Been getting all my cars smog'd here for years, today I show up to get a car smog'd that's had no issues before but the tech tries to tell me my rear O2 sensor is in the wrong place. That car has passed the 3 previous times without issue, I will never be going back, hope you hire better trained techs because this is ridiculous.

Today was my fist to visit this location, service was great overall.The customer service they have make you feel welcome.Everything was so quick, it took around fifteen minutes!They even have this nice benches where you can sit while you wait.Very clean.I will definitely come back, and in the mind time, I will recommend it.Service: Smog certification

I guess everyone needs to check their website before attempting to use a service they have always provided. Manhattan location isn't processing DMV registration at the moment. However, there is no sign when you pull up and check in... Only at the register after the service is done and you go and pay. So you can't do anything about it and it's too late. Drove 30 mins and paid full price for nothing. Something this drastic of a change in service should be something noted prior to getting service when your flow of procedures hinders this sort of knowledge and you expect everyone to just go to check your website every time they want to use your service for updates. Even if we didn't check the website, but found out when we got their during their check in process, we would have turned back around and left without proceeding and gone to their other location. What a waste of time and money. We asked if they can arrange for us to work with their same company down in Covina to process the DMV work and they just said to go to AAA. So clearly the customer service side isn't there to keep it within their business nor understand any sort of follow up that would even be remote to keeping past clients happy (not that they knew or that it even matters). Their transaction was finished and that was that move on to the next customer.

I used to really like this place and recommended it to lots of people. The service used to be fast and friendly. However I went today service was very slow, I was skipped in line twice because they weren't paying attention. Service was cold and not very friendly today. Very disappointed this used to be my go-to place for a smog check we'll now be searching for something different.Service: Smog certification

Professional and thorough service! I have an older car, so I was a bit anxious, but I passed! The technicians and inside staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that sucked was that I had to wait 45 minutes because it was busy... but the staff handled it and got it done.

Been waiting for weeks for a response from the DMV on their website and nothing. Trying to transfer motorcycle to my name and get it registered. Mean time got it up and running have it insured already and its ready to go. But could not ride it cause not currently registered. It took all of 7 minutes total now ready to hit the road!Thanks Auto Chek Center the girls and guys here Rock! Totally worth it!Service: Change of ownership

Quick & easy! It's a test-only, "pass or free recheck" place. They have 3 bays, and the wait times aren't bad. Easy in/out access to Sepulveda Blvd. With respect to COVID; technicians and staff all wear masks and you are required to wear one.

I rolled into the parking lot at 8:27am and rolled out at 8:40am. It cost $58.20 to get my SMOG certification. I m not sure how the price compares to other places, but the speed at which they completed the service was great!

I work in El Segundo and I needed to get a smog check and and renew my tags today. When I arrived there were a few cars but it took less than 30 minutes. The staff was very professional and the service is fast! I see why you are a STAR smog station. Have been going here for 15 years, avoid the lunch hours. But these guys are always on top of their stuff, free retest, and you can get a 20% off coupon on their website. For my 1995 Camry it was give or take $55 after the discount for the smog alone. You can get your registration stickers on the spot for an additional $23, which to me was great instead of waiting for them in the mail or going to the DMV. To my surprise they can also do title transfers and lost stickers / registration as well incase you don't have AAA.

Rotten service and attitude from manager. I called in the phone and they said they d match a competitor. Just bring a photo of the coupon. I turned up and they wanted to send me home to print it out. Mikes away. The manger said he wouldn t call the employee who told me this because he didn t want to inconvenience her. But he was happy to send me and my family away for miles and then return?!?! Crazy attitude. Then he got rather snarky. Really bad attitude. I left on principal. Not giving my business to someone with this rotten attitude.

I've had 6 different Smog tests before I came here. After all the money I invested in repairs to pass, I was elated to best serviced here. This was the #FASTEST experience and they were all exceptional with regards to customer service. Sandra in the office took care of me!! GO HERE FOR YOUR TESTS!!!

VERY Fast! In n Out in 10 minutes. Nice to get the sticker and DMV Reg right away. Very convenient. OH, and I brought in a coupon from another place and saved $20 on the test. Thank You ACC

Always come here, there's usually a coupon you can find online and if you fail you can go again for free. I have an old Jeep so it's happened before. Super fast and there's not usually a line.

Easy in, easy out. That's how it should be for a smog check. Auto Chek gets it done without any fuss. Just pull up, the friendly staff direct you, get out, have a seat and relax for a few minutes, pay and roll! It's truly that easy. If you don't make inspection, the super nice staff behind the counter give you direction what to do next.Pro tip - bring a book, cell phone, snack, whatever works for you to kill time while you sit and wait for your car to be checked.

Awesome Place. I too liked that I could get my DMV stickers after my smog check, saved me a trip to AAA. It did come for a small fee, but hey, that was worth my time!
