Kat and Khalil gave me great customer service and got both cars done in good time. I was kept notified and updated by phone message regarding both cars despite them being very busy in the store, I never felt overlooked. Kat even remembered to apply the promotional offer to bring the price down though I hadn t reminded her and this was after her finding matching tires for my Chrysler that were a better price than I initially was quoted. I always feel the team going the extra yard to get the cars done at that store so have all my tire and wheel work done here. I recommend them to friends in the area as a result of the continued good service and Firestone MB has earnt my loyalty. Many thanks

This review is long overdue! I moved from OC to the South Bay Area 4 years ago and have always been a loyal Firestone customer for ALL of my car needs/repairs and I'm so happy with the customer service and honest work done by the team at this location. I've worked with Bryce and CJ mostly but more recently I was helped by Kat & Gilbert yesterday morning. They go above and beyond to get me in and out quick but still provide quality service! Kat was professional, straight to the point and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciate their hard work and will always return for future services. The location is BUSY so I try to set appointments when possible. Thanks for being so awesome!

I appreciated that the team did not try to sell unnecessary services. This helps build trust. Alex at your service desk is excellent and the technician who inspected my car took the time to come and talk to me when I collected the vehicle. You have a great team and excellent culture.

Upon initial visit I was told that the computer showed the tire was in stock. The employee then went to the garage to confirm and came back and said it was in stock. I was quoted $323 "all in". They said they'd install it right away. When I returned an hour later, I was informed that the tire was not in stock. They did not call me to tell me there was a mistake, nor did they apologize for wasting my time. They informed me the tire would be available the following morning.When I returned the following morning, the tire was in stock and installed. However, I was informed the total would be $470. When I mentioned the previous day's quote of $323, the employee stated that it was not correct. He did offer to remove the road hazard warranty. I did not request the road hazard warranty, nor was it mentioned during the original quote. I then requested that the road hazard warranty be removed. My total was then $368, still $45 more than the original "all in" quote.Again, no apology for the misinformation or poor service was ever given. Needless to say, I will not return.

Someone here stole ~$45 ear protection ear pieces that were attached to my keys. Look out for a worker with two ear pieces that have an inner white ring and outside black ring.I went in for an oil change + some small other things in early March, and the next day I noticed my ear pieces had gone missing from the case still attached to my keys.You have to pry this case open with extreme precision to get them out, so the case opening on its own is nearly impossible. Closing the case also takes a good amount of force to make sure the lock on it snaps into place.It s taken me a month to finally write this review because I ve been searching my apartment and car looking for them (to no avail) just to be sure. And my keys are always attached to me with a caribener clip so I m never without them.I was waiting in the lobby for about 2 and a half hours with an appointment, plenty of time for something so small to get stolen. Is it my fault for leaving them on my keys? Probably, but at the end of the day I m just extremely annoyed and wanted to share my experience here.

Did my oil change, they fixed my tire that had a nail, and got a new set of tires. Hector was very helpful. Received excellent customer service from the manager. I really appreciate their service.

I love this shop! These guys are so helpful and bottom line they re really good guys. I appreciate their honesty and they didn t up sell me to buy parts for my car I don t need. I ll definitely come back again.

Staff there are extremely helpful. They inspected my vehicle and let me know what was wrong with it. Even further, they let me know if any more work is needed for my vehicle which let me know to prepare in advance. I bought a set of two front tires yesterday. The manager went to pick up the tires himself to shorten the wait... In the past, I had a bad experience with Firestone Gardena location with the manager. He seemed careless with customer service. I am glad that I found the Manhattan Beach location and I will continue to bring my vehicle to them.

I called in advance and was given a price for servicing my Volvo. However, upon arriving at the store, they refused to honor the price I was quoted over the phone by their customer service representative. To make matters worse, the staff seemed unaware and complained about the pricing dilemma, which left me with a sense of unprofessionalism and disorganization. This inconsistency in pricing and service was frustrating, to say the least.

Awesome experience at this Firestone location. The staff was extremely helpful. Great customer service. Great expert advise and the quality of work was amazing. I would definitely recommend this location.

Set up an appointment and was quoted a price.. I showed up on time for my appointment and my oil change quoted price went from $55 to $99.. The explanation was that I must have called corporate.. then the explanation changed that I needed a special oil filter.. . The fast talking manager Bryce is a shady man.. he talks really fast and Double talks and seems very untrustworthy I guarantee you can find a better spot to service your vehicle. Please save your time writing an apology response.. Others have complained about Bryce and bait and switch tactics in other previous reviews.. As the owner you are fully aware of your employees actions and obviously promote their tactics.. I would imagine they do this all the time and most customers will give in simply because they are at the shop and don t feel like setting up another appointment elsewhere.. BEWARE

Went in to get my tire patched, they said it d take 1-2 hrs. After 2.5 hrs of waiting, I asked if my car was ready. Car was ready for a while as the keys were immediately handed over to me. If I didn t ask, who knows how much longer I d be waiting

So they're not a lot of Firestone auto repair shops anymore. The location near my house closed down and this was the ideal location since there was a Target nearby, a Gelson's and a local mall of the street. I really enjoyed coming here to get the car repaired. Staff are always friendly, the wait time is usually okay usually about 2 to 3 hours. You can use a Firestone app as they usually have offers and other deals to help with the prices. Overall, a great location, friendly staff and overall satisfied with the repair work.

I LOVE efficiency and excellent customer service. This Firestone location has both. Although always incredibly busy they are on point.. Tires were priced well and the special discount they had going was a bonus! Keep up the good work folks. Would highly recommend.

Terrible service. I purchased my tires from them 9 mo ago with the warranty. I got a flat tire and decided to use the warranty and come to them. The repair took at 1 hour and a half, and they wanted to charge me although they had verified I was still under warranty. After the time I spent there waiting on a simple repair that a tire shop would have done in 15 min for $10, I had to wait and lose time from work to get it under warranty. Their customer service sucks.

Bryce and his team are fantastic - I had a wheel go out on the 110, and needed a swap as soon as possible. Came straight to this Firestone on my spare, had them match the tires to my existing ones, and they got them ordered to come in first thing in the morning. Came back, and they got them both swapped in just about two hours - quick and easy. Bryce is also very insistent on not charging you or pushing you to get anything done that you don't need - I was between getting just one tire swapped or both - I started with just wanting to swap one, but ultimately decided to do both (it's better for the car). That was my decision and Bryce was really careful the entire time to put the decision-making in my hands while offering their advice. Recommend for their speed, thoughtfulness, and service-oriented mindset.Service: Tires

I wasn't supposed to be at this location but the Mgr on duty at the LA Cienega location I just wasn't vibing with; so I trusted my instincts and told him I'd come back another day. Determined to get tasks for today completed I called the Manhattan Beach location. What a difference! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and Kathleen provided me with updates.. They won me over.

I talked with the amazing Bryce a few months ago when I came in because another place told me a needed a new belt and transmission work he took a look at the whirring sound, added some lube, and told me the very expensive work I was told I needed elsewhere was not necessary. He was honest & correct & saved me a lot of money. Now that a new fishy noise is occurring, I ll go there first and trust that they won t oversell and take great care of my car & I.

They quoted me $300 to change a headlight bulb and keep the car overnight. Had some other place replace the bulb in 10 minutes for free; the access to the headlight was through the wheel well. I understand this shop is there to make money, but they should be straightforward with their customers.

A great experience! I pulled in Saturday late afternoon, after running over a nail. My tire was nearly flat and I was told they could take me in no problem. They assessed my tire and said they could repair it, but wouldn't be able to get to it until Sunday morning. Well an hour later they called and said my car was ready for pickup! They could have easily said I needed a new tire because the tire was unrepairable, but they were honest up front and said it was repairable. Everyone was very friendly and professional despite how busy they were. A great experience overall, and a testament to their honesty.Service: Tires

Service was quick and professional.Only issue I had was with the tire roadside hazard insurance. Purchased new tires last year and came in 10 months later to replace one when sidewall blew out due to road hazard. Tires haven t been on the car more than 1 year (about 10,000 miles) and they still charged 85 dollars to replace the tire (originally 200) with the road hazard insurance (that I paid 30 for). They said it was prorated due to tread usage. Be wary of the insurance fine print. Costco tires are a much better deal and tire insurance coverage is better too.

I went to firestone to get a quote for replacing the tires on the my tesla, Bryce was very nice and went out to see my car. He quoted $30/tire for installation. I came back the following week and had dropped off the car, this time the individual quoted me $40/tire but after I mentioned to him that Bryce had said $30/tire he said that he would speak with Bryce and make an adjustment. Tires were mounted quickly and I paid the higher $/tire as Bryce was not around. The next day I reached out to Bryce to confirm he would honor the quote he gave me and how he handled the situation is really shameful. He basically denied that he ever said $30/tires and then came up with an excuse that he didn't see the car, even though we walked out to see the tires together. While the dollars aren't huge, the dishonesty and poor service will keep me from going back. Plenty of other great tire shops in the area to support.Service: Tires

I would like to mention how much I appreciation employee like CJ. I called around for at least 2 to 4 hours looking for a tire shop to help me. I talked to this gentleman name CJ at this location. He was so helpful. He actually end up calling me back to give me some more details on what I was looking for. I end up going by Firestone to get some work done. I like to say it got done just like he said. That price he quoted me was even better. I appreciate companies that employ employees that so is so honest and so hard-working thank you CJ. This is the best auto and tire shop in LA. Not just Firestone, this specific one, I drive 20 miles through LA and pass 3 other Firestones to go to this location. The manager and service techs are all fantastic. It's not the cheapest around but they are fair and do top quality work. They are always very busy so expect to drop your car off even for small jobs. But hey, their busy cuz their the best.Service: Wheel alignment

I brought my vehicle in to get new tires and an alignment. Bryce s customer service was amazing, Gilbert was the tech who took care of the vehicle. Once he was done the vehicle felt like it was brand new again. Kudos to Bryce and Gilbert!
