Purchased a EV Battery for a Chevy Spark. Had it installed and after 30 day the battery failed. Contacted them only to be told the warranty has expired, but we will work with you on the price for another one... Really $3000 for a battery and it last 30 days and you think I would buy another one???? BUYERS BEWARE!

Horrible experience with this company! ordered a used transmission for a 2007 mini cooper , received the wrong transmission , contacted a counter salesman . The first thing he wanted to do is blame us, stating we gave him the wrong year and style of vehicle. When its our personal vehicle and had VIN numbers ready if ever asked, but never once verified, just simply places blame on you for there lack of vehicle verification to avoid these same issues . But yet, i even stated multiple time "I didn't call to argue or play the blame game ,i called to get this manner resolved". He then tells me the transmission i needed had to be tracked down, and that i would receive a call back in a hour or so with availability , 2 hours went by ,no call back. Called and stated give me 1 more hour . Called back and still didn't find a replacement. Out sourced our own transmission from another place and wanted to get a full refund as i drove 60 miles away to return the transmission and rented a uhaul for the day just to transport it back . When we arrived he took a 25% restocking fee instead of making it right, and when trying to call down and negotiate to a agreement , i was hung up on and threatened to only get store credit . NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS HERE OR RECCOMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE .......HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ODVIOUSLY IS NOT THE FOCUS THERE ! contact Mini World if you want people who have been trained to speak to customers. And as you will see from there responses to "1 star reviews" there is no plan to fix this in the future.

The parts are like new with warranty check then out if you need a part for your car half the price and still has a warranty thanks lynwood auto dismantling

Called in and inquired looking for a part.Joe was kind and gracious enough to run it on the part locator for me and directed me where to go and find it. (Which I did) thank you Joe!! Appreciate the help sir. Great service as usual at Lynwood Auto Dismantling and that is why I keep coming back for my automotive parts needs.

When you talk to them on the phone, they tell you one thing and once you get there, it s a whole different story and they tell you they don t remember about the things you talk to them or the prices and then they show you different kinds of vehicles or different parts way different than what you agreed over the phone

Did not have th part I needed but they were very polite in running it to atleast try and help me locate the part even though still couldn't find it thanks Lynnwood auto dismantling

Not a good place to go to look for parts for older cars (80's), they didn't even look in their system to just at least pretend

Very unprofessional man in the front desk. There's a high sense of prejudice in this toxic work environment. I came there asking simple question about a person who was said to work in that area, who was also in the dismantlementing business.I came in all professional asking and I quote "Hi, Sorry to bother you, but I was wondering if Jose works here? I am suppose to meet with him because he's selling me something", I was shocked to hear the reply was "AINT NO JOSE HERE KID, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE". Although, I was shocked I gave this man the benefit of the doubt that I was potential customer as a I was here to buy auto parts, so I had the idea of showing him the photo of the dismantle car that was listed online on a classified AD. I said "just to be sure, is this one of your vehicles in this photo?". The man did not even made one single attempt to glance at the photo and said "Do you not understand ENGLISH? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE".I am a Vietnamese American and I had a smaller build compared to the community in that area, the pre-judgement that I was in the wrong area is very un-professional. My family has been involved in the automobile industry for decades.To the gentleman in the front desk, you may think that your actions does not have any consequences, but rest assured the rest of the community will be able to take what they can from this review.

i call and ask for the price for a part i need it and drive 20 minutes to get there and they rise the price on the part i need, very unprofessional people and they just laughed at you !!!!
