Apps tell you car is ready, but the staff don't know what the app is doing. I started with one star. I added another because they were getting better. They have the potential to be great because they have the other little things like protecting your car. Communication is where they need work.

Wow shipping was crazy fast! Ordered some all weather floor mats for my dad. They shipped it next day and my dad received it the day after!

Went to have my oil changed then have to go back because they had oil On the oil filter housing and skip plate service advisor said that they just did not clean it up correctly when they did the oil change can't people just do things right the 1st time?

That lie I went in for a Diagnostics stop the Diagnostics and told me that the car was ruined and no good and I needed to buy a new one I went and had it checked by a legitimate place called Les Schwab they finished the Diagnostics and the car is not ruined so they lied
