Brought my 2013 toyota pruis in November 2023, for diagnosis of engine light and knock sound. after a $200 diagnosis and then a 1000 inspection, they said headgasket is blown suggested i replace the upper and lower of my motor that the engine is shot. 9000 for the upper and alittle more for the lower. Also tried to sell a "new" motor with 10 less miles than mine "190,000"for around 14000. My numbers may be alittle off i will upload photos when i get to it...After some research found headgaskets are a common issue and do to the power split device will make a knock as it trys to engage as the engine torques, not a bent or thrown rod. This is a common scam conducted by street mechanics and didnt think a dealership would partake in. Relaced head gasket myself for under 300 and car is running great. All I wanted was an honest repair, now i just dont want others to be scammed the same. Get a second oppinion always.

I was not very happy with my experience; I went in for 2 oil changes on 2 different vehicles of mine and I asked the advisor if I could use a coupon that I receive from GMC and told him that the coupon was for oil change for 59.99 and he stated that was fine just to give the coupon to the cashier when I picked up my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, I was told that I could not use my coupon due to it not being there coupon, I explained to the cashier that I was told by the advisor that the coupon could be used they sent me an email with the picture of the coupon stating they could not accept. I was definitely not happy because I could have gone where the coupon was excepted and saved me over 70.00 per oil change. This was a huge inconvenience and expense unexpected, and I think I should have been able to use coupon because I was told I could it should have been honored.

We went in to purchase a vehicle on January 5, 2024. As of today we are still dealing with signing documents and not getting direct phone calls from the finance manager. Only today did the original sales person called us back but we keep hearing different information and nothing seems right. We started the process online and this is the worst experience we have had. We feel that no one is getting us the responses we need and when we ask to come in to deal with this in person they say its not necessary. I am not sure why we are being ignored. Not fun buying something and felling that you are in limbo with what should have been done with with in days of us coming in. Differently will be filling complaints those who protect us as consumers.

I took my truck in to get a problem with the truck shaking checked out. Once there they said it was both my lower ball joints needed to be replaced took them over 2 months. To get them fixed once I picked up and got home with the truck they only replaced one truck was under an extended warranty they offered me so I don t get why they didn t fix it properly if they sold me the warranty and truck. truck still has a slight shaking issue. but i guess thats my fault for buying a truck from this dealer

They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff always to get you the best deal available at the moment. If they don't have what you're looking for they'll find it. Give them a try, ask for Angela, she is one of many helpful staff at hand.

Worst service ever it took them 2 months to fix the radio then when I had an oil change they broke the tail light and didn't want to take accountability they said they would call me back but they never did I had to dive there when it comes to selling the cars there good but the service is the worst!!

Really bad service I took in a truck for the check engine light it them over a week to get back to me and for them to tell me they still haven t checked it. I called every day to get an update, and they would never answer.

The service was not the best. I have had issues with getting the problem on my vehicle resolved and they kept charging me a fee every time i took it in just for them to say they can t find anything wrong. Finally the transmission goes out and they can finally replace it. But there was no communication between myself and the service tech or manager. Even though I tried to reach out multiple times I was always told I d get a call back and never received a call. When I finally showed up and told them I needed a rental car they rushed to get the truck serviced just to avoid lending a rental vehicle. Received the truck .. everything was reset and they did not take the time to set the correct time on the screen or even a courtesy wash on the truck. Overall service was A 0 out of 10

There were a lot of reasons for why I didn't purchase a car from your dealership and probably will never buy from Madera Chevy Auto Center.1. Market Adjustment Fee - 2,000 extra on top of MSRP is shady business, and that's something that I will remember for a while. Other dealers DON'T do MARKUPS.2. Dealer Aftermarket Fees - 2,000 dollars extra ON TOP of the MARK UP is what drew me over the line, again other dealerships wave this cost. Those ARE the dealerships I'm going to be signing with all of my car purchases.3. Felt disrespected that I only got to talk to a sales person, and NOT the finance manager, and used a waiting game tactic to pressure me to sign. There were plenty of people walking around, listening to our deal and nobody joined in to work with me on the final purchase price.4. Felt disrespected, that i got a call back, informing me the car got sold. That's information I DIDN'T NEED since the problem wasn't the car it WAS the Dealership and its greedy practices.Thank you for reaching out and asking for my opinion and hope this gives you insight on why I did not sign.

Our dealership experience was great from the beginning. Dely greeted us with great enthusiasm and was very happy to help us find the right car for our family. She went above and beyond explaining all the things that the car came with and what we needed in order to buy the car we wanted. Not only that but she treated us like family and she interacted with my 3 little girls. She started all of the paper work for us and since it was getting late we had to return the following day to see if we qualified for the car we wanted. The next day Angelica helped with with the rest of the paper work. Angelica has helped me buy 3 cars from madera auto center and every time I return she greets me with great enthusiasm and is always happy to see my family. I would like to thank Dely and Angelica for helping us buy our perfect family car. Angelica and Dely gave us excellent customer service. I will be recommending them to my family and friends. In the future when I decide to buy another car I will make sure to ask for one of them. It was truly a pleasure working with them. Our family loves our new car! I live in LA where they are many Chevy dealers & ended up driving 200 miles north to purchase my Camaro ZL1 from Madera Chevy. That should tell you how they treated me.From the time when I first contacting this dealer inquiring about the car, through making the deal, taking delivery & follow up calls afterwards to make sure I was taken care off.Everybody I dealt with conducted themselves very professionally, did exactly what they said they would. Which is not so common nowadays.There were not so many of this model car Camaro ZL1 available here in LA, most of the local dealers in LA had an additional markup over MSRP - which nobody wants to pay more than sticker.Madera Chevy were not so greedy & offered a fair price on the car.I have purchased over 25 new commercial & personal vehicles over the last 30 years and this dealership is one of the most professional & easy to conducted business with.Both John in fleet Dept & Robert in Sales Dept, went out of their way to help me.I did most of the paperwork over the phone & via email with Angela's help from the customer service dept.Very fair competitive pricing and excellent customer service,Some of the local chevy dealers here in LA should take some lessons from Madera chevy in how to treat potential customers. There was no hard selling or playing any games.Just a fair, honest deal without any of the LA car buying drama.In the past, I would never spent the time to write reviews on any given business.But as a business owner myself, I appreciate & respect a well ran business & felt this company was worth taking the time to share my experience with other potential car buyers..There are still some car dealers out there that conduct themselves with some oil fasion good values.It was well worth the drive back, enjoying our new Camaro & avoiding tickets.I would recommend checking this dealer out if you're in the market for a new chevy car, they also have a Toyota dealership as well.Good luck.

In January 2023 I came to Madera Chevrolet and was greeted by salesman Micheal Manzo. We sat down and built and ordered a 2024 Chevy high county dually. He went above and beyond keeping me In the loop every step of the way during this process until the final product was delivered. Mike and his boss Rob Pearson made the whole buying experience enjoyable and stress free and they are pleasant friendly guys to wrk with. I live in the Bay Area and i didn t mind making the trip to Madera Chevrolet and buying a vehicle I highly recommend Madera ChevroletThe customer service was awesome

Beware if you purchase or service your vehicle here. I purchased and serviced my vehicle here for some years, but the new staff are inconsiderate and mean. I left my vehicle a little before 12:20 p.m. for an oil change. They said it d be 1.5 hours. I called at 2:30 pm and was sent to the advisor voicemail. I called again at 4:00 pm and was again sent to the advisor voicemail. I called back and explained that I needed my vehicle and the advisor wasn t answering. They placed me on hold to get in contact with the advisor , but the call dropped after a few minutes. I called again and they didn t answer. I went in and asked for my car back. A lady that appeared to be a manager rolled her eyes and asked if they could give me a future discount. I refused and asked for my car back. I don t trust them. Why keep my vehicle for almost 4 hours and no oil change? I hope they didn t mess with anything to force me to buy another vehicle because they ve been calling me asking me to trade it in. They ruined my day : (

The service my husband and I received at Madera Auto Center was amazing! We are so happy we decided to come to MAC for the purchase of our new Chevy Tahoe. Angelica was attentive to our wants and needs, helpful in answering our questions and concerns, and was absolutely professional in every way. We are so thankful to everyone who helped us get a great deal on the car we wanted. We will definitely bring our family and friends to purchase their cars at MAC. Thanks a bunch!

I've done business with this dealership for 20 years now and have bought at least 6 cars through you and I have to say the experience I went through this time has made me rethink going forward giving my business to you. The 2 major things lacking with your service is communication and sticking to your word. The advisors job is to work with customers and keep them updated. When your advisor Michelle does neither then I don't know why she is getting paid for that job. We never received calls for updates even when the job was going to go past the time we were told. We had to constantly call ourselves. The only person that reached out was Christian who was helpful but shouldnt have had to step in for Michelle. Also because of the delays and lack of communication we lost out on work which means money. If your service department continues to run like this with staff like Michelle it will no doubt impact business as the reviews online aren't favorable in recent history. I hope with my comments you get that your customer service needs huge help.

They were extremely helpful. I couldn't pick up my vehicle when finished because of prior commitments. This wasn't a problem for them at all. The only issue that I had was I had a check engine light on and they charged $155.00 to read the code on the instrument panel. I could have it read at any parts store for free. That being said when I picked up my Vehicle the engine light was off. I assumed that they took care of it for me , which would definitely bring me back to buy a new vehicle. Thanks for dong an excellent job.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. I really enjoyed the reminder calls. They were very nice on the phone and had such a positive attitude that made me smile. The Service writer was so kind and helpful. He kept me informed on the process of my truck. He help me with the warranty and making sure all was taken care of. The truck was finished in a couple of days which was great. The mechanics kept the truck clean and diagnosed it the same day I dropped it off. Thank you for your great service department.

***UPDATE***Do NOT take your vehicle here for warranty service. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a service department. You would think after purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership and leaving a great review I would receive at least good customer service, but it has been the worst! Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.I purchased a new vehicle from Madera Chevrolet and I m glad I did. It was the most hassle free and quick vehicle purchase I have ever had. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful, especially our salesman Michael Manzo. Michael was very up front with everything and wasn t annoying like most salesman! I Would highly recommend Michael and Madera Chevrolet for your next vehicle purchase.

The worst experience I ever had from a professional dealership! The customer service was horrible,The mileage was incorrect, when the I first arrived the person whom I was assigned for my appointment was late to take care of me ! Then my vehicle was their for 3 days and no updates on the status , no communication with me . I basically called my insurance to get deny for a mistake an employee did on my mileage . Then when I called to explain to the employees what s going on I didn t get any sorry or anything, this cost the company 9000$ and an upset customer .

They worked so hard to find the perfect car for my family and I am in love with my spark! Alex was so amazing and I appreciate everything he did and his hard work to get me out the door with keys in hand before my weekend started! Tony made the whole financial process easy and with a few signatures and initials the car was mine! 20/10 all star service and I would recommend anyone even strangers to go there! Loved the experience and love my car! Thank you! ( I would tell the detailer to like get it together because that took forever and I didn't see a difference so there was that.) But everything else was amazing!
