Best service!! They woman at the register helped me right away with my battery and took her time to explain which was best for me after checking it to see if I needed a new one. (I wish I got her name). Augustine was very kind helping me with the battery as well!

I went to the Marina, CA AutoZone at 8:45 a.m. to inquire about a car battery and was informed that was not in stock. However, a battery I requested was available in the Seaside location which is the next town over. The employee that was working with me told me he would make the order and it will arrive at 11a.m. and upon arrival he would call. After waiting for half an hour extra I took it upon myself to call. After speaking with the representative I was informed that the delivery was cancelled and that they would come back to deliver at 1:30 p.m. He said he'd call me back to inform me the battery has arrived but no avail. I heard nothing back. I call around 3:30 p.m. the same day and inquire about the battery and yet again nothing. I waited half a day and wasted half a day on my day off. As a medical provider this type of service is ridiculous. The employees could hardly do a job that is incredibly easy yet could not deliver. Don't waste your time going to this location as the intelligence level is that of a middle school child with zero work experience in this day and age. Come on people do BETTER! I will be forwarding this review to the personnel that can better help.

Service there is great . The men know what they're doing . Women shouldn't feel discouraged to work here but if your a women working here don't try to make yourself look a certain way either your qualified or not no matter their gender or title / certificate.

For some odd reason , the employees there don't seem to know what parts are, one time I came in with a distributor, and the guy though it was a controll arm. I mean , come on man.

Came here to get a battery replaced. Usually when we buy the battery we ask them to put it in if they can and the manager agreed. When he went outside the worker who argued he didnt agree to put it in started talking and then a lady came out and started saying men should do it do you need gloves making jokes saying shes doing us a favor. If it was a favor those remarks arent suppose to be made but she came out and decided to be unprofessional and say we are men that should be able to do it they dont do it. Sorry your job is so miserable.

Came to pick up windshield wipes and a headlight, Sal, the employe e went above and beyond to help me out. I left feeling more knowledgable about my vehicle. I will definitely visit this Autozone again.

Friendly and helpful staff. I was greeted when I walked in and the guys at the counter asked me if I needed help but I already knew what I was looking for. After paying at the cohnter I asked the same person if he know a local mechanic who's good and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. He referred me to a local guy who does major repairs on cars. Not only this guys are helpful they also know their stuff and will help you as much as they can. I recommend the Marina Autozone.

My daughter recently transferred to CSU Monterey Bay. The first week she was there her car would not start. The university police jumped her car and she headed to Auto Zone because we suspected her battery was dead. Auto Zone clerk told her she needed a new battery but they would not be able to install because of all the electrical wires involved. My daughter was an emotional mess because she was afraid to get stranded again, didn't know where to go and she was dealing with the death of her father who had passed away 2 days prior. She was depending on her car to make the 4 hour drive back home. I called Auto Zone and spoke with the manager, Jose, and explained our situation. He was very attentive over the phone and agreed to help. He went out to the parking lot to find her and he ended up changing her battery. He called me back and explained that they normally wouldn't change the battery but in this situation he was able to successfully changed the battery. I'm so thankful for Jose. He relieved our family from an overwhelming amount of stress. Thank you Jose, you are a life-saver.

They have my business. I bought an oil filter 2 months ago. Didn't realize it was wrong one until I changed oil yesterday. I didn't have the receipt but they exchanged for correct one anyway. I also bought some antifreeze, they told me about another brand that was offering a $10 rebate. Very helpful.

Very helpful and straight forward. They dont fix everything but gave me suggestions, advice, and referrals on things they didn't do in shop. These are the good guys.

Oftentimes sale items are not eligible for home delivery because some outside vendors do not offer discount. But I'm shopping with Autozone! Those vendors not offering discount should be removed from partnership.

I go out of my way to visit this AutoZone. The employees are nice and knowledgeable. The location is never too busy. Great job guys!
