I go here often to get items like water coffee hot chocolate and snacks. It has a very clean atmosphere with a lot of different items of food and drink if you want a quick stop place to get something. Customer service is amazing

Why does it say Open 24 hours if they re not open 24 hours?! I had the same experience as the other review where the guy is cleaning the food area & finally looks up & mouths something at me that I cannot hear. I put my hands up like I don t understand & he continues to mouth things at me. I wait, & he goes in the back. A man at the pump tells me that he won t help me. I told him a few weeks ago a customer pushed the doorbell (which I can t find), & they let us in (different worker). The man said yah but this guy won t help you. He just goes in back. All I need is a couple of cans of cat food. I came here after the 24 hour Safeway in Albany was closed again for the 2nd time in a month. Don t expect to be able to buy anything in the middle of the night at this location.

Pretty disappointed at the lack of customer service..... I thought customers come first but, I guess they really don't.Just had my worst experience ever.Money is tight right now.I am having issues with my bank so, currently no card. Have cash only.I was on e when I pulled in.I walk up, the door is locked ... Even though there is no sign on the door that says they are closed, and online it even says that they are open.So, I walk over to the window..... I'm observing this guy whom I have never seen working here before (I've been coming to this gas station for years) slowly cleaning the hot food area, just blatantly ignoring me.I finally knock, only for him to start mouthing words to me which I can't understand, and I am gesturing that I can't hear him or understand.Rather than walk up and just simply say what he's trying to say so I can hear him, he just goes back to cleaning.I proceed to stand there, until he finishes cleaning that area. Then, he walks up to the far end of the register, away from the window and starts gesturing that he's closed...... I can see that the registers are on and not locked up, and I start talking into the speaker right there by the window so he can hear me, and I explained that I don't have enough gas to get to the next gas station and I don't have a card.And he just ignores me.Absolutely AWFUL customer service and I am incredibly angry, disappointed, and I feel incredibly disrespected.That is absolutely awful customer service and I'm incredibly mad.So, as a result, I am now stuck on the side of the freeway, flagging down strangers to help me out and take me to a gas station to help me get some gas in my vehicle. I can't believe this man thought it would be okay to treat a customer like this. I am furious.

they have 2 seperate single person bathrooms. there is also a self checkout machine which most gas stations dont have. they have an atm machine and plenty of things to buy. there are far worse places to get gas from. if you need gas or a pit stop come here.

Falsely advertising the "open 24 hours" saying. All pumps said to pay inside at 2am, yet the entrance doors were locked. The person on the inside just stared at me. Great place

EXTRA MILE convenience store. Just wanted to make people aware that this is an extra mile convenience store attached to the Chevron. Open 24 hours. Also note that there are limited hours to buy lottery tickets in Marin as far as I know so you may want to be aware of that. Great resource for the Best Western next door

Right now there s no gas pumps. under construction but convenience store is open. new pumps everything is up and running!

Closed for multiple hours in the early morning on Mondays with the same employee. 1200 to 0100 and 0200 to 0400 on the same monday.

Not open 24hrs as advertised on building and online. Staff inside. Door is locked.

Homeless guy parked at one of the pumps eating his fried chicken. Came by an hour later and he was still there. Creepy.Otherwise good station.

My wife was stuck here after a tire blowout and the women working inside were kind to her. Also a super convenient location.
