I stopped in with a chain saw I just cannot start. He went over it and I really appreciated his honesty. Steele is just harder to pull than the brand I had previously. He said there was nothing really to do to make it better. I will sell the steel and by a Husky but I liked the honest non condescending discussion.

Been there since 750 this morning waiting to get my equipment back which you took on the 1st . I told you that I am responsible for the maintenance and Lawn Care on multiple units and use my equipment all the time. When I stop by on the 27th and found you standing outside your shop I told you you were screwing me then because you would not return my equipment you then told me I had to wait till Monday almost another week for my equipment here it is Monday morning and you're still not open.Again notify the owner that he was screwing me over by not returning my equipment while he was standing in front of his business still making me wait till Monday to return my stuff

Once again, BCS provided excellent service for our family. We recently purchased a used golf cart that needed new tires. Brent was extremely helpful and gave us options regarding purchasing the tires ourselves or through BCS, and then proceeded to mount them for us. They are always helpful and knowledgeable and are excellent about returning phone calls and keeping us informed. Thanks for the great service!

Called several times, no one ever answered. Sent a request through their website, nothing. Went elsewhere. I don't play like that!

Terrible customer service. They couldn't give me an estimate when I dropped it off, and then they lied to me and said that they called me when it was finished, and they hadn't called. They changed their story 2 or 3 times in the 10 minutes I was there to pick up my equipment, and then yelled at me to leave their shop.edit: I double checked my missed calls, and there weren't any from them, also, no voicemail.

Brought my wood chipper in would not start. Had it serviced and running like a top in 2 days. Fair price, good service and family owned. I take all my gas power tools to them
