THIS IS NOT THE PLACE IF YOU WANT A JOB WELL DONE!I choose this place because of the reviews and was surprised I d be in the ratio of people unpleased with the outcome. Whenever I was told they would call me for an update in a timeframe they wouldn t even gave it days to weeks to be considerate, only to be gaslight on what their police s and procedures are. I went to pick-up my car, a part included in the estimate and paid for had to be attached in the moment because they forgot. In the moment, I was understanding but it should have been my first clue to incompetent work full of excuses to come. There was still gapping where the fender meets the bumper because the person in the body shop didn't make the estimator aware before pick-up. That s the kind of service to expect. Which is why they offered to do the leg work with insurance even having me return to body shop for that. Only to tell me after a month that they told me I had to be the one to contact my insurance for their terrible and incomplete work. There was no need to gaslight I was happy doing what I needed to make my car decent again. But at this point I feel unsafe having them touch my car again and unhappy driving it know I could have done a better job with a primed bumper and a spray can. Imagine that! Not to mention the noise it started making when I picked up that it wasn't before. It hadn't been inspected because they don't check for any damage that could have been caused by the same accident if its not on a specific panel because they only do cosmetic work. Choosing to work with them is going to cost me more money to do their job correctly for them. I will be avoiding them from now on, you should too.Service: Body & Trim

Gave them my car almost 2 months ago still haven't gotten my car fixed. Called me one day and told me my car was ready but it wasn't. Told me they were gonna call me back and it's been over a week.. Was recommended too..

I got rear ended & went to Certified Collision for an estimate. The moment i walked through the door both receptionists helped me right away & their customer service was awsome. The technician that assisted me was Matt & he was very knowledgeable & professional. I will defenantly be getting my car worked on here.

My insurance sent me here.. The man who assisted me wasn't very detailed on what was to be done and not courteous at all, always seemed in a rush even on the phone. Took them about a week or so to finish my vehicle. Then when I go to pick up after an ins issue that thankfully was resolved, he just parks up front and hands me my keys. No explanation on what they did, no explanation on when I can wash my car, any special care instructions.. Nothing. not even a thank you. Rest of staff seem nice..

This place was amazing. The wait to drop off and pick up a rental was supper fast. They worked closely to with my insurance, they kept me updated and made me feel at ease. The repairs were kinda pricey, but the work they did was outstanding. If I ever need repair work in the future, I'd definitely go to them with out a doubt!

This place took care of my 1st car when I was in an accident. And did a great job. In my new car I got side swiped and had the repairs for that here and they did a great job again. I got rear ended and plan on taking my car here once insurance is sorted out. (I commute to bay area) They call you with updates, dont sound short or annoyed if you're like me and call everyday wanting status. And are good about communicating if something comes up or changes. Only thing that does suck is I wish they were open for a couple hours on weekends for drop offs and pick ups so I dont have to miss work. But all in all a good honest place!

The people here are wonderful! I had an emergency repair done I my way to visit my kids. They weren't able to complete the repair that day. My daughter was going to have to pick me up. The service writer was getting ready to go come for the day and offered to take me closer to my daughter. She went above and beyond to make sure I was safe before she left. What a great ending to what could have been a tragic day.

Had some work done on our 2007 Chevy Malibu after a hit and run accident.After the work was done, and we got home, we noticed the grill and bumper were not holding together due to many damaged/briken clips that should have been addressed. If it was a cost issue, beings we were paying for the repairs ourselves, we should have at least been given the option to pay for the repair parts or not.We were told if we brought the car back, they would do whatever they needed to in order to tighten things up. Either with screws or some type of glue to keep the grill and bumper from rattling as we went down the road.I took it in and after two days they called and said there was nothing they could do and to come pick up the car.

This is a really nasty place to take your cars please don't take your car here .I should of just left my truck alone over $3,000 down the drain now that i want to sell my truck to carmax they want to deduct $2,000 because of the damage still has..Junk worse shop ever Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car honda civic 2013 4d came in the Tuesday of November 23 for checking to see any damage from cement accident, they power wash it and I got back on December 1st, when I got in the car, it smells like garbage. I been trying to get rid of the smell ever since, it's better but still smell. I don't know if they park it to garage can or what.

I was very happy about the service I had this year in Jan2018. then after 2 months, I realized my front car license plate was never installed back after that service! Isn't that horrible? I could be caught by cop for this missing license plate! I called back this morning, their first response is: oh , your license plate was damaged a lot and we could not install it back. Come on! I have a picture to show that my license plate was perfectly ok! no damage at all. my car damage was at the right corner of the headlamp. never touched the license plate! see, how bad they are! they are trying to escape from their responsibilities!!! Then the guy who was the main person for my repair said he will go check with their technician to see whether they could find it. hey! no matter they could find it or not, they are responsible for my missing license plate! I have to have it back from them no matter what!!! crazy! so far, I have not heard back from them yet. I am going to claim to my insurance company for this bad service.

I've been going to Certified Collision Center for years. They have always provided the best customer service possible. Their work done on all of my vehicles from my old 2000 Nissan Sentra GXE to my current 2019 Toyota Camry; Certified Collision Center provided outstanding customer service on my vehicles. I recommend Certified Collision Center to all of my friends that need work on their vehicles.

They offered to pick me up and They had assisted w/car rental conveniently in the same building. Made me wait for 2H to pick up my truck. Repair was done in one day but it took them a whole week to get it through "detailing" and the interior was a real mess when I pick it up.

My dad took our Rv there because it was starting to look old and JOSH had the guts guys polish it for days and when we brought it home and found that there was still a couple spots that needed work JOSH came to our house and spent his whole Saturday making sure that it looked perfect my dad said that you don't find customer service like that very often
