The customer service here is different with every employee that works there. Some can be friendly or some can be rude.I had gotten a tool lender to where I left my license there. When I went back to turn in the tool and get my license back, the person that I was returning the tool into to get my license. He didn't know where my license was at. So I took the tool back and the guy said to me "oh well it's not my tool or license". I asked him his name because I was reporting him to the corporate office. He doesn't need to be working there if he's going to be like that with the customers.

Visited this Autozone recently to pick up a long list of parts for several types of cars. I was having a hard time keeping track of the list myself going in and was prepared for a struggle in trying to get help.I was lucky enough to make contact with sales associate Gabriel at the counter. I explained my list and he went above and beyond to find everything I needed and made sure everything we looked at was compatible with the different cars. He even arranged for some parts that were out of stock to be brought in from other locations so I would be eligible to recieve promotional prices in one same-day transaction.The whole interaction took about an hour and a half but not once did Gabriel show any sign of boredom, impatience, or frustration. He was professional, friendly, and overall incredibly pleasant to talk to throughout the entire process even when he hit a few snags with the system, or when I had to pause to make a couple of phone calls to my boss. He answered all my questions without hesitation and took the time to confirm that everything we added to my cart was everything I needed on my list, several times during the transaction.I work with a lot of cars, and I have never recieved more excellent customer service from ANY vendor I've had to interact with. I look forward to requesting his service again and would recommend for any of my coworkers to seek him out as well. Gabriel deserves to be rewarded for his work ethic and attention to detail, and I hope to see him promoted to a leadership position soon.

Needed a hose for my car to pass smog, nobody to help me. Not a sole in the store. Finally got help and explained what I needed and was told that they could only search by make and model. I just needed a universal intake hose. My car was right out front, so I asked if they could look at what I needed on my vehicle. I was told that they couldn't leave the store. What a joke. I finally searched the entire store on my own and found something that would work. I was waiting to get some help at the register, but yet again no help. 10 min later an employee walked by and said to scan my own items on some sketchy self checkout bull. Never again will I go to Auto zone for any reason.

The rain started, and I needed a driver side windshield wiper. I've been putting it off for months-lol. Anyways I thought I would stop by one of the auto shops along Yosemite. But my grandson from out of town was with me and along Main street he saw this shop and suggested that I try there. The female associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He purchased my wiper, popped it on, and we were on our way in minutes. Smooth transaction.

The manger Sheyla has the worst costume service. I talk to her about them getting me the wrong oil filter so it ended up messing my garage with oil and she had the audacity to talk to me like I was stupid all she can do for me is get me the correct oil filter but no more car oil so for now on I'm just going to other places not more AutoZone for me

Horrible customer service they answer your call and say 1 is in front of you can you hold 30minutes later still no answer. They put you on hold until you hang up!

Helpful and knowledgeable employees, couldn't find radiator hose on computer, so she let me look behind the counter, on the shelves where there hoses where hanging, they didn't have one but regardless it's a good parts store

When I need something for my car, I always check with Auto Zone first.So far, they have not let me down.This time, the cashier went above and beyond to assist me.I needed to change the bulbs in my headlights, but was having trouble removing the old bulbs.My current medical condition, makes me extremely sensitive to the cold.The cashier not only helped me find the right bulbs for my car, but she came out and helped me install them as well.For availability of parts, customer service, and overall ease of access, you can't beat the Auto Zone.

Had to drive out of town last minute and it was raining and my wipers were thrashed. Pulled in they helped me get the correct blades and put them on for me. Thankyou for helping me have a safe trip. Great customer service!

Went there to test and replace battery. Their tester apparently is not working!! Lot of reluctance by employees to help and check.Went to o reilly which is about 0.2 miles away got battery tested and a new battery installed in 15 mins.

One of the staff is very rude in whole team i asked him to help me he refused to help me i used to come in this store every time to buy stuff but in these 2 days i spend, almost 400 dollars to give them a good business but they dont respect customers, it look like they dont care if customers is buying stuff from their store if customer asked them to help instead of helping them they tell them to leave the store same issue happend with other customer as well he said same story, the old guy on counter he is really rude. I hope they must learn how to deal with customers and senior managment must need to train their employees and should take corrective actions.

Went to buy a tool and asked about return policy, wasn't sure if would fit. Got accused of wanting to use and return. Guy refused to sell me the item and just went to O'Reilly. A much better experience. I advise others to avoid this store. The entrance is out of the way and the customer service was also lacking.

My experience was straight forward, just needed a headlamp, but I was impressed with the patience the employee showed with a customer that kept asking questions that had no answer to his liking and kept telling the employee how six months ago, the parts he was looking for were in stock and cheaper.Been here twice and both times was helped in reasonable time and with a smile.

The kid that was helping us was great there was a line and the phone was ringing he was handling all of it. The manager on duty though was not helping anyone and was perfectly content to let the kid do everything . It was close to closing and he wouldn't answer phone or cash out customers...wow talk about a disappointing example of leadership ..

Very courteous staff. A lot of variety in choices. Was able to order a cat filter they didn't have in store and receive the de same day. Hector very knowledgeable and friendly. Good prices. Would definitely recommend this place.

They always have what im after. Their prices are great. They've only let me down once....... well cause they were closed. Ok the nap before the store was a bad idea, but I bet they would have stayed open dew more minutes if I would have called. Hey listen if you need a monkey wrench they will find the monkey that owns one and steal it from him

Better than expected.Went to buy something my car desperately needed, and because I'm not mechanically talented, the representative helped with the install.Just as good as going to the dealership, but didn't pay the dealership price!

Very experienced associates here. The manager wouldn't even take a tip after he replaced my battery in the smoking hot sun. I felt so bad but not once did he turn his face up at me. Really like this store. :)

On Sunday at 1:30 in the afternoon I came in to grab two small items. There were a few customers in the store, but they were in no way slammed. I stood in line behind a customer, but when I was up to pay the sales associate left the counter without saying anything to me. She went on to help a different customer find a part. I figured that he must have been there before me. I continued to wait. At this point I still had not even been acknowledged by the sales staff. I know that I had been seen by the three staff members working, but not one even said "hey. We'll be right with you. After fifteen minutes of standing there, watching customers walk straight in the door and immediately get help I decided that I would rather spend my money at an establishment that understands how to provide customer service to all customers.

I've been going to auto zone and other auto stores in Town for 25 years and its always been pretty much "whoever has the cheapest part gets the business". But recently I went to auto zone at 5 minutes till close and the doors were locked and I was in the middle of a repair that I could have finished if I had the right tool. The employee that saw me ignored me, and when I called, they didn't answer. So I called the number on the door for the district mngr and he answered at home! He made the situation right by not only giving me my tool for free, but gave me a $20 gift card as well. 9pm is pm, not 8:55 and that employee left me with no car for a whole day with that choice. Kudos to management for making it right. Kept my business.

i stopped by to buy a battery and had the pleasure of working with shayla.outstanding attitude and big beautiful smile.told her what i was looking for and she did her thing and i got exactly what i needed.very knowledgeable,very professional and great service.i will be coming by here for parts from now on.thanks shayla,great job.

Make sure to return goods within a month of purchase because in as much as the receipt says they will give you a refund if you return goods within 90 days, apparently that is not always the case and for some goods they won't allow you to return them after 30 days have lapsed so be careful with that time frame and don't follow what your receipt says

Just got off the phone with an employee named Brandon. I have very little knowledge about cars and auto repair but he quoted me on needed parts and provided valuable information and suggestions. Brandon's knowledge and customer service are very much appreciated. I Intended on calling around to compare prices but I feel that is no longer necessary as I will be going in to this location to purchase the parts in result of such a great customer experience so far.

They're very helpful. I found out the parts I needed were only available through the Ford dealership. Good people working there. I will go back if I need anything else for my car.
