I bought a car in March of 2020. Great car. I now live out of state and needed help with a warranty Gus had included at the time of purchase. 4 years after purchase Gus stepped up and went above and beyond to help me find the paperwork and even called the warranty office to make sure it was honored. I can't believe four years later and 1000 miles away, I was still given such amazing customer service. When I am ready to purchase again, I will come all the way back to California just to purchase from Drive It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really great service. Gus goes above and beyond to make the customer feel safe and secure on their purchase. He keeps his promises and will take care of you like family. I will definitely recommend him to anyone searching for a car and I plan on doing business with him again. Thank you Drive It!

Sales person and dealer new to be in the same page about what vehicles are sold and what vehicles are still for sale waisted 2 hours because I had made an appointment with the sales person managing the ads of Facebook and agreed to go get the car. But I came tho the surprise that when I got there the vehicle was already "sold 30min" before I got there. Right after I left Jeff the sales person said they just communicated him as well that the cargo van was "sold 10 days ago". I seen some dealers do this as well so that they can have people come around the lot and offer them something else because that's what the sales person on site was trying to do when I had already come up on a deal with the sales person over the phone.

I have bought two cars from Gus and both cars had no issue and any concerns were answered. He treats you like family and will give you a good price and will try to get the sell but also make the customer happy as well. He can also find a car for you as well.

Gus, Sue and all the staff at Drive it are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend purchasing a car from them. I bought my Honda HRV and my partner got his Honda CRV from Drive it. Buying and maintaining cars has always given me anxiety, but I have been pleasantly surprised working with Drive it. They are knowledgeable, local, so helpful and most importantly, I know I got the best deal. Never going to a big dealership again!

I was apprehensive about going to Drive It from the start and should of listened to my intuition. I stoped in a Saturday morning and was helped by a friendly young woman I believe she is the receptionist .After the owner arrived to the lot he proceeded to assist the male customers who arrived after me and had me go on a test drive in the car I was interested in with the receptionist. I explained my credit situation and noted a decent down payment and was told that due to my credit situation I would need to wait until the following Monday to see if I would be approved.Monday morning and afternoon came with no contact so I followed up with Drive It and was told they were busy on Mondays and they would call the next day. They never called to let me know the outcome I guess their no response was my answer. In an office with 3 employees someone could of had the decency to notify me. This is definitely not the way to conduct business I am fine with a no but don t like my time being wasted.

Bought a jeep here.. my sons and I have been loving this Jeep it's not just a vehicle It's Entertainment. So far we've been to Pismo Beach a lot and are starting to explore the Sierras. I searched all over and got a great deal on this Jeep here. The people are all very nice also

I was recommended by a friend to this dealership. They are amazing everyone that works there is extremely nice and you can genuinely tell they care about all their customers. If you are like the majority of people who believe used car dealerships are a scam, you have not been to see the good people at Drive It, in Marina California. Gus Sue, and Joselyn are the friendliest, kindest and most caring people. Gus will not sell any vehicle until it meets his high standards. Every car on his lot is beautifully detailed before it hits his lot. He stands behind his product. He works with your budget. I would trust driving of his vehicles across country. Just get in and go. I bought a 2015 Mini Cooper which less than 27000 miles on it. I paid $18222 for what is basically a new car. Just get in and drive it. You would swear it's brand new. Until I met Gus. I did not have a good view of any salesman. Hus believes in soft sales... Need a dependable and very nice car. Go to Drive It!!...I always said I would be very comfortable driving any vehicle off the lot at Drive It Inc. and making a cross country trip with it... I recently got to do just that. A friend bought a 2014, Ford Fiesta from Gus at Drivr It back in February of 2022. In November of 2022, that friend rode his motorcycle to Missouri and had me drive hie Fiesta out to him a week later. There was not any type of issue with the performance of the vehicle during the 2,000 mile journey. So if you need a vehicle, go see Gus at Drive It in Marina, California!

I recently purchased a Dodge Ram 1500. I got the truck I always wanted but it was the friendly attitude that sold me. Everyone from Gus Ali, Sue Ali, and their receptionist Joselyn were so polite to me and my family. I have sent several friends to buy cars there and Drive It did not disappoint. The most important thing was how honest Mr. Ali was to me and my family.

I recently traded my charger that had problems occur throughout the last couple years of having it and no one would work with me until I went to drive it and traded it for a Dodge Challenger that runs good. I recommend this place because they work with your credit or whatever situation you may be in. They re professional and very helpful but overall good people. I highly recommend.

Bought my first car! This dealership is hands down the most amazing group of people I have ever worked with. Glenn and Gus are both fabulous. I have never trusted a dealership more. Great people and very honest. 10/10 highly recommend checking them out if you re looking for your new ride!!

To the whole staff and owners of drive it, you guys are great from the time of introduction and from the final signatures it was the best car buying experience I've ever had I didn't feel like I was pressured on buying. Wow! Over the course of two months I drove to this dealership5 times bc I'm picky and the salesman there never once pressured me into any car. They went out of their way to match a car for me that met MY NEEDS! I wanted a car with low Miles, looked nice, and was affordable. That's exactly what I got

Of course you can get any car you want from here...they will make sure they will find a way for you to get financing. And if they don't get it, you simply return the car. It doesn't matter that you have placed and paid for the insurance (a requirement they obviously demand) and you have had the car for 3 days. Wasted money. TO THE TRASH! ...

LOVE THIS CAR LOT! First of all Very friendly no hassle kind of vibe as soon as you step foot on the lot. And the owner Gus and his wife Sue and his staff are so down to earth you will feel right at home. And you'll also love Glenn and Noah too, let me tell you! I was so happy with MY Car Purchase because it was so~ what i wanted from the color on the outside" black" to the fabric on the inside black "leather." They can get you any car you want even if its not on the lot. Plus, I know some people who came in and got a great car with little to no credit at all. Some even had bad credit and they still got the bank to sign them up for the car. So come on down because I am so positive you will find a dope ride that you will love to drive around in. And Carlos and Alberto will have you covered if you speak spanish. So Come, Drive It!

I walked in by chance reluctant, with little knowledge. Terrified of what might happen. Glen and Gus made me feel so comfortable, Glenn let me message him my documents before we sealed the deal, instead of coming in because I didn't have a car. They made it very clear what I was getting into and what would be expected of me. Sue gave me great advice and tips about how to build credit. This is my first financed car with payments, and my fears were put to ease. They treated me with humility and grace, and I trust these gentlemen, I appreciate their faith in me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Drive It, Inc took great care of me when they sold me 2011 Cadillac Coupe. Sue and her husband was very professional and knowledgeable. As a matter of fact Drive it Inc was the BEST CAR DEALERSHIP I ve ever had dealt with bye far.I will spread the WORD on what SERVICE THEY GIVE AND WHAT AWESOME CARS AND TRUCK THEY SALE !!!This was a 5 star experience from a 5 star dealership! In October 2018 my son purchased a vehicle here and within 2 months the transmission failed. Very common problem at " Used Car Dealerships " but this is not the case John and Sue assured me that they would take care of it and they did with a brand new transmission installed from the dealership at no cost to my Son and I never said Thank you as I was waiting for them to pull the rug from under us and in not honoring their promise to fix it which they didn't have to do. I found a vehicle I liked, the add said "no credit, bad credit or bankruptcy 1500 down will get you a vehicle". Upon arrival they would not even let me test drive the vehicle until my credit was ran. After the fact they were asking a lot more for a down payment. False advertisement on there adds. While the down payment was not the issue, I would have been able to add more to make the deal happen but the fact they would not even let me test drive the vehicle to see if I liked it made me take my business elsewhere. Poor management and way of doing business.
