my husband and I went in to this car dealer to look at cars. Wich we were looking for a family car cuz are old one was giving up and I may say Francisco was a great sale person he was able to get us into a 2019 dodge journey he made everything so easy and smooth he got us a good deal we were very happy with him. If any body looking for a car I recommend this car place and ask for Francisco he may look young but he knows what he's doing. He was very nice and helpful and as much questions I had he answered them with no complaints thank u Fransisco everyone in this dealership was very nice we will be coming back again when we need a new car again.

Alex was very courteous and honest in helping us purchase a Tesla Model 3. We got pre approval at another dealer and Alex was able to get us a better payment. Thank you and we will look at MCC when we decide to purchase again.

Francisco was amazing . Great service and took care of me. He made sure I left with something I wanted!!!! The person that sold me the car was great.However, the volume on the radio was off. Within 10mins buying the car dealership was advised the radio did not work at all. They told me to bring the car back in and they would fix it. It has been 2 months, I have left multiple messages and have yet to hear back from anyone regarding this issue. Its sad that they would drop the ball on this.

My son and I were treated with respect and honesty as soon as we arrived .Dagoberto went above and beyond ensuring that i was 100% satisfied with my purchase. From the first day I messaged Dagoberto about my dream car until the last detail he always addressed all concerns , questions completely 100% to my satisfaction ! He followed up timely with any concerns .I was very skeptical about used car lots because of past experiences .so I was one of those customers my expectations were exceeded with great service and people who followed through with each one of my requests. Great people! Dagoberto Villanueva helped me out.Update. 5months later and the car has had check engine light on didn t have the proper engine oil level when I would take the car back they would just turn the light off and say it s good and the Process kept repeating over and over just wasting time. Sales guys are very nice but the mechanical issues are pushed to the side. Don t wast time go elsewhere

Awesome experience brought my niece to buy a car and Alex was the best, he sold her a beautiful Lexus. Martin found her a finance company with a great interest rate even though she had no credit built up. I definitely recommend MCC!!! Thanks Guys.

I am very happy because I was trying in many places to get an RV and everywhere they told me that it could not be done until but in Madera Car Connection if it was possible I recommend this place ask for Camacho he helped us in the process !! thank God here if it was possible!!
