My most recent experience was horrible to say the least. I dropped off my car and explained in detail what was wrong, we agreed on what the problem could be and was told it would be checked for that. I was not notified that my car would have to stay until I called and asked for an update given that I was still at work and needed a way to get home. This was the beginning of the poor service I would receive. They put me in a rental which was helpful, however everything was done last minute causing me to miss very important meetings at work. I then had to call and send text to obtain updates on what was happening with my car, many times I received very late replies or no replies at all. My frustration grew after a week of no sign of my car being ready and contacted them, they gave me a next day expected pick up but notified me last minute it would not be ready. After a week I contacted the General Manager Robbie expressing my frustration in lack of proper communication and delay in getting my car back. I left a voicemail asking him to contact me which he never did, instead I received a text stating they would get my car back as soon as possible from the service rep. I found this absolutely unprofessional and it demonstrated how little they valued me as a customer. Following this experience I do not plan on returning to them for future service. Nonetheless, I feel deeply disappointed in their customer service and would not recommend them.

These guys have had about 18 months of being the most consistent, professional, attentive, and competent service department in the San Francisco Bay Area, for any make or model of car. I am continually impressed, and since Vince got on board as the head service rep, they've consistently hired and retained the best and smartest, namely Matt Quinn. Really thrilled to still be part of their team, as a customer. Cheers all.

I've never been to a more professional and efficient dealership. Went in today on my birthday. Husband purchased a discovery sport. Josh helped us. We were in an out in 1 hour. Josh was very nice and accommodating to my toddler. He showed us where she could run around, let her play with his soccer ball, etc. Highly recommend.

Definitely think twice about buying a Land Rover here if this is where you plan on getting it serviced. Vince is the director and he is obviously not putting the customers first. Recommended 1) trading it in 2) a $9k job before understanding what the problem was. Turns out it s a $1.5k job if you go somewhere else.Also, he kept my car for 2 weeks and no one would return my phone calls for days while I was waiting.

Volvo Marin has got to be the worst dealership I ve ever worked with. Every time I took my Volvo for service, it was returned with an issue. The sales staff is rude and predatory, not acknowledging opt-outs of communication. The only reason why I continued with them is out of convenience.They also will not allow me to return my leased vehicle because I purchased it from a separate dealership, which is against their own and corporate Volvo policy.Avoid this place at all costs and go to another Volvo dealership in the area if you want to buy/lease a vehicle.

This was the most professional experience I've ever had while buying.a vehicle. I needed a new car right away but I didn't want to feel pressured into getting something that wouldn't make me completely happy and content. Travis Feasel at Marin Land Rover was nothing but professional, honest, knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy. I came to him with an idea of what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. Not only did he get me a car that exceeded my expectations but he got me the car that I wanted and I couldn't be happier. I got an absolutely incredible rate that I didn't even think was possible. Travis truly defines what professional customer service should be and will go above and beyond without hesitation because he truly cares about getting the vehicle that is perfect for you. We just bought our first Range Rover with Jordan and John. We have purchased several cars in the past this was by far the best experience. We did not feel any pressure at all! They made us feel like family. It was such a great experience working with those two!!

Marin Luxury Cars does not disappoint. My sales rep Jessica Roble is tops and very professional. She knew everything about the XC90 I purchased and even sat with me over an hour to make sure I had a good understanding of all the features the car had to offer. The sales manager John Beltran was super easy going . Everyone there seems to have a smile on their face and the overall atmosphere is great. What was most impressive is I had to drive home an hour and a half and buying a car on a Sunday they had limited staff so John offered to Uber me back to dealership to pick up my car as he was unable to send someone with me and that worked just fine. Prices are fair I highly recommend this place . 5 stars for sure

Marin Luxury Cars staff was courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate me and my schedule. After searching for a car for over a month, I finally found something I liked. I called and spoke to Travis Feasel, we found the car and set up a time I could come down and test it out. The surprising thing is that even after I ve had the car he still calls and cares about how I m liking the car and if there is anything he can do for me. Upper management worked hard to get me a great rate and the whole experience at the dealership was about an hour. Will definitely be back for my next car when it s time.

I loved working with Travis Feasel. I called him to tell him that I was looking for a used car in excellent condition. He listened to what I was looking for and the options I needed in my next car. He took the time to research all the area car dealers to find me the exact car I wanted. He had it checked out to ensure it was in mint condition and well taken care of by its owner. He found me the car of my dreams! It was within my budget. He called the lender to get me the best interest available- actually convinced them to lower the already excellent rate. Travis is someone that takes care of you through out the entire purchase ....but his biggest strength is finding you the perfect car. Do not let the fact that he is young stop you from allowing him to show how much experience he has. He grew up in a family that has always been in the car business. He has a tremendous knowledge about cars from being around cars his entire life. He also has the integrity to put the customers needs before his own- which to me is most important of all.Regardless of what type of car /truck you are looking for new or used - Travis will find you the best deal available- Thank You Travis!!!

True to their name, I've found working with Marin Luxury Cars to be a luxury experience. We bought our Volvo XC90 there 2 years ago and have gone back for regularly scheduled maintenance and two unfortunate glass replacements for smash and grabs in the city. They offer shuttle service and loaner cars when they can, the staff are friendly, and it's in a nice location across from a mall where you can get food and coffee while you wait.

Inquired online about a pre owned vehicle and had an amazing experience with Josh Salim! He went above and beyond with the entire sales process, he even FaceTimed me via iPhone to show me the car before I purchased! If you re in the Market for a Range Rover, Volvo or Jag, this is your place. Worked with Tom Kane.Tom is extremely knowledgeable and can guide you to your perfect car. He listens well and makes sure your informed before you purchase. We ve been working with Tom Since our first purchase in 2010 and our recent purchase wasn t any different. He happily guided us through another pleasant buying experience without any pressure. Michael Peters in the finance department was equally professional.Also, when you re on you way to Michael to execute your documents, you should take a moment and meet David Carico, Sales Director Agreat guy and fun to chat with. He s also all about a great customer experience.Tom successfully walked us through the setup process and introduced us to the Service department.He has since called us twice to make sure we didn t have any additional questions.

From start to finnish our experience at Marin Luxury Cars was simply the best!! My partner and I recently purchased a Jaguar Epace. Our sales Consultant was Jessica Roble. Jessica was amazing on so many levels. She was knowledgeable, informative and so kind. She answered every one of our questions. She made the process seamless. Jessica set us up with Jorge Guzman who spent well over an hour giving me a tutorial. He went over every detail of my new Black Jag. Finally, I must add that we were so impressed with Oscar, who helped us the through the paperwork. Oscar is not only experienced, but approachable and considerate. Oscar made what what can be a tedious process, a straight forward pleasant experience. Thanks to everyone at Marin Luxury Cars!!

Friday my husband and I went in to see what the colors of the interior of the XC60 Volvo s lookedlike before buying a car on line. Our past experience with car sales people was not enjoyable, sowe wanted to avoid that , and know to buy over the internet is the best way nowadays. We had nointension to buy that day.Well, we were proven wrong. Our salesmen, Dara Sok, was so helpful in showing us all the different options, and features the XC60 had, and showed us how the car functions worked. He was alsoso patient in answering LOTS of questions. Our SUV we were replacing was twenty three years old, so now we had to learn to operate a car with all the new computer functions. The car we ended up getting was what we were looking for, and we got a good deal.After getting it home, we had some more questions on operating functions, and Dara Sok had us come in to show us hands on how things work, and even drove us around. I am so glad we bought the car at Marin Luxury Cars, as we could not get this service buying over the internet.So I would definitely recommend buying from Marin Luxury Cars, but ask for Dara Sok, so helpful.

Drove 5 hours on a Sunday to see a car I had only dreamed of owning. The sales rep Dan Stephan was a very nice fellow. When saw the car in person it looked way better in person than on the internet. We test drove the car and we really liked it. Since it was purchased new at Marin LC and serviced there. It had all service records. After the deal was made I found a problem in the service records. I didn't buy the car but Dan said he would have the mechanic call me the next day to address the issue. Drove back home a bit disappointed and tired as we didn't get home till 1am. The next day the mechanic called me and we went over the issue I had. He explained it thoroughly and since I have a mechanical background he put my question at ease. I talked to Dan next and told him I would get the car. However I was exhausted and wouldn't be able to get back down for at least 5 days. Dan told me they were already going to deliver the car to me at no cost to me on Thursday that week. Since I know what a tow costs for a 5 hour one way tow and the deal they made me on the car I feel this was going above and beyond. On Wednesday that week I received a call from Dan that there was a problem with the only key to the car. They were ordering new keys but would have to transport car to a dealer 50 miles away to get them programmed. No problem, car would be delivered the next week. I was totally OK with it. The next week I was out of town so postponed till Monday of following week. Car was delivered with a smile. I can only say that the integrity of this dealership is great in my experience.I was able to look at all service records( They didn't omit the one in question). They went well above what was expected to make my buying experience a great one. They have earned my business for the future. My first call will be to Dan when looking for a different car. I sincerely believe they went above and beyond after the deal was made. I also dealt briefly with Wayne the manager. He was as well professional. I am now driving a car that I only dreamed of owning. While purchasing our 2018 Discovery Sport HSE, Tom Kane was our sales consultant. He led us through a thoroughly pleasant buying experience...no pressure, all questions answered honestly, and easy to deal with. Michael Peters in the finance department was equally professional...great dealership experience. And the 2018 Disco Sport is just gorgeous!

Josh Salim is the man! I walked into the dealership thinking that I would not qualify for a vehicle. I drove away with the car that I wanted. I didn't "settle." Not a single person that I have interacted with in the three years we had our lease was friendly, helpful, or knowledgeable. We had CONSTANT issues with our Jaguar F-Pace and were offered a settlement fee to not lemon it. Service Advisors never seem to know what is going on or what service I'm due for or that my maintenance was prepaid... unfortunate considering that during the course of my lease I had to have my vehicle serviced AT LEAST 6x/year. My most recent visit to the service center required 4 people looking at my car to try to figure out why my dashboard was reading "Due for Service." The final conclusion was that it probably wasn't actually due for service so I should just ignore the light. Dropped off my car yesterday to end my lease and even though I was told I could come by anytime without any appointment needed, the staff told me that it was too late in the day to drop it off when I arrived. I had to laugh because it was the perfect dysfunctional ending to the dysfunctional 3 years I spent dealing with this company. Looking forward to forgetting this place exists.

The experience of working with Jessica Roble, as I transitioned out of my leased Range Rover Evoque into another vehicle...was terrific! I was specific about what I wanted to see, test drive & have priced and she quickly met the challenge, succinctly providing all I asked for. The decision was made to get a new Evoque. She delivered the specified vehicle within a week. Not a minute was wasted and I left the lot as a very happy camper. Looking for something from Land Rover? give Jessica a call!

I called the other day to get some rates on the Range Rover and Volvo and also to see what the difference between both were and Kristopher Antle was an aboutle pleasure to speak with and also professional . They would not negotiate even $100 below their sticker price, I was going to pay it, or no deal. Really? I bought this used car over the phone and paid cash. Minimal work for them. That s worthy of zero stars. My sales associate was efficient and picked me up from the airport, hence the two stars.
