So, I was on the hunt for a used Tacoma and ended up at Manhattan Beach Toyota after checking out a few other spots and talking to some other dealers over the phone. I had my eye on a specific Tacoma I saw online and tried to get in touch with a salesperson beforehand, but no luck with a callback. Not gonna lie, I was a bit annoyed and wasn't in the mood to chat with any salesperson unless I was ready to seal the deal.But then, things took a turn for the better. Before I even got inside, Robert S. came up to me to see how he could help. I told him what I was after, and he took me straight to the truck. No pushy vibes, just friendly and all about solving my problem. That made me way more open to talking with him.Here's the thing Robert got where I was coming from with my budget. He worked to get me a price I was happy with, and the whole process was way quicker than other car-buying experiences I've had. Plus, he was all about being transparent and always available for any questions or concerns.As someone in sales myself, I've got to say, Robert S. really goes the extra mile for his customers. He's all about helping out and delivering exactly what you want. If you're in the market for a new Toyota or a used ride from their inventory, do yourself a favor and ask for Robert S. He'll make sure your car-buying experience is smooth, transparent, and positive.

Great experience right from the moment I walked on the lot. Was approached by the nicest and most sincere worker we have met, Joey Silva, who provided excellent service to my family and stuck from the beginning till the end of the service. He excelled and provided excellent care and made us feel as home at the dealership. Walked away with a beautiful vehicle the same day the family picked it out. Satisfied and quick service till the end and was able to retain a happy deal.

I was in the market for a new 2024 Toyota Sienna Platinum. All other dealerships were either sold out or gave me the runaround. This is one of the WORST toyota dealerships I have been to. I have had a not so great experience having my car serviced at this facility. This dealership majorly LACKS Customer Service. They are great at billing and charging you for everything possible to make a buck.After reading the many of reviews provided by previous customers who visited this dealership it seems that I am not alone....

This has to be one of the best dealerships based on my overall purchase & service experience. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle that we both agreed on a price beforehand. There was no pressure or obligation to buy the vehicle when I arrived. I test drove the vehicle, and any concerns I had were addressed immediately. My sales advisor was Nico Marra. He was impeccable with handling the sales transaction. Just can't say enough how he was able to go over and beyond with handling any of my requests without hesitation. I followed up with the service department (shout out to Aaliyah!), and this was top-notch as well. I'm located near the Santa Monica area, and it's well worth it to me to make the trip to Manhattan Beach, as customer service atthis level is hard to find. I highly recommend you give them a look for your next vehicle purchase.

Carl Boyd in Service was outstanding. Took the time to explain what needed to get done (fixing cracked ball joints), explained to me what I was signing and why, and got my car back to me ahead of schedule.Everyone should get Carl if they can.

Working with Conrad was such a great experience. He worked so hard to get us the car we wanted and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. MB Toyota also seemed to have the best deal in town. Highly recommend.

Was looking around at cars for a while and had a few in mind. Came to the dealership to look at a Corolla hatchback and unfortunately there were none on the lot that day. Spoke with STEFAN YANEZ and let him know what I was looking for. A few days later, I received a call that the exact car and color I was looking for arrived on the lot. I went to test drive the car the same day and loved it. STEFAN was awesome. I knew exactly what I wanted and knew the specs of the car inside and out. STEFAN let me do my thing and was pretty hands-off when I was inspecting (which I appreciated). I can be a hard negotiator sometimes but STEFAN worked with me on a price that made us both happy. Needless to say, I drove off the lot in my brand new Corolla pleased with the overall experience. STEFAN, I hope you read this and know that you did a killer job.

Had a service appointment here to get an oil change and tire rotation. They said I needed new rear brakes. I got a second opinion and the second opinion said I had 60% left on my brakes. Seems like this service center is trying to scam people into getting things they don't need. Won't be going back here, even after the Director tried to clarify the situation.Thank you for your response. I have since had it verified that the rear brakes are at 6mm, by two different parties. As I said before, I believe you are doing a disservice to your clients by not explaining the service to them and trying to get them to replace parts before they need replacing.

Went to help a friend buy a new car. Let me tell you the staff was beyond amazing. They found her a very good discount for her vehicle and they helped her get it.Most dealerships in my experience are there to sell you and not find discounts that lower their bottom line.Welcome to Manhattan Beach Toyota.I will always buy here.They make friends and family with their customers not just about profit.At least in my opinion.Craig

First I will say that my service guy David Miranda is AMAZING. That said, my first "minor" service (10k miles) turned into a nightmare when one of the mechanics failed to tighten something (their words) and oil leaked all over my garage. Nightmare. Will probably still go to them because of David and their proximity to the crib but otherwise would say proceed with caution...

Horrible service! Would never come back to this dealership and would never recommend anyone to come here either. Go elsewhere for your vehicles! The salesman Justin is a horrible customer service person and has no issue lying to you to get you in through the doors. This dealership will market a reduced price online but once you re in, they will tell you the price is much higher than they advertised. Justin will treat you as if you re incompetent. Oh also if you re a woman who asks questions, they don t really care for your inquiries especially if you go in with a male companion. We left and bought a truck elsewhere within hours of leaving this dealership. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Edit - the price wasn t honored that s why we left. It s the principle that matters.

I just purchased a 4Runner TRD Pro. This purchase was a 100% on line purchase. And I wanted the vehicle delivered to AZ. I worked exclusively with Irvin in sales. Irvin communicated with me each day clearly. I have purchased multiple vehicles on line in the past and this was by far the easiest transaction I've had. I'd like to thank Irvin for a fast and easy deal. Everything went very smoothly. Instead of the delivery taking a week, it only took one day. That was a great surprise. I'd work with It in again at Manhattan Beach Toyota.

I absolutely loved my experience with Manhattan Beach Toyota. Ken and I were talking for about 2 months before I actually got my car. He explained the whole buying process from top to bottom and made things so much easier for me. Even the finance guy who closed the deal out was very transparent. I wish all car buying experiences were this easy. This is my 4th car, and my first lease. I was extremely nervous because the 'car buying experience' as a whole can be VERY daunting. But this was the easy car buying experience I've ever had. Not to mention I bought the car on Christmas Eve! What a way to finish the year and ring in the new one. Happy 2024 everybody! 10/10 and a big shoutout to Ken and Manhattan Beach Toyota. I couldn't be happier officially making the switch to Toyota.

It was a little amazing how easy it was to purchase a car from Manhattan Beach Toyota. We were in the hunt to purchase a pretty hard to get, Highlander Hybrid with a very specific trim and configuration, and after reach out to Carol, she really took care of us, was very upfront and honest with your communication. While you typically hear horror stories of auto salespersons, that was definitely not my experience with Manhattan Beach Toyota, and when it came to picking up our car, it was smooth sailing, nothing gimmicky or tricky, and we were in and out within 2 hours, just like Carol said. AND while other dealers were charging $5-10k OVER MSRP, Carol came in below MSRP, so this was a slam dunk.Can't say enough great things about this experience, and it sounds like others are having the same great experience too. These guys come highly recommended from me, and Carol did a fantastic job! Thanks for earning my business!

Awesome experience with this dealership. In a time where inventory of vehicle selection is low and demand is high, Adrian Flores took the time and energy to focus on finding us the vehicle we were looking for. Other dealerships we had reached out to said all the right things, but never followed up or kept a constant line of communication with us. Adrian on the other hand made us feel like our vehicle search was his priority. He found the vehicle we wanted and worked on giving us a price we were comfortable with. Highly recommend the dealership and would definitely return for future purchases.

Was so impressed by the level of customer service and responsiveness of Carl. Lost my only key to my grand highlander and was bracing myself for a long and complicated and expensive ordeal and Carl took such great care of me with genuine attentiveness. 10/10 recommend Manhattan Beach Toyota. Will be coming here for all my future toyota needs even if it's a little further than a couple of other toyota dealerships.
