I financed a car that I'm extremely unhappy because I hung up and told me I could finance the car and after 4 months exchanged it For the limited model model that I wanted to say the shop didn't have and Made me buy a car that I didn't want for later saying that I could change the car after six to eight months and until today they refuse to change the car..I gave my negative testimonial and the only thing they say when they call you and I'm sorry for the seller's incorrect institutions. That doesn't solve anything, I continue with the car I didn't choose. what was supposed to be a relocation purchase turned into a nightmare. It was my first and last loan with Toyota, but I never buy a car from that brand because I sell it and it's the worst I've ever had in my life.

is very sad . you go to Toyota to buy the car of your dreams, but it doesn't have it in the store and the forecast for it to arrive at the store was 3 to 4 months. then the seller gives you the option to buy the basic model and after 5 months you go back to the shop to change the car, for the model you want! you wait anxiously and then they tell you you can't change it now and you wait until it's 8 months old and you go to the store again and they tell you you can't wait until it's 1 year and 6 months old. it makes you very sad. It was my first new car at Toyota. I'll never let the seller manipulate me with promises they won't keep because they want to sell the car and then you'll be unhappy with the purchase.

Do not let your loved one take there car in for service it's so bad I'll do it for free to save you the headache and the financial loss on a car you shouldn't need to be servicing to begin with...predictability of stupidity is astounding ...

I purchased some parts and supplies online from Manhattan Beach Toyota to be shipped to me across the country. The individual helping me was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get me what i needed and combine shipping.
