A Mixed Experience at Madera Ford: Room for ImprovementMy recent visit to Madera Ford left me with mixed feelings. While I can't say it was a horrible experience, there were certainly aspects that could have been better.One of the highlights of my visit was the friendly demeanor of the salesmen. Most of them seemed genuinely eager to assist and guide me through the car-buying process. However, where they fell short was in their knowledge of certain vehicles (Tesla). It became apparent during discussions that their understanding of some models was lacking.This lack of expertise was particularly noticeable when considering more advanced vehicles (Tesla). It would have been beneficial if the sales staff were better prepared and communicated more effectively with customers about the features and specifications of these cars. In instances where a particular vehicle's complexity exceeded the salesmen's expertise, it would have been appreciated to have someone on hand who could provide more in-depth knowledge.Additionally, the inconvenience of driving back and forth to the dealership was something that could have been addressed more thoughtfully. Understanding that customers have busy schedules and limited time, better coordination and communication could have mitigated this inconvenience. Perhaps providing detailed information remotely could have made the process smoother.While my experience at Madera Ford was not horrible, there are clear areas for improvement. Enhancing the sales staff's knowledge and communication, particularly regarding advanced vehicles, and considering the convenience of the customer's experience would go a long way in elevating the overall service provided by the dealership.

Tony helped us through the car-buying process. He was very friendly and helpful. He explained the add-on packages as well as pricing and answered all our questions. Overall, the staff at Madera Ford was very welcoming. They also fed us some yummy fajita tacos. Go check them out if you're in the market for a new or used car.

Madera Ford worked with me and my Mother for her vehicle to have good payments that would be reliably delivered. We met at a good meeting point for a price, and are satisfied.I want to thank Nelson sincerely for taking our situation into consideration, and doing what he could with his boss to assist us. Every other place has been problematic in my past experience, so it's a breath of fresh air that someone was willing to try for our aim, and still work out a good acceptable deal that was solid and worked.I'd also like to shout-out Nelson's boss, thank you for working with us. I will be referring people.

Thanks KC, Medera Ford is very customer oriented, I got my first pickup F-150 Tremor from Madera Ford two weeks ago and it was great, Madera offered me a price that was hard to refuse so I opted to drive four hours to bring it home. They went out of their way to help me get a loan with a very low interest rate and helped me with all the paperwork because of my address. KC helped me a lot, because I had some problems with my car keys and my old car, KC helped me solve everything as fast as I could, and I love my new Tremor so far. I highly recommend Madera Ford, which always surprises you.

I started this process with intentions to walk away from a special order Bronco. Surprisingly, KC and Nelson did everything and anything to make sure I was happy and I left the dealership with no regrets. I ve only purchased from Madera Ford.., and it looks like I shall continue. Proceed with caution at this dealership. Their website has misleading prices that fail to reflect the actual cost of the vehicle.Expect to pay significantly more than the advertised price with hidden fees for mandatory dealer accessories driving up the total amount (e.g., LoJack). False advertising.One particular sales manager, KC or Casey, exhibited extremely unprofessional and dismissive behavior on the phone when I inquired about the markups. Instead of providing clear explanations, he resorted to a dismissive attitude, suggesting that they weren't forcing me to purchase a car. He seemed genuinely annoyed to be speaking with a potential customer. KC needs a new line of work.

Spoke with Izzy -Sales- Donny -Sales manager-. Made myself very clear, I'd have to travel 187 miles from Bay Area, for the purchase of used truck. Not once, did they mention the horrible condition of used truck, riddled with scratches, dings upholstery a 3 out 10, leaking oil, rusted, wheel caps missing! In no condition to sell to anyone, especially one coming from so far away. They, Madera Fords staff, did a hard pull on my 800 credit score, even after I provided my pre-approval from Credit Union. This experience was exactly what you'd expect, from a sleazy small dealership, not one that's attached to the Ford brand. Do your research before doing business here. There's tons of Truck Inventory in the Valley..

The process of buying a vehicle from this dealership compared to other dealerships was pretty normal. Marking up the price and trying up sale worthless add ons. All that is expected from a dealership. But when I bought my vehicle, I did a trade in. It took them two months to pay off the vehicle I traded for. So i was paying 2 car payments. They also told me they would mail me a spare key since the business department that holds onto those keys were closed on the weekend. Its been 4 months since they told me that and I still haven t gotten a key yet. Even after calling every 2 weeks. The response is always the same, let me go find someone, i will call u back . And i never get a call back.

I drove over three hours to check out a Jeep I saw online. I bought it, and I got a great deal! Dave was great to work with and between him and KC they made me a deal a couldn t pass by. One thing in particular that I like about Madera Ford is they kind of have a hybrid buying process. Nowadays it seems like there s no such thing as negotiation. Prices are fair and tend to be set in stone. Those dealerships tend to be rather inflexible when it comes to trade in values. Conversely, back in the day they would sit you in a room, draw a four quadrant box and start going back and forth over numbers in a way that always seemed to leave the buyer (at least in my case) feeling as though they ve missed something or been taken advantage of by purposely confusing and hard to follow numbers. Madera Ford is different. They have very fair pricing, and provide very fair trade in pricing, but then they sit down and negotiate. The numbers didn t work for me initially. I couldn t afford the vehicle I wanted. But Dave and KC went to bat for me; they tweaked the sales price, upped my trade in value, found better financing options, and in the end, I happily drove three hours home in my awesome new Jeep, and I felt like a winner when it came to the negotiations. No pressure. Very friendly. And very fair. Oh, and my wife couldn t be with me to sign the paperwork, so they re sending a driver three hours to my house to have her sign the paperwork. She signs the parts on Monday, but she s driving the Jeep today!Awesome all around! Totally recommend!

I was interested in buying a used vehicle and wanted to make a cash offer. It was difficult getting a call back from one of the sales managers. All of the lady s who answered the phone were nice and professional. The problem is the sales manager. There is 2 that I m aware of. KC and Shawn. I don t know who I spoke to because he did not introduce himself and when I asked if he was the sales manager he just said yeah. He was rude and condescending the entire call when I made my offer he paused for a second then proceed to tell me he couldn t discount it not even $100. My offer was less than $1000 of asking. I don t recommend spending your money here as the character of the manager is vile. I hope the owner of this dealership reads my review.Edit: Bought a 2022 Pathfinder instead! Could of had my business.

I had bought a Hyundai 8 months before and realized I really needed a bigger vehicle. Went to Madera ford, Jose, the salesman saw to it that I got exactly what I wanted and needed for my family. Shaun, the sales manager, worked hard to save me $70 on my monthly payment, and getting me the best deal in the valley!! I appreciate all the hard work these guys put into making sure all of my car buying needs were not only met but EXCEEDED! Thanks again guys for my 2019 Ford Flex! Love it!!!

What an amazing experience it was to not only meet Jose Aka Joe Buck , but I got the car of my dreams. Best deals , best car salesman I have ever met by far, and I got the best service . He did everything possible to make it work for me today , I mean completely above and beyond. This guy deserves an award! I have never been so motivated and so happy that I made this decision . If it weren t for you joe buck, maybe the outcome would ve been different but I m glad you got me as soon as I drove up ! Fast and efficient service these guys are great , thank you again I will never forget today.

As many other reviews have stated, they lower the sticker price of the vehicle and then add in charges for LoJack and blinking brake lights. I came in prepared to buy a vehicle I saw online and was preapproved for thru my credit union, until I was told what the out the door price would be, $7k more than the sticker price. It was mentioned they can get away with this because they have verbiage on their website stating prices listed do not reflect taxes, fees, dealership installed equipment, etc. David was very nice, but seemed like his hands were tied with the pricing. Super unfortunate, would have loved to have driven away in the vehicle I was looking at.

Went in to Madera Ford to see if i could get out of my old car and Tony & KC were awesome. They paid off my trade and got me a lower APR than i thought i could get. I would definitely recommend this place!

Edit: It has been 9 months since I purchased my vehicle and I still haven't received a refund or my second key. I can't even get a phone call through to speak to someone at the dealership.Absolutely terrible. They lure you in with low sticker prices on the car, then tack on loads of unwanted extras, and claim they're unable to take them off. I bought a vehicle from them and asked to refund some of the purchased warranties, and they've been yanking me around for months now. They also never sent me my second key or a front license plate bracket, which is not even legal! I'm constantly ignored and have to jump through hoops any time I just want an update.

Nelson made our car shopping experience here great! He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had throughout the whole process. Car shopping can be stressful but he made it easy and enjoyable. Also Jesus made our financing process trouble fee and was very thorough with everything. Overall it was a great experience!

Bunch of con artists. Was told they would fix a couple of details on the car, prior to me buying. Two months later, can't get a response. MANAGER KC is very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend the dealership.

Their service department lacks communication, continuously gives me the run around, and has yet to connect me with their supervisor, after multiple requests. I have been waiting 2 months to get my windshield replaced (with a purchased warranty from their dealership). I have received several different "stories" on the current status and continuously have to make phone calls to get updates. Highly disappointed.
