What more can I say about this place? The second I pulled in and Jason the store manager approached me and asked how he could help, it felt like we were already buddies. Jimmy helped me out immediately. Small job and they were happy to do it. I was in and out of there quickly and they definitely earned a new customer for life. These guys and this shop are top notch!! Thanks!

I'm somewhat new to Manhattan Beach, about two and a half years, and never used Globe Tire before.I found their service to be friendly, helpful and reasonably priced.I would comfortably recommend Globe Tire in Manhattan Beach.

Globe Tire in Manhattan Beach has the very best customer service of any tire shop I've been to. The staff are all friendly, professional and on top of their game. They've had a presence in Manhattan Beach for over 50 years and have earned their success the hard way; by going above and beyond for their customers at all times. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the staff and their ability to get you back on the road. Go there next time you need a repair or new tires.

Great value! I purchased my tires last year and came in for tire rotation. The team noticed that there was a slow leak and fixed it automatically! Jimmy set the expectation about the wait time and nailed it within a few minutes!! Thank you!

I m still in shock, and total disbelief. A shop that removes your nails for free. We have two cars with nails on both tires, off both cars. Globe tire removed the nails for you and Charge. Everyone working there were so courteous, and professional. I recommend them to anyone. Most of all, how could they be free?

I was down in Manhattan Beach helping my father (and mother who was his primary caretaker) after a very intense surgery he had. The day before I was to drive back home to Clovis I was luckily sent on an errand by my mom for my dad. As I got in my truck it said my right rear tire pressure was down to 22psi and I did see the screw in the tire I picked up. This was a Saturday around 2pm.The closest tire repair place to me was Globe Tire & Automotive so I gave them a call for the first time ever. They said they could patch the tire but, they closed at 4:15, everyone would be gone by 4:30pm. They were very busy with other vehicles and only had one guy in that day working. Brett went out of his way to help understanding my situation, having to leave in ~18hrs for a 4hr ride home. He had me leave my truck there so he could sneak my in when there was a chance to do so. I got an Uber back to my folks house and just as promised, got a call right before 4pm saying it was done and ready for pickup. When I went to pay, Brett said no charge, glad we could help you out, which was so nice it almost made me uncomfortable (nobody does anything for free these days!). Chatted for a while during drop off and pickup and he was a very nice guy.I tried to leave my first Yelp review but, having problems signing up. This is only my 2nd Google review I ve ever left in my life and it is more than earned by Globe Tire & Auto. Very good work, quick turnaround, nice guys working there who care about doing the right thing for their customers. Did it all while short staffed and 100% free of charge. If I m ever in need of auto/tire repair when I m down visiting my folks, I ll be going back to Globe Tire and Automotive. Thank you Brett and crew!Service: Tires

I came here after I woke up to a flat tire. I was greeted by the store manager named Jason. Jason had amazing customer service, and his team took great care of my car. I ended up purchasing 2 new tires. Thank you Jason for all your help.

Great experience getting the wheels painted. It took about 8-9 days, but the work is good it was clearly worth it. They kept my car in the garage as well without being asked.

I picked up a bolt in a tire and the staff at Globe Tire efficiently patched the tire, performed a wheel alignment and inflated all tires. I recommend their services. I have also dropped by on occasion just to have tires inflated and they are ready to help.

Globe has the best prices and mechanic. The service advisor Jimmy has amazing customer service. His attention to details and customer s needs are always his priority. Has a great turn around time and makes sure you are always up to date on the status of your vehicle. I highly recommend this location.

Love this place, my whole family goes here. So reasonable and such kind honest people! Update: I called in to check if I needed an oil change, and Leo was very honest and told me I didn t. Exceptional service ! Update: bought a new car cpo and they tested it out and really helped me diagnose the issue ! Thank you so much globe tire!

Dave is always available when I'm in need. I had a huge chunk of metal in my run-flat tire and Daniel was able to patch it. No charge!There's no better customer service and no better abled personnel then Globe Tire!!!Thanks again guys!!!

In dealing with Brett on the phone, he was kind enough to offer me priority on Saturday as my car was desperately in need of tires and wheel alignment. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised, that due to the holiday weekend, they weren t busy and were able to work on my car immediately. I waited in their lobby, which could use a little refreshing.They had the tires I needed, installed them, and performed the wheel alignment. As the mechanic was pulling my car out to take it for a test drive, I oversaw another mechanic tell him not to take it out (?) I thought this was strange, but paid for the work performed and rolled out onto Sepulveda, only to find that within a block of leaving my car was pulling to the right pretty severely. This is definitely something that they would ve recognized during a test drive. I immediately went back and waited another half hour for them to make the adjustments. Why they wouldn t allow the mechanic to test drive it, before handing the car back to the customer, is really beyond me.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Since finding Globe I have gone no where else for my tire services. They are knowledgeable, quick, communicate really well, and the prices are unbeatable. FYI this time around it was a fix for a slow but constant tire leak

They were helpful, very honest (and upfront about costs) and super efficient at getting it done. They have to wait for parts and we quite cost effective. I could never have handled this so smoothly through the Ford dealership. I called ahead to see how busy they were because I needed my car same day. The manager Brett was very nice and helpful.It was an afternoon and they took me in right away. Globe aligned my Tundra for me after I got it lifted and put new tires on - they put it back to factory specs and it was off a bit, I found some new specs and they re-aligned it to those specs at no additional cost. My son used globe automotive previously and highly recommended them. I called looking for help with my battery and Jimmy was very helpful both on the phone and especially in person.Even though it was close to closing time, Jimmy helped me find the correct battery for my car and said if I show up early the next day his crew could install it and get me out in less than an hour.True to his word, Jimmy and his team helped me replace my battery before I began a trip across country.TERRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Service: Battery

Have been going here for over 20 years. Went in for four new tires and Brett couldn't be bothered. "What kind of tires do you want?" Called to info me I need brakes all around, no big deal. Car will be ready the next day, call to picked up the car at 4:30 and they're still working on it. No call no explanation, it be done tomorrow morning. Nadie was a pro and a pleasure to work with customer service and small town feel are gone and so I'm I.Service: Tires
