Upon arrival I was given an estimate I trust them because they've always given me a good service when I've come and I give them five stars. Today I'm here for my inspection and I'm I'm glad that I got my inspection here jiffy lube because they took the time to inspect my vehicle carefully and assured me of everything that I needed I qualified for. I am very grateful for them. Today I was helped by Alan really professional young man thanks to him I'll be back.

I was assisted by jiffy lube team Marco, Brianna, Allen, Jasmine and Kaylly they provided an excellent service and I'm happy customer. I do suggest you come here to get your oil changed when you need it. They are a quality top notch service providers. I consider coming back here. If I need my oil change I will keep them in mind always. I appreciate them. More than words to say. I think I'm thankful for them

From the moment we drove in we were greeted warmly, I took my daughters car for an oil change and transmission oil change. I am not a car savvy and Kaylly came out and ran all the options and prices. She took her time to make sure I understood all of my options that were within my budget. She made my experience at Jiffy Lube pleasant and even offered me coffee while we waited for our car. Service was fast and fantastic, they even vacuumed and cleaned the windows to top off the great service and experience. 5 stars for Kaylly and her team.

A simple oil change took over 2 hours. They said their system went down. Did not offer any discounts for the wait. I couldn't leave because my car was already inside. It was just a terrible experience. That's why I usually prefer valvoline oil change shops, they just don't have enough locations..

Was there over an hour for wheel rotation. Then drive home didn t noticed one covering that locks in place missing. Never had any one touch my car. Now I m missing covering to my lug nuts. SMH I ll just go back to pick up part to my car. But never for services. They lied on the receipt papers about washing windows and putting coolant and vacuuming. I really think that they lied about checking everything it says. Now where my wheel covering?Services: Tires, Oil change

They rip you off at Jiffy Lube. It is disgusting the prices they charge, and should be against the law. The charged my daughter Almost $500 to change her spark plugs, and nothing was wrong with her spark plugs.she left with her car still shaking. I am reporting them to BBB. They need to be stopped.

Please, please, please find ANOTHER place to get an oil change or mechanical services other than this Jiffy Lube on Tweedy & State.They are shady on accountability for their mistakes and CUSTOMER SERVICE is on LOW MILAGE.ITS LITERALLY A LOW BUDGET FAST SERVICE.The SERVICE attendant that serviced my car isn't here anymore and myapologies to the workers that are left with his mess.

The offer was for 99.00 why would you charge labor separately on a thing that already had a fixed price? I was told 109 out the door by the representative and come time to pay was 130+Secondly the air freshener they use is the same one they use in the porta Jon's and its strong and very unpleasant in both the office and the waiting room. Lastly why put that I declined window cleaning and vacuum if I wasn't asked?Edit: Upon further inspection I noticed my car has been leaving oil stains everywhere and to my surprise when I open the hood I see oil puddles on my splash shield the oil has been splashing everywhere since my oil change. I received a email with a coupon for $12.00 off oil change but when it was time to pay they said it was $15.00 off because of a manager special but that special is always advertised anyway an all jiffy lubes advertise a manager special anyways I feel this is wrong just to get us back in I could have changed it myself or gone somewhere else which I probably will next time stop sending coupons if they are just going to say there is already a manager special!

Customer service is absolutely horrible. When I pulled up it took 10min before anyone said anything to me. Employees were on their phones walking around. At least 4 Employees walking around talking with one another. After they were done with their morning water cooler talk they finally started to assist customers. So in this all I left and went to another service.

Went on Friday for an oil change. Got there at 8:30am and left at 11am. I informed them that the last time I came they didn t close it right and spilled oil on my driveway and had to come back to fix that. (Now my driveway has no fixing does it?!) The one employee taking care of the customers told the employee working on my car to make sure he closes it up right and cleans it well so no oil is spilled. And did he make sure? I don t think so bc again my driveway has oil spilled on it meaning they probably didn t close up right again. Smdh I am a loyal returning customer for years and for various cars well I was bc I won t be returning anymore. I communicated to them in a proper manner not like other customers that get loud and angry. They also help angry loud customers first rather than the ones that actually got there first. Lost a loyal customer with me. Won t be referring anyone here anymore. Already fixed the problem NOT by them.

The worst experience ever not even a weekend day and my husband waited over 2 hours to get the service done. passed other people who were making a scene first and they are a joke don t even respect the coupons that they provide to you. So the question is do we need to make a scene and start yellingTo get the service done quicker?Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Not so good .To start they did not reset my oil light... Second they did not put sticker for next oil change...But they want sell me everything else.Please concentrate on oil changes that's what u guys are all about

I went to this place with a BMW nothing was wrong after the oil change my car was put putting then shut off at a light a hour later which had me stuck for hours then it wouldn't start. I paid 200 dollars then I called back and the general manager told me to come back when I got back they closed the shop on us and wouldn't help us can someone tell what to do.I FILL THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS THATS NOT THE WAY CUSTOMER SERVICE ISService: Oil change

Thank you to anthony and vidal and team for helping us out today on our oil change. We got there before it got busy so we we re out of there after an hour. People need to keep in mind that these people work hard. So be patient!

Horrible place to come for an oil change they will over charge you if they can . I went for a simple oil change they told me total was $98 which i Though was over priced but I needed an oil change asap Couple a minutes later one of the workers advice that my brake fluid was really low and that it needed to be replace so the new total was $129 for everything. When it was time to pay the total came up to $214 I was like what!!!!!!! The manager told me that to replace the brake fluid was an additional $129 When I got the receipt the labor was $129 ridiculous!! I will never come here again!!!! And the remaining $85 was parts. I will never come here again!!!!Service: Oil change

Second and last time I come here. Good location and no problem. A guy came to complain about something and wanted to talk to manager but they told him manager doesn't answer. Guy stated that website has a 72 hour guaranteed on website. But they just looking at the guy and I am here waiting for my car. I was told not to use Jiffy Lube for oil changes and I think I know why. Hopefully they resolved his problem and I get my car soon. Over an hour and fifteen minutes.Service: Oil change

I was giving the wrong information about what was actually wrong w my car i took it ti get the radiator flushed running fine when they completed the job my car ran hot they told me i needed a new radiator and thermostat which wasnt the problem, the heater core hose brokeFrom the pressure they put in the car from flushing i spent over $300 getting my radiator replaced just to have to spend more money

Don t do you oil service here! But if you have to make sure they put the proper oil in your car !check your car and the paper to see the oil weight matches ! In my car specially, it take 5w30 and they gave me 5w20! The manager came out and try to say that it s my fault because I signed the paper work already. I thought they were the pros but I can see not !
