I purchased a leveling kit from 4 wheels parts and was recommended to come to Rudy's Automotive.....I called in first and the Customer Service over the Phone was good that I went to check them out.I was in a bit of a rush and Rudy got me in and out in a timely matter and I got to observe the Swap in Person.I would recommend to come to this family owned establishment I believe in Supporting Small Businesses! Since i my self own a small business also!Thanks again guys I'll be back soon.....

Took my Honda Pilot 2008 had a check engine light on... Rudy called me once it was done.. I got there and he had good/bad news.. I had 2codes and he repair both parts plus my connecter from the air filter to the throttle which he notice that it was damage. The bad news after repairing it he took it for a spin and my car started to shake a lot...did not happen before.. the old vtec valve was almost new but wasn't working.. he replace with a new one.. that's when the shaking started... he took that one out and it seem it was working so he order new one... he made sure the new one was working.. he put it on.. we went for a road test me and him.. perfect he fixed the problem... the next day I took him the oxygen senor and he replaced it and made sure everything was good! The reviews from google did not disappoint me! Great mechanic, to be trusted, explains everything part by part! Pretty disappointing experience..Came here to have them check my vehicle to diagnose what's wrong and possibly tell me what it might cost or even a rough estimate (I get it, you can't really say what it'll cost without doing some work, but that really showed how interested Rudy was).I waited around for over 30 minutes, there was people walking around, some employees, and I think some were customers, and some were friends (based on the way the spoke with each other they also walked all over the shop).It really just seemed like they service people who they know before just a regular customer. I really want to do lots of work on my vehicle from bushing, suspension and for what I came for. Unfortunately, Rudy, didn't seem to care very much nor did he seem interested. So for that, I have to give them 1 star and really never return. On to the next shop.

Rudy and his crew are the best mechanics in my experience. I used to go to my auto dealer for service but their high prices and outrageous wait times were too much for me. After taking my vehicle to Rudy's I will never return to the auto dealer AGAIN as long as Rudy and his crew are still in business I will continue to give them my business as well as reccomend family and friends to them.

2/13/18 Rudy is the best! My husband had my son s 2003 Ford Ranger towed into his shop. Previous mechanic diagnosed blown engine. Rudy confirmed, we decided to have engine replaced along with three new catalytic converters. His price was a lot less then quoted by another mechanic.He ordered a new engine and had it completely in and running within three days. What an amazing job, truck ready as promised by end of week. Five stars for Rudy and his entire shop.

This is the only shop I trust with my Jeep. They do great work and their prices can't be beat. They're honest, answer all your questions and give you suggestions when you don't know what to do. Hi Rudy! I just want to let you know how grateful I am for your help last Friday when I popped my front left tire as I was panicking so much you were so patient and even drove my car to the nearest tire shop! After driving around and calling multiple auto repair shops in the are of South gate.Most were too pricey and others were scared to press out some lower control arm bushing, but good thing I found this shop online Rudy was very helpful and got the job done right. Highly recommend this shop.

Been going here since 2001! Cleanest work around. Rudy runs his shop with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Rates are just right for the quality of the work. People's nature is to complain. He might take his time, yes, but I've never been back for the same issue!!! #bestmechanicaround

5 stars for Rudy. Came in with a service engine light on and a list of errors for Rudy to diagnose and fix. He recommended I replace a simple part before he charged me for any type of work and guess what? My engine light shut off and I m off to get my smog check. I ll Be sure to consider Rudy next time I need work on my cars. Thanks Rudy

A couple of days ago I took my car in for a check up. The temperature light came on, they gave a me quick diagnostic of the issue and took care of it. The mechanics that were working on my car were very helpful. When I was driving away and not seeing the temperature light come on, gave me a sense of relief. I will definitely be recommending this my mom and sister. Thank you!

Nobody is perfect and good mechanics are hard to find. I like that he is not shy to disgnose any car/truck problem. Most mechanics don't want to bother with my old range rover. My mk1 audi tt he got my ac nice and cold. Others wouldnt touch it. Shop is clean and he moves fast.

Best mechanic in the area! Very trustful, he's been fixing my gmc 96 for 2 years already and had no problems other than small maintenance. Would definitely recommend to the next person with car troubles. The staff is also hella nice!

I was recommended to Rudy s shop, where I got to know Jr. Great mechanics at the shop , jr was very detailed n explained everything about my situation and took care of problems. He makes you feel confident and you know you can a trust a person like him. Btw prices are fair ..

Bad service and a Waste of time. I rarely am able to take the time to get my vehicle fixed unless I borrow one for the meantime and these guys just wasted my time. Went in around 12 with no clients and they said they had to wait for there boss to check it so I left it there for the whole day (6 hours) right before they closed I got there only for them to tell me they didn't get a chance to look at it... even though they didn't have clients at the time I got there. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE

I SEE THE POSTS AND I CANT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS....One of the guys thats a mechanic sold me a car that caught FIRE ....after being so called FIXED by one of there employeesTHIS IS BAD BUSINESS AND UNEXCEPTABLE TO ME ....NOW I AM WALKING AND WITHOIT A CAR AND THANK GOD I STILL HAVE MY LIFE TH.LOST MY CARnothing to fix this PROBLEM obviously my life means NOTHING 2 THEM....THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN OR HIRE LICENSED MECHANIVS...UNBELIEVABLE HOW THEY ALLOWED THIS TO HAPPEN AND CONTINUE 2

Can t please them all but when you get good service and done right the first time hands down we come back. I m a local for 7 years now and I ve gone to a few shops (most off road guys) and Rudy s shop has surpassed. I do mechanical work myself but there are times I can t do it all or just don t want to spend at the time. Thanks a bunch when we need it.
