I am sitting in waiting room, It is 7:20 pm. They are going above and beyond doing the extra services I asked them to do. They closed at 7pm. This is a work ethic that you dont see much anymore. They are staying late just for meThank you so much. Your team is amazing!!!!I

Your technicians went above and beyond yesterday and I d like to commend them.For two months my oil change due notification has flashed across my dash. I have been dreading this, but probably not for the same reason as most. I pulled into the station and started to drive into the bay when I heard stop !! I slammed on my breaks. I ve never had my oil changed by a company before and I had no idea what I was doing. I felt so bad!! He calmly explained it s his jobs to also keep his crew and his customers safe (your manager on 1/18/24) I m sure he wasn t expecting a middle aged woman in her mini van to start crying, I m sure your techs are not trained on what to do in that scenario but I d like to commend everyone working at the Manhattan Beach Jiffy Lube that day for the kindness and compassion they showed me. My dad was a mechanic and the best man I d ever known, he recently passed away, and I had been dreading an oil change because that was something he had always done for me. They consoled me and let my cry for a minute in the bay. They let my kids and I stay in the car so we could cry and eat donuts lol. They were prompt and amazing at their job, but what stood out to me more than anything was the compassion they showed. The woman tech came to my window and talked to me about Disneyland (after I told her I was new to the area and had never been) and it calmed me down immensely. She was amazing, and I m so grateful for her. When we drove away my nine year old son said they were really nice mama, we should always go there now that Grandpa is in heaven and I agree. Thank you to the crew who not only changed my oil but showed my children that there are kind people in this world.

I m currently sitting in the office waiting for service to be performed on my vehicle. As I sit here I am observing the team. The employees honestly like each other. One of the employees came up to another group and offered them part of his ONE cookie that he had. It was actually a pleasure to sit in my car and watch them do their thing. Today I have received probably the best customer service I ve had in years. Blessings to the team @ Jiffy Lube in Manhattan Beach CA

My experience with Jiffy lube has been good at different locations but at this one I had different experience. I came for oil change and they checked my tire pressure without asking and left at 38 pressure. The very next day one of my senors went out and two followed. I am sure they did something to it , if one sensor got messed up I wouldn't make big deal bur three. Anyways I came back to jiffy explained the first guy was very pleasant not manager he was very understanding he said let's try to figure this out googled how to reset tire pressure but didn't work. I insisted so manager come out and he was like you sometimes go to one shop and need to go to another because repairs come up.??? Really??? Yeah at crook places that miss up your things... I told him I would never allow any jiffy lube to touch my tires anymore.. the guy ended our conversation by saying I have to take care of the other customer basically interrupting or ending our conversation and saying my matter doesn't matter..I wish they would have never touched my tire pressure. The first employee admitted that alot of customers come back about tire pressure sensors.. I'm like see I'm not the only one... for three sensors to mark blank of my dash is sus.

Went in for an estimate on an oil change. A jiffy lube mechanic by the name of Joseph was super helpful and insightful. I happily left with an oil change, my tires air pressure adjusted and my window washer fluid topped.

Worst experience for an oil change. They charged me $120 for an oil change and didn t even tell me there was a leak and that the cap was not holding the oil in. Found out the next day when there was oil all over the street and light came on. Another place ordered me a new cap and filled it for same price as these guys. Run!!!!

Some of your prices are out of line. I was quoted $70 to replace my cabin air cleaner. Amazon has the filter for $10 and in my car it takes about 15 seconds to change. Another customer was quoted $ 30 to change a brake light bulb.

The Manhattan Beach location wouldn't print me a receipt. They said they were out of ink. They also said they would email me a receipt. They never did.This exact same thing has now happened to me twice in the past 60 days with 2 of our 6 cars. I will never take my car there again if I can't get a simple receipt to keep in my records (to show whomever I sell my vehcles to).Service: Oil change

This location clearly worked as a team. The service was on point and the employees are all professional and even opened the door for me when my car was done. I recommend this location for service and to look up coupons for money off services.

Service was slow and one ONE person (out of 4 that I saw that day) was doing the job. It seemed that he was the trainee. Everybody was giving him orders and the rest were doing nothing, literally nothing. The trainee was very cooperative but he can only do so much by himself. The manager was not able to detect the situation. We brought it up a couple of times but did not seem to know how to handle it. By the time we were leaving, I called him to let him know about our experience and that the service was extremely slow and unpleasant. He did not acknowledge, he just made one step back from my window and told us "you guys are good to go". That was insulting. This is my last visit to Jiffy Lube.

I am always very uncomfortable doing anything that involves cars. I assume now it will take forever, cost a ton, and I will feel like an idiot. I once took my car to the BMW service center in Santa Monica only to learn 1000 miles later from emergency road service, my car had received no service.The Jiffy Lube employees at this location are warm and welcoming reassuring you from the start the service will be comprehensive and quick. They came in frequently from the garage to update me. The price was unbelievably good. As I drove away I swear the car was feeling better. Regardless, I felt like I had given the car a spa day.

I'm giving this location 1 starCame here a week and a half ago for a simple oil change on my car that is practically new.I let them know I was driving long distance to Vegas and I left here noticing something seemed off.I immediately took a photo of this and had to come back of course they don't have my screws or parts anymore why would they?They were very busy trying to sell me other parts and when I said no I'm sure that bothered them. So they failed to put my car back together properly.I would never ever take my car here again.I asked for a manager who never came out.One of the employees fixed it with zip ties. He said that these things happen and I'm like in my head well they shouldn't.Very very disappointing as this is not the quality of work I was expecting from this place.After speaking to multiple people I've been told that your better off taking your car to a dealer.Total waste of money and now more expensive to fix !Zip ties? They should should have ordered a replacement screws and properly fixed my vehicle.Run from this place.... Save yourself the headacheService: Oil change

They were nice, I got home with no issues. Joseph and the crew chief assisted me with a very professional experience. Washed my windows and were friendly. I come here when it's time to change my oil. Nice to see thier faces every time I come by. I came the other day to just get air in my tires. Stoking friendly.

Been here twice now, first time they were extremely fast and didn't push anything on you, just let you know what was going on with vehicle and suggested preventative maintenance. They were nice and I was pleased with how long it took (maybe 10-15 minutes max). The second time they really went out of their way, they noticed something small with my car that they normally wouldn't fix and fixed it free of charge. Kenneth Alma and Joseph were all great, I'm going here for all my oil changes as long as I continue working where I currently do. The service was outstanding!! They were able to change my spark plugs less than 2 hours and the price was way more reasonable than the other jiffy lube around the area !

I m a little late to this, but the middle of last month my husband and I were on a road trip down through California to Arizona.My husbands car started acting funny and it was a Sunday late morning nothing was open we randomly stopped at this location due to it being open and hoping someone might know what was going on.At the time we stopped they didn t have any customers all the men who were there were amazing and treated us so kindly! Helped my husband troubleshoot what was wrong and we figured out it was nothing too serious. Left with great service and a fresh oil chang!The men that helped us out were Kevin, Caleb, Carl and Jelani. This business is so very lucky to have such hardworking, kind and honest men working for them.If we are ever in the area again, we will be stopping and getting some sort of service from them just from the kindness and help they extended! I did enjoy how fast they worked on my car and how clean the placed looked. Always saying, "Yes Sir" and "Thank you Sir" Always so nice and polite speaking to me and each other. I had a great experience with incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff. Jamel is a fantastic manager, knew exactly everything that was needed for my vehicle, and broke down exactly how everything works and why it costs what it does.
