We had a wonderful experience at Toyota in Marina Del Rey with my daughter s first car purchase. . Khaled A. Went above and beyond to obtain this beauty for my daughter. Words cannot explain the amazing service , time and not to mention all the effort from Khaled was a great success as I watched my daughter drive away with a big smile. I highly recommend this dealer and thank you Khaled for all your time.

I try my best to avoid coming here unless absolutely necessary, because it's always a frustrating and terrible experience. The people here are unprofessional and waste your time - hello! We live in LA, after all! Every single time I've been here has been a headache, except for the day I bought my car - how shocking! I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone.

Gene in service at Marina del Rey Toyota is the best there is! I have gone to Gene exclusively for every service on my cars for the last 35 years and would never consider going elsewhere. He is extremely knowledgeable, consistently patient and kind and always professional. The work is done when he promised and at a fair price, which he always discuses with me in advance. Thank you, Gene! If only there were more like you.

I came here to buy a car with my brother and a friend. We ended up buying the car for me thinking it was a clean car like it was advertised to us but nobody ever mentioned that the car had Lot Damage and it was repainted very poorly from roof to the front bumper to the trunk, almost everywhere.When we came back they said they did not have to disclose anything about the car and acted like we are the ones who are at fault for getting the car. Super weak experience and they absolutely do not make it up to the Toyota standards, for treating customers like that and hiding important stuff. l will not let those guys scam us like that. And nobody should as well. Go to any other Toyota and you ll be better off l promise.

I was very upset with the way my brother and I was treated by the sales manager few months ago. I found the behavior of the staff members to be unprofessional and disrespectful. They were so rude, and the environment was stressful. One staff member seemed to be more interested in assisting us, after we decided to leave the store due to high price, he promised us to give a discount, a few seconds later he told us instead of a discount we have to buy a plan with a discount. What a lie! The whole dealership filled with dishonest environments.Please try to be polite to customers in future.

We are EXTREMLY happy to buy a new Toyota RAV4 Prime 2024 there. BEST customer services, friendly, not pushing, very helpful by Mustafa ALjuboori , this guy is amazing, he spent whole day with us to get the deal we want... appreciated him, highly recommend to see him if u plan to get a new car. We drove an hour to this place from Orange County but really worth it!!! Jim /my husband and me really so happy with FIVE STARS services by Mustafa guy.

If you are in the West LA area and looking for a dealership to service your Toyota, AVOID Marina del Rey Toyota!My 2020 Rav4 had to be towed to the service department after hours because it started shaking while driving on the freeway. I left the car on the lot as directed by the service advisor I spoke to about after hours drop off and dropped my keys in the drop box. There were issues getting the repairs completed due to a service advisor's error, but I was finally able to pick up my car 8 days later and when they bring the car out there is a noticeable crack running from the base of my windshield on the driver's side to the center of the windshield - it is impossible to miss. The service advisor that checked in my car 8 days ago wasn't in that day so I asked to speak to the customer relations manager (who I had been working with to resolve aforementioned issues with repairs) to take a look at the damage. She did a "pen test," running the tip of a pen along the crack to see if she could find a point of impact and she determined that it was a stress fracture and nothing had impacted my windshield directly to cause the damage. She stated that it probably happened while the car was being lowered or raised on the lift in the garage. She advised me to drive my car home and she would speak with the service department manager the next morning and work out a rental car and windshield replacement for me.When I didn't hear from her by the next afternoon, I drove to the dealership and asked to speak with her but was told she was unavailable. The service advisor that checked the car in for the previous repairs said he did not notice the crack and it wasn't noted on any of the paperwork. (DUH - BECAUSE THERE WAS NO CRACK!) He said because I dropped it off after hours and wasn't present the next morning when they did the intake, they weren't able to do verify damage. (WHAT?! That makes no sense.) I was told I could not leave my car there and they would not be accepting it for repair because it was not their responsibility. It took 6 days for the customer relations manager to get back to me after that visit to tell me the service department manager denies the damage was caused by them. She said she would be speaking with the general manager the next morning and would get back to me; that was 4 days ago.I reached out to the towing company to see if the driver had noticed a crack in the windshield while was he driving my car onto the bed of the tow truck and was informed by the towing company that they have a camera in the bed of the truck so there is footage of my car for the duration of the tow through drop off. I reviewed the footage and there is no damage to my windshield.I opened a case with Toyota headquarters and sent them the footage. I have also sent the customer relations manager the footage. I still have not heard from anyone.This is not the first, second, or even third time they have messed up, but this is the most egregious.TL:DR - I had my car towed to Marina del Rey Toyota for repairs. They returned my car with a cracked windshield and denies responsibility. I have sent them footage from the towing company that clearly shows my car windshield was not damaged when it was dropped off. They have not responded to my calls or emails.

I had a bad experience. I left the car to do the first review and asked about some noises in the car. The first day they couldn't solve it, they asked me for one more day, they couldn't solve it either. Now they're telling me in 5 days the car will be ready. And me? I bought a new car and I need to go a week without a car because they can't find my problem. Now I'm gonna have to pay several days' rent from a car, because even though it's Toyota's mistake, the client who gets the loss of renting a car to solve your things.

Awesome Toyota dealership! Recently moved to LA and coordinated a good deal on a Camry hybrid before I even moved. Due to no fault of their own, production on the Camry was delayed. That was okay, my salesman, Rudy, got me just as good of a deal on a new Toyota Crown they had in stock and I LOVE it!! Rudy was amazing but, truly, EVERYBODY there is incredibly nice and helpful. Kimberly, Joy, Nidia, George, just to name a few. I got a great car at a fair price from a helpful and pleasant team. What else could you want from a dealership?

Talking about leasing or buying a car and to do some services, I would recommend you to not choose this dealership. Especially, The financial department here is awful, disrespectful, lier and aggressive .All of us know that we shouldn t trust dealers, but in this specific dealership you can clearly see the aggression on the environment and untrustworthy people working there. Unfortunately they lied to me the day I bought the car, lets say this part was my fault to believe them, for the plans they each person offered a different deal, and they even don t trust each other, then for the car service, they promised me to provide a ride to a certain location, or a wifi internet for the work meeting I had, guess what , they didn t give a ride nor an internet, because a guy from finance department didn t let them. So I lost my client and the meeting. The worst thing was after servicing my car (for an interior / exterior protection plan that I have) the car wasn t clean, full of tools, and I am not sure if they add any protection, seems like they just did a car wash.In one word, try to stay away with the financial department of this dealership, cause i am pretty sure if they keep working like this they would lose their clients soon.And finally, to cut a long story short, try to find a dealership with nicer and politer customer services , and stay away from this specific one, cause at the end you want to enjoy your car and your life.

Have never had an easier, more pleasant, customer focused car dealership experience than the one I had with Mustafa at Marina del Rey Toyota. From the moment I inquired about the car, Mustafa was attentive, prompt, fair and reasonable on pricing and focused on helping me buy the car I wanted. He made sure the car was completely detailed, even calling in the special interior guy to make sure everything was spotless. Mustafa was also friendly, personable and straight forward. I would ask for Mustafa if you are looking for a Toyota - he is the best.

Best experience buying a Car ever!!After having the worst experience with another Toyota dealer that day, I decided to call Marie from Marina del Rey Toyota, and let me tell you that after that call everything was easy.Because We are buying a Car and we need to enjoy the process So, Marie told me to pass by so Nidia could showed we the inventory.I decided to go there, and from the moment I enter all the energy was super nice !Marie and Nidia were there waiting for my arrival. They offered me water, and I told them my story with the other dealer. classic dealer with bad energy and anxiety to sell So, after taking the time to understand what I was looking for , we went to their inventory and Nidia found me a super Nice Toyota Corolla. If you're looking to purchase a Toyota, this is the place. You must see Lorenzo. I was a bit skeptical about Toyota given my prior dealings at another dealership over a decade ago and having come from a luxury car brand. This all changed after I met Lorenzo. He made me feel like I was buying a Rolls Royce with his level of service and communication. Also Rudy on his team was extremely helpful by showing me around the car and how to use all of its features before driving off. If you want 5 star service go here and ask for Lorenzo. The sellers are scammers. They told me that I could rent another vehicle and return the one I had. that would be settled. When I signed the contract I asked the person in charge of contracts and he told me not to worry. Today I was reviewing the contract and they added $5000 for the other car rental. I wanted to return the car, they wouldn't let me because I had already signed. They don't let you read anything because they make everything electronic. don't buy cars there they are scammers

After spending months hoping from one dealership to another to look for my exact choice of car, This Toyota dealership in the Marina did its magic Most consultants assured me, that My needs for this particular car was not possible but this one sales consultant at the marina Toyota Mustafa, he got just that which other sales consultants were saying is impossible especially in the LA area. Over 4 hours for a tire rotation. I had an appointment, and they knew I was waiting. Dolly never once returned my phone calls. Nobody ever called to say it was ready. Nobody could get ahold of Dolly. I watched my car move from the service bay to the cleaning area and then sit parked for 2 hours. It was ready for 2 hours, but they "couldnt find Dolly." What a joke. I will follow the advice of others and avoid this place. What a horrible first impression for purchasing a 50k vehicle.

The best car dealership I've ever been to. Hands down, very nice and knowledgeable staff. These guys worked hard for me. When I went to other car dealerships, they turned me away. Mo, Albert, Eddie and Brent did everything in their power to get me a great deal on my 2017 Prius, which they did. I'm very happy with my car and the amazing customer service I got. I will be forwarding my friends and family to Marina Del Rey Toyota. Because I know they're in good hands. Thank you guys.
