We drove from Hayward after seeing a Chrysler 300c advertised on OfferUp. I really wanted a 300c after driving my friends a while back. A few other people I know have the same year, which is a 2006. I know this is a old car and I wasn't expecting it to be perfect but what they sold me looks nice, but it has soooo many issues!!! The salesman tried saying that it was owned by a lady who took good care of it. I had already read the Carfax and knew it was used as a lease car. Strike 1. We drove it and knew it probably needed new brakes eventually, even though this was not mentioned by the dealership. They also failed to mention the front headlight was out, there was a big gash in the carpet driver side's floor board. This car must have been in an accident. The whole underbelly of the passenger's side was scraped up. It needed a new belt. Plus, everyday something else comes up. Got the brakes done, now there's a constant awful squealing coming from something else, besides the belt. Strike 2. So I get it. That's on me. They found a sucker to get it off their hands. But Strike 3 is the lack of professionalism the salesman exhibited. I understand that I took a while to decide, asked a lot of questions, which most did not get answered. (Red flag) They did not explain any of what I was signing even though I did ask. Handed me a stack of papers to sign. We payed all cash. Used a card. Why would they have me sign a lease agreement? I did not sign a title. There was no 'bill of sale.' So after a month in a half after still not receiving my plates or the tile I started stressing. I called and the dealer and he promised me he would email me, that day, something that stated I bought the car from them. Nothing. On that phone call he also said he had already filed with the DMV. Two weeks later I went to the DMV. Not only had it not been transferred over, but it was still in the company they bought it from's name! I finally got my plates and title almost 3 months later. Even though knowing I own a f__"" up car that I put that much money in to is embarrassing! I could have bought a NICE 300 SRT with everything for the total cost, including repairs, which are far from being done. I know this is long review but it's important to let others be informed. Just watch these guys.

Went there and test drove not 1 but 2 cars I didnt think I could afford....At no time did I feel pressured to buy. Sales guy or maybe owner ran numbers for me to get an idea of costs. I felt like sales guy was like if I dont buy the car no big deal there will probably be someone who will eventually. Most times when u go to a dealer they haven't done their job if u dont leave with a car. They will promise u the world and beg borrow and steal to get u to buy. Not here. I felt like if u asked a friend to drive their car around the block and they let u. Nice place.

Sold me a car with bad breaks, tires, stereo, and ignored all my attempts at contact after they failed to send me my plates, definitely DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Bought a 2004 Honda Accord from them which was over priced, however they told me that it was a good car. The front wheel whine on take off and the right panel is missing. They promised to check it out however every time my daughter takes the vehicle back they claim that they don t have the clips for the panel for her to check back in a few days. Well called today and Mohammad claims that he still doesn t have the clips while the chick that works there told my daughter that her mechanic was on lunch which he gets an hour and then he had another car that he promised to fix first and she will call her to bring the car back. Everyone in there tells lies and neither has told corroborating stories. I wouldn t send a dog to buy a car from them.

I have had nothing but car problems since I bought it in March. The owner Mohamed has been notified my car has major problems. It s burning oil. All I know is my trust in Mohamad is gone. He told me the last time I took my car to him that I had 0 oil. Well guy your shop is the only shop to touch my car. They did my oil change and something went wrong with timing 5 days after taking it home.... when will they fix my equinox to not see me in thier shop every other month? Broken car broken heart love my car just want to enjoy it without any worries

I don't recommend any-one buying a vehicle form this dealership. If I could I would give this dealership 0 stars. I had so many problems with a vehicle that I purchased in the past, Mohammed did not want to honor the 30 day warranty. I took that car to the dealership many times because of all the things that were braking down, and he didn't want to fix it.

The Guys 2 CIf you are looking for a new or used vehicle , please look no more. My experience with two gentlemen was what I was looking for throughout my car purchasing history. Simeon and Terrell's customer service was beyond excellent. They made the experience less of a hassel, and no, I didn't stay in all day. I told you these two are excellent. Ask for the two gentlemen I was referring about and enjoy your new vehicle. Simeon and Terrell, U Guys R The Best.

Got My First BMW from here, GREAT qaulity car. then got a new Chrylser from here, and i love my car. The Owner is a good at his job and understanding too, his Employees i always see working Hard.I recommend getting a car here!

I bought a car and 2 months later my engine was blown. I drove back and forth to work. I was told cars sold as is. They offered to sell me the heads at 300 then i was told 400 a piece. When i told them i have a car note i have to pay on a broke down car he was rude and condescending. I dont know if it was the culture towards women because when i bought the car they filled it up with gas and told me if you bring people to my lot i will give you gift card or fill your tank up.

Very bad experience, bought a 2006 BMW X5 used from them. Very pushy for me to buy, and since its my first time to buy second hand car in the U.S I didn't know the law I signed a BUY AS IT IS agreement. Then now I need to put over $1000 to fix the brake, over $1000 to fix the hoses leaking and several hundreds to fix the coolan reservoir. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN HAVE OTHER OPTIONS PLEASE AND YOU WILL THANK ME!!!

My Grandfather bought a vehicle from this dealer last year. He was told that car was under a clean title with few miles (78k) and extremely excited. Months later he had past away leaving me with the car. I did some ran a car fax report and found out they had sold my grandfather a BRANDED title car. A car that no where worth the $10,000 dollars he paid. They are selling cars with rolled back odometers! and duping old men into buying illegal cars and telling them they are clean title. FRAUD!!!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

Still waiting on my plates it's been 3 months and now my 67 year old mother who using the car to get to her doctors appts has been pulled over and given a ticket and was told the car can't be on the road in California or it will be impounded rendering the car undrivable until this resolved.they don't return calls or answer the phone.finally had to get an attorney involved and found out they sold the car to me before they even had the title which is illegal.good luck if you purchase a car here.*dmv complaint filed*

bought a truck from them and have had nothing but problems! it was at there lot more than I got to drive it. it has been 8 months and now ford dealership says that it needs engine and main computer $8000.00. I DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM!!!!

We purchased a 2013 equinox from this dealer, they promised to fix the airbag light & never did, to our knowledge from a local Bodyshop it s illegal to sell a vehicle with a airbag light on & honestly my husband decided to go with this dealership because he s friends with the owner to support his business, but in my.opinion I would be very careful buying from here, sometimes a lot of us are desperate to get a new vehicle & they take advantage of the situation!
