Amazing place. I took my 16 year old Mini to get a major and difficult repair. I don't trust just anyone to work on her.These guys did an exceptional job. The service manager Jesus and his team were caring. They communicated during the process. Patient and great listeners.They are extremely knowledgeable. They are support by great leadership of Frank. You can clearly see they are one big team.They have a great reputation in the auto community. I was referred to them by another Mini dealership I worked with on the East coast.You exceeded my expectations. I will definitely bring my car back for service and future repairs.Highly recommend this place. Thank Mini of Marin for restoring my car back to health. She drives like a new car.

The service department at Mini of Marin was like a lifeline to us during a very stressful time, the totaling of our beloved Mini Cooper. Orlando treated us professional yet with a personal demeanor and gave us no-nonsense answers to all of our questions and ones we hadn t even considered that impacted our decision making. Absolutely fantastic. So helpful.

I was very happy with the loaner and the fact that they washed my car after servicing it. However, I was disappointed that they would not replace or adjust the windshield wiper on the driver side which isn t capturing a wide swatch of water. This on a car that I had purchased there less than three months earlier. Seems like they d be happy to fix something dangerous like that for a loyal (2nd car I ve bought there) customer!

Happy with the service of the car but the garage needs more customer service staff. Car went in for service and they identified a cracked water tank/ bottle which needed replacing - info. received through video just after 3pm. But you have to wait for service to call you. In the end I had to phone customer service at 5pm and the guy hadn t looked at the video yet or car update.Car stayed until next day. Phoned and left messages next day to see if car was ready but no response from garage.In the end I went to the garage and turned up around 3pm and one guy in customer service was really struggling to cope. He hadn t looked at my paper work although from the white board on the wall you could see my car had been finished early in the morning.Car great, customer service struggling!

I had clipped part of a low profile center median during the recent rain storm during the 4am hour in SF & tore my front driver side tire. I safely made it to work (thankful for runflats); called to inquire about tire in stock. After going over options, I got a flatbed tow after work and went to Mini of Marin. It was busy since it was a Fri and others had issues with the rain. I waited and was able to get my tire replaced & made an appt for replacing the rest of my tires & doing another service. So happy to have been able to drive back home to SF! Peace of mind Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

Orlando is a true professional ! He is kind compassionate and empathetic. He is always positive . He is the sole reason I have stayed with the Mini Cooper I am 87 yrs old and he always looks out for my safety and responds to my calls ! He is a gift !JEAN SCHERMAN

I love bringing my Mini there. The showroom is clean & it s pleasant to wait there. And there s coffee!! My Mini is 8 years old & I don t ever want to trade it in. Orlando said that s fine & he can always fix what s needed so I hope to drive it forever! The employees are all nice. Don't try to sell me what I don't need. And stop over charging. (Do you do this to men, as well as elderly women like me?)Tire had a nail, yes. But it was not on sidewall and not "unrepairable" so didn't need to replace, and definitely would not have required another new tire on other side ( to keep car balanced) even if it could not be repaired.I drove it to Larkin Tire in The City, where they fixed the tire and rotated all tires for a total of $60, and had me in/out within an hour.Your tire rotation estimate was also 2x normally charged at local tire shops.

I like that the technician shares a video of my car s underside and explains what has been done. Also the service advisor, Orlando, is always so pleasant. And my car comes back clean! A big plus!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Everyone at MINI of Marin is incredibly helpful. I've purchased 2 (maybe 3) MINIs from Bi (salesperson) and been amazed at his willingness to be helpful in multiple ways. Brandon in Service, Mila who sits next to Bi, the business office woman (can't remember her name) were all very helpful, fun, smart, and attentive. Great service. Bill Gordon is especially good. He's a former technician and he takes pride in the work done there. If it is not up to scratch, he makes it his mission to make it right. I feel like he is on my side. The mark of great service is not when things go great. It's how they act when things do not go great. Brandon is "My Man" at Mini of Marin and he handles every request with aplomb and alacrity! There are some small repeat jobs that I can simply drive in for without an appointment. I'd had a bit of a day...drove my brand new MINI from Sacramento to Jenner on the coast that morning for our first "coastal drive" on Hwy 1. Shortly after meeting a friend for coffee that morning in Jenner, I picked up a nail/screw in my left rear tire & had to call Roadside Assistance. My MINI was towed to MINI of Marin, where Brandon in Service got me set up for the repair. He was friendly, professional, & attentive. I really appreciated him & the rest of the staff making me "feel at home" in the midst of a challenging day. Thanks to everyone at MINI of Marin!

I brought my car in to have the radio diagnosed because it s not working. The whole service team was fantastic. They made the whole experience so easy. Orlando in particular is so helpful in sharing advice and helping me understand how to best take care of my car. They did a thorough inspection and even sent a video walk-through of the inspection. The repair took some time to diagnose due to the department being super busy. Brandon, my service advisor, keep me well up to date on the diagnostic findings, timeline to completion, and price per repair. My repair required coordinating with a 3rd party extended warranty company and Brandon made the experience very streamlined - I never needed to communicate with the warranty company and he got all of the repairs covered. Would definitely recommend to others and will be back if anything comes up with my vehicle in the future. Thanks Brandon

The scheduling was very easy. I needed to replace some parts in connection with the windshield wipers; the reservoir tank and pump. I also needed a new belt. Service time was as expected and I got a loaner which was very helpful. Orlando is always detailed with information and patient with questions I have. He even helped me connect my phone!
