I went by to get my RV brakes checked due to low/no pedal. They were super helpful, were able to quickly diagnose and got me right back on the road. HIGHLY recommended!

We stopped here for an emergency repair. The people were friendly and expert. They did the repair in short order and sent us on our way. Very fair people who do excellent work.

I am writing this review very late but wantes to tell about Bob s service centre, I went to visit yosemite from utah and my car got a problem on the way, there are no repair centres near by mariposa as its li le remote and the ones present were not capable of fixing the problem, I got his address luckily and he got the knowledge and skills to figure out the problem and fix it, he saved my day especially when I was with kids and new to the area, this place really needs credit and appreciation. Thanks for fixing my car Bob, keep it up !Service: Auto battery replacement

Called early morning and they were able to get me in quickly because I was leaving town. Very nice professional people there. Exceptionally reasonably priced. I would recommend this shop to anyone living in the area or passing through that might need something done.

Excellent service!! Excellent work. I've been going there for over 8 years. Bob definitely has the knowledgeable and experience, honest estimates. His wife Janet handles appointments , pricing and is also very knowledgeable about service reccomended.EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

These guys really helped me out today. My cell phone somehow slipped and was stuck in the storage bin under the armrest in my friend's Lexus. I had a hard time finding an auto shop on a Sunday evening so I drove down there early Monday morning and was out in no time. The staff was extremely professional.

Great service. They went out of their way to find us the most reasonably priced hitch for our car. Once the part arrived, it only took an hour to install.. We'll go back again

Awesome service! I brought my vehicle in for loose/ misfiring spark plug that made ticking noise and was it was foxed in a half hour! Bobwas great and knowledgeable and I even got to watch the work be performed on myChevy Astro Van! Highly recommend for locals, RVers and those going to Yosemite! 10 stars, if I could do that!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Amazing experience! I never write reviews, but I will make an exception for these guys. Genuinely good-hearted people, helped me out tremendously with replacing my tire and getting me back on the road in less than half an hour. Highly recommend.

Driving a new car and my check engine light came on. Stopped by Bob Blackburn's and they checked it out right away.I've taken cars many times in the past and they're always friendly and efficient and provide good quality service.

I cannot recommend Bob Blackburn's Mountain Automotive enough - both Janet and Bob were incredibly helpful, friendly and reassuring when we found ourselves in a bad situation with a damaged rental car after hitting a piece of metal on the freeway! Bob fixed the problem within 15minutes, as soon as we arrived he hooked the car up and got to work. We would have been stranded and missed our trip up into Yosemite Valley if it wasn't for them, so I honestly cannot thank them enough. Not only that but he didn't charge us a cent. All the best to the team there, we are very grateful to have met you that day (although it was not under the best circumstances!). Melissa and Arii from New Zealand.

The crew at Bob Blackburn's was some of the most helpful mechanics I've had. They diagnosed and fixed a major issue for a very reasonable price and were very quick! They even fixed some minor issues free of charge. Thanks so much!

This was a great automotive experience for me, they were honest, hard working men and women who solved my problem at a great price. It is hard to find this kind of workmanship these days in mechanics. I will give them my business as long as I am in the area. Thank you guys and I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Great people, excellent service and repairing of RV, and the invoice for the parts & repairs was much lower than we expected. I would recommend Bob's shop to anyone looking for a reliable and reputable business, but make sure that you schedule your visit way ahead of time, it's a small shop and there's always a line of people waiting to get in, that alone should tell you something!!!Mitch Boze: Catheys Valley CA.

A big thank you to Bob, at mountain automotive.I had my check engine light come on, on my new truck. After meeting Bob, he came out to my truck and hooked his computer up.The problem was a simple fix, which he refused to let me pay for.Mountain Automotive just made a customer for life.Thank you Bob!

We can't say enough good things about Blackburn's Mountain Automotive. 800 miles from home and on vacation in Yosemite, our Toyota Siena developed a serious problem; so serious that we had to have it towed from Yosemite to the shop. The folks at Blackburn's diagnosed the issues and had us on our way. They are fair, fast, accurate and, most of all, kind. I can't begin to tell you how much Janet and Bob went above and beyond to help this "stranded" family of 5. Highly recommended.

This shop sucks. They are very unprofessional. They can't even mount a tire, without damaging a brand new tire. I don't know how they are even in business. I wouldn't send ANYONE THERE. They are very rude to their customers. DON'T GO THERE ANYONE, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR.
