Stopped by to get an update on my Tesla solar roof order. Although we were not able to connect with an advisor, Samuel was extremely helpful and did his best to get a status uodate.

Husband and I stopped in while on our trip from Oklahoma to check out the Tesla Store. The girl at Showroom was very friendly and knowledgeable. Though we of course didn t buy one then. We bought one when we got home a few weeks later. I don t remember her name. But I wanted her to know she helped us decide (or me to) and purchase a Model 3. Thank you so much for enlightening us.

Can't say enough good things about the showroom in Malibu. David's a superstar...he handled my questions and concerns with professionalism, expediency, and couldn't have nicer in the process. There was a glitch with new Tesla's order time...he got the problem resolved within just a few minutes. And very nicely offered for me to return with the car after delivery to go over the operation of the car. Really appreciated that. Highly recommend visiting this showroom first before any other in the area.

Fantastic car buying experience. The process was so easy, all from my phone and the exact car I wanted was delivered to my home. The entire Malibu staff was extremely professional and Tesla enthusiasts which helped me make the right car choice for my needs. Also my kids love the onscreen games!

Ms. Lydia, the sales representative, is wonderful and super friendly. She has solutions for any issues to make the car purchase a smooth transaction. Go test-drive a Tesla. Model Y with lots of power and momentum for uphill cruise and handling is excellent. Steering wheel is tight for smooth car control.

Lydia was my service advisor at the Tesla Service Center Agoura Hills. She always met and then exceeded my expectations with her diligence with my vehicle and expert customer service. Now that she has moved over to being a Sales Advisor in Malibu, I have referred every potential Tesla owner to her with great confidence! Her professionalism and sincerity are very evident.I have even purchased my Solar products from her. She is my go to person for all things Tesla. Tesla has the best representation with Lydia on their team!

Nice staff, great location. Only thing missing is they need wifi so owners can download updates when they visit the Mart.
