I would like to thank Land Rover Marin and my amazing sales person for such an easy process and no pressure purchase. Rick Wheeler my sales agent was on point each step of the process. I am typically not a fan of having to deal with car manufacturer dealerships. Out of necessity, I recently went into the range rover dealership in Marin, and was blown away by the friendliness and professionalism across the entire experience. As a result, as I look to get a new car soon, I will very likely go into their dealership and try to give them the business. I worked with two Service Advisors (Dominic and Alex) and another employee Tim drove me to and from my home. Everyone I came into contact with was quite a pleasure to work with! How refreshing and thank you!

Special shout out to Rick Wheeler for helping with the final purchase of defender 130 during easter. Rick was extremely helpful. The sales team at Land Rover Marin is very welcoming and nice, I would like to thank Jordan who helped me test drive the car and Micheal Peter who is such an amazing finance manager.

Save yourself the headache and never try to get anything done here. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I previously had an Audi and the service level is night and day. First of all they never ever answer the phone. Then if you finally get in touch with someone they are usually rude and incompetent. I've had 3 flat tires in less than a year on my new Range Rover Sport and the first 2 were complete nightmares to try to get them to fix. The 3rd was no different I called roadside service to put my spare on and waited about 4 hours for them to arrive. In the meantime I called the dealership over and over until I finally talked to someone. The service agent told me they are backed up and will have to keep my car until Monday and today is Thursday. SO basically they wanted to keep my car for 5 days to change 1 tire. After a ton of headache I finally came to my senses and called Cain tires and they had the same tire in stock and they told me to come over (it's now 5pm) and they had my new tire put on and I was out of there in under 20 minutes. It was also several hundred dollars cheaper than Land Rover - Same tire and way less headache. Also, LandRover does not provide loaner cars. Audi provided a loaner car for every service and they were so lovely to deal with. I am bummed because I do love my car, but I now just want to sell it so I don't ever have to deal with Land Rover Marin.

I am in awe of the stellar service I received. Every touch point of my service was flawlessly executed and exceeded my high expectations. My Range Rover had a flat tire, fortunately in my garage, unfortunately I had no wheel lock key. It was late, service had closed. I called the sales team, which was still open, he coordinated a pickup of my car the next morning, new tire ordered and replaced, new wheel locks and key , car delivered to my home same day beautifully washed. So much gratitude!

My experience with the Marin Land Rover staff has been nothing but amazing! They always go out of their way to accommodate my needs and help me with any issues, even when things happen on a last minute notice. They make sure everything is done with perfection, and leave you feeling like you made the right decision bringing your Rover there.Matt was a great addition to their team! He treats you with care that you only would expect from a life-long friend or family member. He is amazing at communication, and is always patient and kind. His attention to the little details is unmatched and very heartwarming.Nancy puts so much effort in handling your appointment needs, from scheduling you, finding a loaner car, or a rental, even on a very short notice! So refreshing - LAND ROVER MARIN is a professional, courteous, and highly competent organization. We were very pleased with our service there. (After having been a long time customer at British Motor Cars/Land Rover San Francisco, we pulled our car out from a service appointment there and brought it to LAND ROVER MARIN. We d been lied to by SF team, they hadn't even started the engine to look at the problem, after 2 weeks). We moved the car to LAND ROVER MARIN where Irwin and the rest of the team were so helpful and communicated with us every step of the way. We most certainly plan on purchasing our 5th Range Rover from LAND ROVER MARIN.

Purchased multiple cars from here. Friendly staff and great showroom with a great ode offering of new and used luxury vehicles. They have great refreshments and the service staff is professional , fast and friendly. Don t hesitate to stop on to shop and buy. Ask for Jared.

100% recommend. Buying process was simple! They knew we were driving 3 hours and made it streamlined to be in and out, including car review/test and paperwork we were in and out in less than 1 hour with our new defender. Highly recommend Brian for all your buying needed.

This was my second time leasing a car at Marin Luxury Cars and I cannot say enough kind words about the team there! I worked with Omar for about 2 weeks (trust me, I was not an easy customer sending spreadsheets of what I thought were reasonable prices and digging into every line item) and he was able to get me into a brand new Defender at an amazing deal! He was incredibly helpful and responsive over text - which made communication super easy and quick. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Omar!Dave and Michael are also pretty cool too. Dave drives a hard bargain (pun totally intended), but was super helpful at the end of the day and made me feel like I was truly getting a great deal.

Very disappointed with my experience at this Land Rover. brought my car in 2 weeks ago and still have no update on what's wrong with it. i've called multiple times & left multiple voicemails... For a luxury car experience, I have to say this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. In addition to the slow service department, the customer service department is HORRENDOUS. They don't give out loaner cars but allow you to rent a car on your own budget at Enterprise -- and the Enterprise experience is atrocities. You would think that having a Land Rover, you'd have OK service experience and OK customer service experience. I've never written a review. However, this journey has left such a foul taste in my mouth that I want to warn others to avoid this shop at all costs.

I recently purchased a Range Rover through Land Rover Marin and the experience was great. Lili was one of the most attentive and helpful sales associates I've ever worked with. Their entire management staff (including David & Bret) go the extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied. While signing my purchase documents with their finance guy, he commented on how much he enjoys working for this dealership because the owner makes his top priority to make customers happy and you can see that when you go through the purchase process there. I even discovered a couple broken parts when I got home and they are taking care of fixing them.

Land Rover Marin is an excellent place to lease or purchase a car. Vince was attentive and responsive to my initial email inquiry and was able to get me in my new car and out the door the next day. Vince and all the employees at Land Rover Marin provide a seamless 5 star experience. Oscar handled all my previous cars trade-in paperwork and new vehicle registration in advance so when I arrived to pick the new car I was in and out in 25 minutes! The selection of cars available are beautiful and the prices are very fair.

Purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Josh Salim. I told him what my family was looking for and he went above and beyond to provide great service. Josh responded to messages quickly and found us a great finance rate from the local credit union. We will certainly be coming back.

Leased a Land Rover through them. Brought it in for an assessment, and was given an estimate for $20k in repairs for return . The manager Travis was not helpful and was rude to my wife. We did all the repairs that were needed and Travis (manager) didn t have the guts to call me, but had his co manager (Mo) tell me we could not return the car to them. We have to return it to the San Francisco branch. Not trust worthy, not respectful and wouldn t recommend.

Excellent sales people and excellent service. Kevien is my service rep and was able to service mine and my mothers cars in just 1 day (my car was even ready 3 days earlier than expected!). I purchased my car from Lili and my mother purchased hers from Vince - both are excellent sales professionals and really took the time for us to find the correct vehicles. Both sales professionals are patient and continue to be in touch and informative when we have questions. All staff members are friendly accommodating and efficient with your time. Highly recommend this dealership and Range Rovers!

My wife and I had an unbelievable experience at Land Rover Marin. We were in the market for a 2020 Range Rover Sport hybrid and found the exact one we were looking for at their location.Dara Sok met us as we walked in and he immediately made us feel like family. Instead of jumping into the details of the car and financing, Dara wanted to get to know us to make sure he was able to find the right vehicle for our family. This definitely gave us a piece of mind knowing we were doing business with someone we trust.In a short amount of time, we were wrapping up paperwork to trade-in our car towards the purchase of a car perfect for our family. Scheduled service for my leased car twice now and each time they tell me to keep waiting longer even though my car keeps reading needs service on the dash board and it s been close to 15,000 miles since I leased the vehicle and over a year. Lights have also shown that liquids have been needed. The second time I took the car in and they did nothing to service it, they actually messed up the sensors. Now, every time I start the car the sensors beep. I called them to tell them and they could care less. Done with Land Rover!

Worked with Jessica. She was great in every way from start to finish. She was professional and very straightforward. Having a newborn to deal with, we were in and out of there quick with our Range Rover. Finance took all of 15 minutes. I would def recommend reaching out to Jessica for your Land Rover needs. We recently changed our Range Rover service from British Motors in San Francisco, which was grossly mismanaged, to Land Rover Marin. What a difference!Our Service Advisor, Lori Grammes, is knowledgeable and professional; she immediately identified a software update that British Motors overlooked, and installed it promptly...on a Saturday no less.We were then introduced to Horacio Socarras in Sales who, despite the fact that he did not sell us our car, patiently and clearly explained several features and has offered to advise us as needed.The Dealership even provides concierge home service to customers in SF whereas British Motors does notWe look forward to working with Lori and Horacio..

I hate to have to write this review, because I usually have a very positive experience with Land Rover of Marin, but today I was treated very distastefully by one of the service consultants. Not only did I purchase my Range Rover from their location, but I always choose Land Rover of Marin to fulfill all needs related to my car.I brought my car in a few days ago to service a problem she was having. I called this morning to get an estimate as to when she would be finished, and one of the service consultants (whose name I will keep off the internet) was incredibly rude to me on the phone. He was extremely condescending, and raised his voice to a volume that completely drowned mine out. At multiple points in the conversation, I had to wait for him to finish speaking loudly to get a word in, because his voice was much stronger than my soft voice. I understand that sometimes people have bad days, but I cant help but feeling that if I had been a man, I would have been treated with a little more respect over the phone (and for the record, I hate playing the female card, and I hate writing reviews, but my experience was that bad).

My sales rep was a woman. She was very informative and really knew how to make the car buying experience easy and painless. At Landrover Marin they really do take the time and listen to what your looking for. The one thing I love about them is they won't push back and try to sell you something similar and not exactly what your looking for. It was 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

Best Place to buy car in the Bay Area, my sales rep, made the whole buying process, from start to finish, easy and fun. She never applied any sort of pressure on me to make a rash decision. And she was completely transparent about everything. Loved working with LANDROVER MARIN, and thrilled with my new car.
