Good place for many things like snacks, gas, also a little place to get some dinner I guess, Gas prices are a bit over the top but that doesn't matter

A welcome respite when riding long dusty roads. I stopped here for gas and to fuel myself up after riding across the badlands from Santa Maria. Everyone was really friendly and the food looked tasty but after hours of 120+ temperatures I was only interested in liquid fuel.

Very nice shell gas station at the corner of Taft highway and Highway 166. The inside of the store is very clean and every time I ve been here the employees have been very nice and helpful. They also have some hot food such as fried chicken, burritos etc. Also attached inside the station is a Subway sandwich company.

Stopped here many times to use the bathroom facilities.......gotten a Subway sandwich more than once, but not today. Good clean restrooms. AND they help out vets

It sucks that this is the only place nearby. The older employee is incompetent. Wouldn't sell to a 23 year old because her ID pic had a different hairstyle. I have not once had a nice encounter with any of the employees. They are so rude. It's clear they hate their life. Trash.

3/2022 NO FUELStore is open and has a restroom but the pumps are getting worked on. Had to go up the road a few miles for fuel.

This was the first gas station Enroute after we left Pismo beach and took the route for LA couple of weeks back.Unfortunately credit card wasn t accepted and had to pay cash.Gas was pretty expensive ($6+) though (not really sure why).Rest experience was fine. They have restrooms (not so clean).

Gas prices are always high. Can't remember any thing less than $6.00 for Regular. Staff sometimes unfriendly. I would recommend gassing up somewhere else.

So I've been stopping here for years but I noticed that had a new bbq place inside. I ordered a tri-tip sandwich and some fries with homemade fry sauce. This was delicious. The tri-tip was smoked to perfection and the portions were plentiful. Will stop again!

There is a bathroom here, for many wondering, it's inside no need to ask for a code or key, which is great after a long drive. They have a couple of great quick bites, like fried burritos, chicken strips, and wedges which are my favorite here. Also, some sandwiches which are prepared. Gas is expensive as it's the only one for miles.

I've been going to Shell gas stations for a few decades. Always clean bathrooms , gas & diesel islands. Knowledge Cashier's & all we truckers need under one roof...!

Make sure you have all your change given back, if you get home and realize you were shorted on your money and call to say something about it one of their workers will act so snotty and rude about it. I know exactly what I bought and how much money I handed over, how much money I came in with and how much I came out with. And even if it isn't that much, I will certainly find out your name and file a complaint with your manager about it after how rude you were.

Today on 166 since the Grapevine has been closed down the traffic is outrageous as far as you can see there's cars lined up to go through and around probably 33 or 101 anyway that's 166 and you have 119 which is Highway 33 also it is coming from Taft like crazy also so all of you stay safe and all have a happy holiday

This was the only gas station in the small town of Maricopa.I didn't feel 100% safe outside the gas station. Inside, the gas station store and bathroom were not clean. But, I was grateful they were open.

Best gas station ever nice friendly people and the potato wages will take to heaven and back for more had to buy three orders because there that good #1 food and gas station

Workers are all about Drama.,.. Crazy turn around with employees... Owners would rather fire you then talk to you about anything said or done.. Prices of food are ridiculously high....

Only stop if you absolutely have to. The hills have eyes, people! Simple gas station store with a fry cooker. Thought I could hear the deliverance banjo off in the distance. Bathroom wss so-so.

I went to get gas on August 4th the cashier greeted the customers in front me and when i came to the line I was not greeted. I felt like I was discriminated against because of my nationality. The cashier was very rude.

OVERPRICED. Cashier has a major attitude problem, no tact whatsoever. Pumps kick off half the time. - Just go up the 33 to Taft & save $1/more a gallon.

This Shell station with all of the traffic being rerouted on to 166 through Maricopa the girls that work there have kept their cool stayed professionally and friendly kept all the facilities clean met a lot of the customers needs I found them very very professional

Out of town highly visible on open highway .Handicap accessible parking and restrooms. Mini mart convince store. Air and water station.

Sketchy gas station in the middle of nowhere. Used the public restroom and the trash can was covered in blood.
