Great experience getting a dent fixed on my car, no insurance. I came in for an estimate, and they were quick and quoted a reasonable price - very transparent listing of services on the quote.They did an excellent job on the repair - it looks fantastic!

Marin Collision Center was great to work with. Seamless process. Their estimate was right on what they told me it would be and for a normal process that one would think is stressful they took the stress out of it. They did a great job with my car. Looks beautiful.

Rodents had chewed a side vent that is hidden behind the rear bumper and penetrated our car. Destroyed the rear seatbelt and several other hidden plastic parts. Marin Collision replaced and repaired everything very professionally, and per my request installed a wire mesh on top of the exterior vents to prevent a repeat performance by the rodents. I was very happy when they accepted to install the wire mesh. When I picked up the car, it was washed and very clean. Thank you!

I rubbed the front side of my garage backing in and had white paint on my fender. I went to Marin Collison and in less than an hour they had buffed it out. Couldn't tell it was ever there.

Such an easy experience from start to finish. Jessica took photos of the car. Got me an estimate on damages the same day and had the work started next business day.Drop off and pick up were a breeze. The work done was excellent, like the accident never happened!Service: Body & Trim

Jessica Petri estimator at Marin Collision Center couldn't have been better. Her communication, evaluation, estimate, are superb. Her estimate was half of one from another body shop. My car was completed in rapid time. I was notified the day after I left it off. The repair/repainting is excellent. I had been there previously in 2016 & had a similar experience. Very professional and friendly. Needed body work after bumping into a rock retainer wall at night on steep driveway. Loved how I was treated, given complete and detailed estimate and was sent periodic status texts on my BMW. I received excellent services by Ms. Jessica Petri. She assured me that my car will be in good hands, keeping me inform throughout the process. Her estimates are reasonable compare with other body shops. What make their services standout are their high quality work and keep their promises when my car will be done with repairs including called my rental car to pick me up ahead of time. I was referred to Marin Collision Center by my insurance company after being involved in a car accident where the front, driver's side of my car was completely ruined. Fortunately for me, Marin Collision Center was both a certified Honda shop as well as listed in the network of Farmer's Insurance approved shops.Marin Collision Center did a phenomenal job repairing all the damage to my Civic in a timely manner. The work was outstanding and the car looks like new. The staff were very professional, courteous, and a genuine pleasure to deal with.I would highly recommend Marin Collision Center for autobody work and would certainly use them again if I had to in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had the best service here. I scrapped the front of my car. I came to the Marin Collision Center and they took care of it in 15 minutes and told me it was on them! The front of my car looks much better and I was in and out in no time. This will be my new go to center for car repairs.

I, in my 2004 Acura, was in a minor front-end collision at the end of last year, with the other driver being at fault. So his insurance company (Farmers), paid for repairs. I decided to take my car to Marin Collision Center because I found out they were an Acura Certified Collision Repair Facility. And I'm glad I did. They did an excellent job on my vehicle, replacing all the major front-end body parts. I want to specifically mention Chris Hoglund, who was very prompt to answer all of the questions I had throughout the process, and who even managed to get my car multiple BRAND NEW Original Acura parts (aka OEM). Other shops I asked either said I would be only getting aftermarket parts or maybe used OEM parts. And, because my car is 18 years old, the insurance company ordinarily would not have paid for the new parts Chris managed to get. I was initially supposed to get mostly used parts but, to my knowledge, after multiple used OEM parts were sent to Marin Collision Center, Chris sent them back because the quality of the used parts were not up to his standards. And he wound up getting me a brand new Acura hood and bumper cover (the most important parts of the job), paid for by the insurance company, not me. From my research (which included talking to other shops), that is essentially unheard of for a car as old as mine. Thanks to Chris and the rest of the team at Marin Collision Center!Service: Body & Trim

I have been using Marin Collision Body shop since 2004 to 2021 = 17 years. I have to give 10 stars Gold services especially Ms. Jessica Petri made all different in high quality services I received here. I took my brand new Honda hybrid 2021 to other body shops to get an estimate but they don t take a time to explain what part and type of repair they are going to do. They just handed me the print out cost and didn t explain anything.Ms. Jessica Petri took her time to show me what part needed to replace or simply repair (cost effective). She called and followed up with me including she assured me that my car is in good hands. I highly recommend Marin Collision Body shop to everyone. I trust their high quality work. I will never use other body shops again.Please ask for Ms. Jessica. She is awesome and great service.Service: Auto detailing

Made the insurance/rental car easy. They have fixed my car twice and it looks good. I had asked them to replace a light and I they forgot, so that bummed me out but not a big deal.

I had a terrible experience with Marin Collision and the staff. I was involved in a small fender bender where I wanted to try and fix things myself. After saying they would try to help me, they tried to gouge me.They clearly only want to try and maximize their revenue by milking the insurance system.This only hurts their Customers by driving up their insurance rates further, would recommend you find someone more ethical.

I ve been taking my Honda Del Sol to the shop forever, and their work has always been perfect. It was this time too and it was done very quickly, which was essential for me since I was planning to go out of town.

The guys at Marin Collision Center, specially Chris Hogland, will really take care of you. I had a slight accident where the back bumper and tail light were needing to be replaced thru insurance. It was seamless. Chris was very accomodating. The tail light was replaced but had a problem. I called him up and explained. He told me to come right in. They got it fixed up and sent me on my way. A little while later, the part actually wasn't working properly and the turn signal went out. I unfortunately was headed out of the states for the next 6 months. I contacted Chris about it, he said no problem and told me to come in when I get back. I figured that would be the end of it as I have been through similar but no.... After months, Chris actually contacted me while I was out of the country to follow up. When I got back they had ordered the parts already and quickly got the car in and taillight replaced. They are friendly and really take care of you. Thanks again Chris for such great customer relations, work and support.

Complete frauds. They have had my car for a week. The text updates claim the car is ready. This morning they called to say nothing has been done yet. Totally unbelievable.
