I had to get out of my car with my baby, which I didn't really like. The place is a bit rundown. There were inappropriate things, in my opinion, playing on the TV in the waiting room where there were other children. I came here because I was in the area and needed an oil change and found this place through Groupon.

I really like how professional the guys are very nice and friendly. They do your oil really fast. Also, if you go I hope you get Manny. Manny is really good guy!

Well took my truck in for an oil change on December 6th 2023 the guy tells me I need a transmission flush so I tell him do it. December 16th my truck makes a loud sound like I got hit from behind. So as I'm driving home the truck doesn't move in drive or 3 but moves in 2dn or 1st truck is automatic so I make it home. Next morning I checked transmission fluid and it was barely coming on the dip stick. My truck does not have leak on anything on the ground. So now I have to pay 2500 to get my transmission fixed. The only thing I would say is they didn't put enough transmission fluid back in. Sucks because there's nothing I can do about it. Because they make you sign a paper so they're not responsible for it. I wouldn't recommend going here ever

I bring my car in this shop for break replacement and they said we have to check/ diagnose the brake for $30, but the problem is they don't even remove the tire to check the brake they just park my car inside and after 5 mins I saw them they don't do anything this mechanic told me that the brake pads is still 75% and 45% on rear, my car is 2019 model very disappointed its ok it just $30 hope they are happy

DONT COME HERE. I dropped my car off at 5 and I was the only customer, was told my car would be done in 20mins but they would CALL ME. I come back in an hour because no one called and the store is CLOSED employees GONE. I needed my car for work tmrw and all my badges are in their store. They expect me to pay $90 for service like this? How does that make sense!! I m down an 8hr shift and oil service sounds absolutely CRAZY

I was very specific about 3 issues to the person I gave my car keys to (young man with glasses). I just looked at the notes and he only wrote down one issue. When I spoke to the mechanic over the phone he spoken broken English some. I had a hard time understanding some of the things he was saying. I learned Speedes diagnostic does not test everything. I came back in-person to speak to the mechanic, but he left early. I really wanted them to fix my car problem asap, but because of the lack of communication between workers, broken English some, and not writing every thing down to show the mechanic, I will be taking my car to the dealership to get it fixed. Hopefully these issues could be fixed for future customers. I feel like I wasted a couple hundred bucks and my time was wasted.

First the price was high for a 4 cylinder about $20 over then the cap was left off of the water reservoir. I had to go save my wife from the side of the road. Good thing my wife pulled over right away or it could have been very bad.

Went in with a noise problem related to steering, mechanic recommended I change my power steering pump. We happily agreed and paid. A couple hours later my car had a VERY hard time steering. Mechanics let me know they put in the wrong fluid. Later went home and power steering fluid all over the driveway and garage. The manager had told me a pipe burst due to proper flow and we would have to pay $300 extra so we went to a new mechanic, new mechanic said they damaged the pump, had speedee replace it under warrantee low and behold no new leaks. We requested to talk to the owner multiple times with the owner never appearing, clerks had an extreme attitude over the phone, they have done more damage to my car than good. If you do have the misfortune of coming to this place request Manuel he installed the parts correctly. If you are looking for honest mechanics this is not the place. Guzman s auto repair is a much better & cheaper alternative.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

They don't do appointments here, it's a first come first serve basises kind of place. Fast and very affordable services, I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

They were quick. Cleaned my lights quickly. The girl at the front was nice. They made it relaxing in there. Liked their attitude. The soda machine is still not working, though.

Went for an oil change about a month or two and decided to check this specific place out. Fast forward to today when I went to check on my car s oil dip stick and my oil was so low and dirty. I have never had such issues with any of the oil changes I ve gotten in the past. I get that their company s name is Speedee but not taking your time to do these types of services on peoples cars could potentially endanger them. Makes me question wether or not I even got any service on my car.Service: Oil change

These guys are super nice and fast with the service or atleast they try there best to keep everyone moving. The only thing that sucks is the prices are pretty high, u can end up spending $100-160 for oil change for 5k miles and air cabin filter. Other then the price these guys are super cool an easy to bring ur car to!

When I say this is THE WORST oil change service I ve ever experienced. For one I paid $120 for a full synthetic oil change, you d think that I d get that but I did NOT! Not even a month later my car needs another oil change. And they didn t change my filter, calling my bank to dispute the charge from these scammers. Also my car is newer, it has NO leaks, upon checking for new change I found out that my filters were never changed and my oil was barely refilled.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Unprofessional staff . The oil change was quick. But they didn't call our name. My husband ended up asking if it's done or not. The guy at the front insisted that he already called his name.

I went for an oil change next thing mechanic comes out to talk to me claiming my air filter was dirty and they could change it for 30$ the one he had in his hand was blue and bigger while mine is red and smaller plus I had just replaced it obviously it wasn't the same they love easy money

Oil change cost 264.00Diesel truck. It's 140.00 more than I paid in Tennessee...The tec had to have a smoke break before he delivered the truck for payment. Not thrilled with the that part of service but it wasn't to bad of a time wait.HOLD ON upon checking I don't think the oil filter was changed.. that contaminated 13 gts of synthetic oil... I'm on my way back to seedie, SpeeDee

Buyer beware. Stay away from this place. I've taken two vehicles which both ended up with problems afterwards. And recently my daughter took her car in lo and behold problems ensued directly afterwards. My first car they cross dreaded the oil drain bolt and didn't tell me about it. When I went to do an oil change in my vehicle I found there was an emergency plug replaced the OEM plug. Next I brought a pickup truck in that I had purchased to do an oil change not even 20 minutes after getting it back oil spewing out of my oil pan it's as if they loosened up my oil pan. Few weeks back my daughter takes her car in low and behold she has an oil leak similar to mine. The oil filter wasn't on tight And now it's leaking out of the oil pan. She's taking it back and they claim that the work was done to their satisfaction. Well they're satisfaction is garbage stay away do not go here go someplace else like jiffy lube. This place operates on bad faith bad employees and give you the runaround. Do yourself a favor and don't come here.

I dropped off my car for a tune-up around 10am on a Saturday. Never had one figured it was time to. The front desk said they would call me to let me know how much it will cost after they inspect it. The car was fine at the time of drop off no warming lights. I received a call around noon by Manny. He said the car looked fine was due for tune up and it would cost around $460/$500 with taxes. I told him to proceed and call me when it was ready for pickup. I received a pickup call around 4:30 and didn t make it on time to pick up the car before they closed for the day. I went back Sunday and picked up my car. The front desk said Manny added a note saying there was a misfire on the car. He wrote down the code to basically cover his ass . She couldn t explain the problem she advised us to call back when a tech was in. Took the Car maybe 2 miles in when the check engine light came on and felt vibration. I called back and explained what was going on they said to take the car back in. Had my mom drop it off during the week as my schedule didn t permit. Check engine light was on, they told my mom as soon as they drove up to inspection the check engine light was gone they didn t need to run a diagnostic as the car seemed fine to them. I told them great since the my have the car and oil change wasn t included in tuneup asked them to do one at the moment. I got my car back and it seemed fine until a couple days later I noticed a clicking sound and my car is now back to shaking. The engine light hasn t come up yet but I m sure it will. It s really sad that you cannot find good mechanics anymore you would think a franchise would provide best results but that is not what happened here. I dont recommend this place to anyone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Wow what can I say other than I will never visit this speedy lube ever again. I usually go to one in Modesto because of their customer service and professionalism. I felt like this one didn't care about us and it literally looked like they had no clue what they were doing

This is the BEST place to take your car. The customer service is outstanding! Today, not knowing they closed at 5pm and that it was 4:45, I drove up. I asked if it was too late. The guys insisted it wasn't and took my car. They had it done and I was driving away at 5pm! The woman inside was also friendly and nice as well. I won't go anywhere else.

Don't go to this place,they're crooks. I took my truck there less than two years ago to replace the catalytic converters cuz it didn't pass the smog check and two months ago I took to have it smog at a different place and it didn't pass and the guy asked me who replaced the catalytic converters and I told them it was Speedy Oil Change and he told me that the ones they put on are illegal. So I went home and called Speedy Oil change and the lady that answered the phone told me they don't do catalytic converters anymore. So I them about what happened and then she told me to bring it in and I told the lady the mechanic on the paperwork that replaced my catalytic converters was Allen and so every time I called back after that and asked if Allen is working and the lady always say no Allen is not here today, yeah right what a liar. I paid almost a thousand for two illegal catalytic converters.

Good, don't appreciate the sell job after oil change. Train tecks better. I asked if on a transmission service do they use manufacturer recommend fluid. He said they just use a generic brand. All cvc transmission must not be mixed. If so get ready for a 3000 to 5000$. Must use only manufacturer own fluid.

Called ahead of time and stated what vehicle and how much. Got there and they had no clue what the proper oil was for my truck to include the manager. Once I let them know the price doubled and even $100 more than the dealer charges.

If you want somewhere to change your oil, have general repairs made or even a Smog done, somewhere that is not out to take shortcuts or short change you while giving you the best customer service you can get, THIS IS THE PLACE. Have been coming here for 14 years and have NEVER had a complaint. They take good care of you and your car.

I might have given 5 stars ,but got oil change and filter..paid $120.00.. they said everything was checked out good..They said tire pressure was checked and good...when I got back in car the Tire pressure light still showed low..same 24psi that it was before oil change. With bright light saying Inflate to 32psi. ..No real big deal ,except it was marked on bill as done and I was told it was done. Receptionist was cool and friendly.
