As a first time buyer and after weeks of searching for this specific car Eddy reached out and It couldn't have been a more authentic experience. Everything was explained thoroughly and there was never an moment where i felt like they were just looking for another sale by being understanding other situations and scenarios. Also GM Manny was super helpful with any other questions i had and they were both super efficient with making my first time buy smooth and seamless. If your looking for an car Eddy & Manny are the best!! They make you feel at home so your experience buying is going to be just as memorable as your experience with your new car. Auto Depot Madera gives chances so give them yours and you wont regret it!!

With what seemed like a MIRACLE, Eddy got me approved and out the door with a dope 15 Honda CR-Z Hybrid. He was fun, honest, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Auto Depot Madera.His associate, Ishmael, was also extremely friendly! He even picked me up from Fresno, to get my vehicle.Thanks, guys!

Come buy a vehicle at Madera Auto Depot. Mandy is the Best saleswoman and will set you up with your hearts desire. Very knowledgeable, quick and personal. I will come back to Auto Depot in the future. BIG THUMBS UP!!!! It was a great experience!!!!

I m Going Be Honest I Was Stressed Out Looking For A Car,I ve Hit The Bay Area And Her In The Valley Merced Area And I Couldn t Seem To Find The Person Who Would Put Me In A Car. All I Got Was Let Me See What I Can Do For You. But When I Came To AD Madera I Met With Mandy I Told Her I Really Need A Car And She Said Today You Will Be Driving Off This Lot In A Car.. Not Only Her But Manny Also Came Through And Made It Happen. Im Driving Off I A 2017 Honda Acoord Sedan Sports.. Thanks To Mandy And Manny..

I was having a very hard time with other dealerships. I called Eddy and he was helpful from the jump. He worked around my needs and I left with a car. Something I didn t think was gonna be possible! I am a returned customer. We enjoyed the service so much that we decided to return on my first night bringing it home. Red lights came on and I called the dealership. They did not hesitate to take care of the problem. It was a really simple one, but just the fact that they took the time to answer my questions, and to take care of the situation is what made me even a lot more pleased, and I will not hesitate to buy another car from them

Just got a 2018 Honda Civic Si from the guys at Auto Depot in Madera. Steve, Francisco and Manny did EVERYTHING possible to get me in the vehicle I wanted. I was denied time after time and these guys came through! My credit is not good but they found a way. I am forever grateful. Drove 3 hours to pick my new car and Francisco hooked it up with a FULL TANK! Steve had the paperwork ready to go and done in a jiffy. I recommend anybody that has been denied to talk to these gentlemen, they'll get you approved!NO JOKE.

Great customer service. Provided me with a great deal and kept working until I was happy. Drove 4 hours from SoCal and definitely worth the trip. Went home in the truck I wanted and was super happy with the price. Would recommend anyone to go see Steve and Manny.

Amazing service here, thought they were just trying to swindle me out of money like most car dealerships, but they actually care about all their customers.Eddy did an amazing job helping me find the perfect car to fit my needs with affordable pricing and within my budget, never tried selling me something I didn t want, I m so glad that this was my first choice, defiantly recommend this place to anyone who needs a car. I appreciate the staff at Auto Depot Fresno. I had a positive experience that included finding the right car, for the right price, and with the right service. Heady and Baby Joker were professionals that listened to my needs to provide a tailor made experience. They were recommended by a family member, and I would recommend Auto Depot Fresno to anyone.

Everything was fine till I check the car.It didn t have any speaker so I could liste to music and Gad to buy new tires the next day because the tires had no thread so after paying 30 grand. I think they rip me off.

Good car lot, nice variety of cars. Eddy and Mandy are awsome. Just a heads up, if your moving to Idaho, refinance your vehicle before you do. The finance company won t refinance if you move to Idaho. Oregon and Washington is fine.

I know what you're thinking: 4.9 overall rating and NO negative reviews? For a car dealer? What kinda BS is that? Well, I didn't quite believe it either, but after buying a car from Sammy and Angel, I was blown away. Straightforward, honest, respectful, helpful, understanding, friendly, customer-obsessed...all adjectives that apply to my experience. They really worked out a great deal on a car for me. So great, that I drove almost 3 hours from Sacramento to do the deal. It was a Sunday and Sammy had friends and family at his house waiting on him for a BBQ. Didn't matter, he kept the dealership open past closing and patiently took care of every aspect of the transaction, reassuring me along the way that I shouldn't worry about the time. I drove down there alone, so he let me take the car I purchased, stored the one I drove down there overnight, and helped me arrange transporting it back to Sacramento. These dudes are complete rock starts in my opinion. In fact, I am already working with Sammy on another transaction (1st purchase from Frontline was 3 days ago)! Thank you Sammy and Angel. See you again soon.

Amazing service and they walked me through every step of buying my first car. Angel was great and showed me through all of their inventory. He then suggested a 2013 Mustang, and I fell in love with it. The owner went through different banks to get me the lowest APR possible. I felt comfortable while being there and they are transparent with everything. I recommend this dealership, and I will definitely be back in the future when I need another car. Thanks Auto Depot for everything!

I just got a 2007 Mazda 6 the other day , fount Frontline on Google and was pleasantly surprised when I called and Rudy answered the phone and was very professional, that being the only reason I drove over an hour in the rain to go see the car. The whole process of buying was a pleasant experience being that Rudy wasn't pushy to where all he cared about was the money, he was genuinely helpful. At the end of making the deal the boss man Sammy was very nice and helpful and worked with my budget and actually cared. Although the car had an issues Sammy was a man of his word and made sure my new car got fixed immediately and with no questions asked as far as not believing me or trusting me. I honestly would recommend someone to get their first car through frontline . Thanks so much Sammy and Rudy , you guys are amazing!
