First time at Toscalito in Corte Madera. I was a previous customer in San Francisco at the Lombard Street shop. Very accommodating and friendly. I worked with Dean to get a screw out of my tire and he was able to get me in/out of there within a few hours. Easy and we will be back for any other tire issues.

I have been using the services of Toscalito Corte Madera for over 20 years. Whether it is a tire or rim change ... oil change etc, they know their stuff ... and their prices are reasonable. Dean always takes good care of me and my family members ... keep up the great work!

Yay for Toscalito! I had a flat tire on my way to work this morning and they were able to get my car in right away. Service was fast and efficient. Many thanks to Dean who took great care of my car and went the extra mile for me. Very grateful for the excellent service!

We have been to both the San Rafael and Corte Madera location, and both times we had consistent and excellent service. Turnaround time was fast, they always deliver exactly what they promise based on our experience. They offer a wide range of products, and their prices are much better than dealerships and other local businesses. Overall, I feel like they offer a good old-fashioned business model that is friendly, accessible, and top notch. I highly recommend.

Very attentive, honest and enjoyable experience at Toscalito Tire & Service. There's a reason why everyone in the Bay and Marin recommends coming here for their auto service needs, and once you take your car in you'll know why. I'd recommend this place to anyone in need in the future and I'll be sure to make it my go-to spot for my vehicle services.

Came home from a trip to find our tire flat in the hotel parking lot... The old spare burst before we got out of the parking space. Worked with Dean over the phone to arrange an after hours drop off and replacement tires. He had us out of the door by lunch time the next day, no issues. Couldn't be happier

I sliced my tire today on my way to the gym. Lucky for me. Toscalito Tire was on the way. I pulled in. They gave me a quote and I had a new tire within three hours. Excellent customer service and physical service. Highly recommend.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation and they were friendly and helpful! I left the car with them in the morning and it was finished by late morning. Strongly recommend if looking for an affordable and kind oil change place. Thank you!

Through trial and error this is now the only tire shop I go to. Friendly customer service from Dean. Brakes feel snug and the job was done on time and at a great price.

Prompt service and attention to rubbing sound front wheel well. Checked thoroughly and test drove but no serious problem was located so only charged a minimum amount. Long time happy customer over 20 yrs.

Please check your bill for tire insurance.The guy in front of me when I was checking out asked the manager to double check his bill and make sure he didn't have tire insurance on it. The manager said I don't think so, but let me check, sometimes it auto populates tire insurance onto the bill. Sure enough, there it was, an extra $35 per tire fee that the customer had no idea that he was being charged for insurance that he didn't want.I carefully watch the monitor to make sure I didn't have this insurance on my bill as the manager rang me up. The monitor only showed the cost of the tires and the labor, but just to be safe, I asked if I had tire insurance on my bill. The manager said the same thing to me he had said to the previous customer, "I don't think so but sometimes it auto populates". He had to go into a few different screens and there it was, an extra $35 per tire that I was not told about and had not approved. Hopefully someone from there will read this review and they will be more transparent in the future.

Really kind and personable staff. And they honored my appointment. I was able to pick up my car with the turnaround that was promised. I really appreciate that. And I didn t feel any hard pressure sell, they educated me on what services down the road I would need and on what type of schedule according to my manufacture of the car. I really appreciated that. Dean and Pablo are very professional. Our car is new and changing a tire is far more complicated than most cars, which requires technical ability.Pablo did some research before we brought the car in and new exactly ( and more than I did) how to work on the car. We were impressed!

I pulled a tire with a screw in it off the truck and put the spare on, drove to the shop and dropped it off. I picked it up the next day after I had called them to see if it was done, and was told it had been done the evening before. I was to come by after 2pm, and I showed up about 2:15 and was told I needed to wait an hour or so before they could put it on and put the spare back in the well. I took it home and had it back together in half an hour, but paid $80 for a simple plug in the tire that needed no other work on their part. Too pricey for the job.

Went in for car service, and that's all I ended up paying for. No "findings" to drum up additional charges. Truly feels like an honest business.

Exceeded my expectations! My car was ready 2 hours earlier than the original estimated time & I was able to get back to work. The man at the front desk was organized & professional. Obviously the people who worked on my car were very experienced & timely. They unclogged my rear window washer too.
