner then I got it off the trailer both sides were leaking and one side completely fell out!!! Now that I've got time to fix it myself I can see he reused the old seals! I was supposed to get new air filters, shoot he didn't even bother to clean the old ones, water pump was supposed to be changed but it sure dosnt look like it was touched, and the things I cant tell if they were changed without taking everything apart I'm almost certain wasn't done, but i will be taking them apart. He did offer to come and get it and fix it but it only takes one time of being this dishonest for me and I stay clear. Just saying warning of this place. $2562 down the drain. He kept promising me he would send invoice never did and I could see why.

Dropped off my bike, got it back and it blew up. Dropped off my quad. Got it back and it didn't run right at all. Had to pay a lot of money, just for things to not run right. Then had to drop even more money to have someone with experience fix it right. I don't recommend, also had ordered parts before fully diagnosing the quad. Turned out 1200 later it was just coil, not the entire motor.

If I could've given 6 stars, I would have! I've been roadtripping in the US, going from east to west coast (and back) so I'm asking a lot from my bike. It needed a bit of fixing. Ashton was the best, he helped me get back on the road safe (added oil, tightened chain, fixed tire pressure). Really knowledgeable and a nice guy as well (taught me a thing or two). Thanks!!!

I couldn't recommend this place higher. Ash the mechanic of this shop is fantastic. He is well knowledgeable and kind enough to inform me things about my bike I didn't even know of to make me feel secure riding it after a long 3,000 mile journey I had. He gives you great invoices to inform you what you'll be getting, and the exact cost of the items/labor total. I had to do a couple of things to my bike, and I never hesitated going back to grizzly moto because I could trust that they would do the job right. If you had a few options to choose from. Grizzly moto would be my suggestion to pick.

Dropped bike off for electrical work. Got back to me in a timely manner. As I have yet to pick it up, can't really give a review. Shop is out of the way, and mechanic was nice. Will update this review once work is complete.

The Best! I have never had a better experience at a repair shop. I was quickly given a full estimate of all the repairs and parts. This was great considering I didnt know what i was getting myself into or how much this was all going to cost. After I gave the ok I was given an ETA of when the parts would be in and when I could expect it back. My total bill did not exceed my estimate and I am very happy. Thank you GrizzlyMoto!!

Thank goodness for this guy! My Razor had a flat & it's my only mode of transportation & converts some health issues into non-issues. My replacement "solid" tire had arrived & I couldn't get ahold of the guy who took the wheel off the rear tire assembly(that's a part of the motor). The local tire guy was swamped and suggested Grizzly Moto. Ashton said he could do it. A friend got me there and Shazam, Ashton put it all together in spite of the fact that another person had disassembled it and essentially I just gave him a bag of random peices of scooter puzzle. He turned my urgent dilemma into rolling wheels.
