Got used Firestone drive tires on March 31, they said it s good tire and when I got home and next day I saw there is a small hole on edge and it was flat. I called the owner and he said they are not responsible for used tires. I recommend to avoid this place. Really disappointed from their service never coming back again.

About half way between Nor Cal and So Cal we realized that we had a tire that wouldn t hold air. It was a Monday holiday so we worried that we were in big trouble. The team at Gutierrez Tire worked quickly to assess the problem and change out the tire. They were fast, friendly and fair in their pricing. Seriously, it was like watching a pit crew!! What a great team!! We are grateful we found you!

So we had a nail on our tire and were losing air quickly. When I called they were very responsive and prompt. We had the driver come to us and put air. We drove to the tire shop and they fixed our tire. Price was super reasonable. They take cash or card. When you are miles away from home and are looking for help, you want to call them.

We were bringing my daughter home from college on an 11 hour drive & couldn t figure out why our new tire kept losing air every hour or so. Finally pulled into Gutierrez Tire at 5pm on a Monday & they were so helpful and kind! They figured out that there wasn t a leak, but there was a crack in the rim . I was thinking oh no, what are we going to do, but no need to worry, they helped us contact a welder & he came so fast and fixed it even faster!!! We are so grateful and happily give them FIVE STARS! God bless you for helping us

These guys are like guardian angels. We had a bit of a wait since one of my tires blew out on the side of I-5. But overall service was fantastic and Gabriel was awesome. He did a quick and quality job. Pricing was very reasonable. Thanks again guys and they are highly recommended !!! A+++

I had a flat drive tire and it was Sunday afternoon. Nothing was open and the ones that were, were backed up hours in line. One quick call to these guys and they said bring it down. Not even 4 minutes after setting my brakes, the tire was off the wheel and the mechanic was plugging it. Absolutely amazing and east service and incredibly inexpensive too! Thank you guys!!

These amigos are like superman all of them . I been many years on i5 route and they are number 1 shop . Super fast , good deal on tires . God bless them .

We LOVE this shop! If you meed RV or big rig tires GO HERE!! We had to have all 4 tires replaced urgently on our RV. They did a fantastic job, quickly & they were SO KIND! I was a nervous wreck & the owner(?) was so reassuring. We even had a little trouble getting our truck started when it was time to go & one of the guys knew exactly what to do to get us going.

I love this shop! The employees are quick and knowledgeable! Not to mention that they have the patience to deal with my ever changing rims on my BMW! I have a few vehicles and I will not go anywhere else for tires then this place!!!!

The team here saved me and my family from a flat tire, far from home on a 103 degree summer afternoon. They were fast, courteous and offered a fair price for the tire and the repair. As a female traveling with kids, I was nervous they could have price gauged me because I really would have had no other option, but they were totally professional and fair and we were safely back on the road in no time! Thanks guys!

These people deserve the best rating ever. They are best at what they do. When I go to them I feel like I am a nascar driver while driving my semi truck. They take the service to next level while being honest.

Had a flat on a semi trailer tire. They got us in quickly and had the tire patched in no time. Paid a reasonable $45.00 for the repair. Definitely recommend as they re both fast and priced fairly. Methods of payment they accept is cash or card only.

Had a blowout on our trailer. They took care of us right away! Bent wheel back for us, bought a new tire, and they switched the spare back and checked other tires. Super fast and a very helpful and friendly staff! Highly recommend.

We were lucky enough to get a flat near Gutierrez Tire. They put on a retread on the flat tire and showed us how all the tires needed replacement. Thanks to them we drove slower and avoided blowing the other 3. Great business!

We were traveling to LA on I-5 as we usually have been doing for the past 8 yrs from the Bay Area an my husband noticed that the driver side tire as we were nearing Loves at Lost Hills, was losing a lb every 10 mins. E got worried and decided to get it checked out l. We got gas, ate lunch and we re imaging the worst. Then my husband started googling for tire stores. We found Gutierrez Tires right behind Taco Bell. We thought it would take a couple of hours and we were preparing ourselves mentally for a long wait.The minute we pulled into the complex they had us drive into the shop, two people immediately took out the tire and found the issue( nail in the tire). They patched it and had us on our way all in 20 mins and it cost us only $30.00Thank you for your prompt service with a smile.

Would HIGHLY recommend !!! We broke down on our way down from Pismo and was stuck for 6 hours waiting for Triple A ! We then gave Gutierrez Towing a call and they were there in 30 minutes!! Great service!! Big thank you to Alex and his wife.

Amazing service! Called them around 9:30pm because we got a flat on interstate 5. They are open 24 hours and were able to repair our flat and have us back on the road within 15 minutes. Life savers! Very polite and friendly.

I can honestly say it the best service I have had in a long time, and the best part about it all, is that there is a truck wash right next to it!!! I highly recommend this spot. If you have down time pull up and get it all done.

We brought out RV here for a tire replacement while on a road trip. Had a tire replaced (NEW) in 20 minutes. Prices are reasonable & service is stellar!!!

This is a great shop. Alejandro, Mario, and the entire group treated my family with great respect and kindness, and they know their stuff. They are trustworthy and run their business very well. Thank you for helping our breakdown in Lost Hills experience something that became a positive happening for my entire crew. Gutierrez Tire Inc in Lost Hills gets my vote for the best place on I-5 to call if you need a tow, tires or getting help for your car. The truckers love this shop for good reasons, and this family run business far outpaces any of the trucker chain shops.

Blow out 2days after bought a used tire I know I shouldn't cheap out but I've paid almost $200 if u gonna buy used tire checked it really otherwise you gonna be side of highway in no time but other than that still my favorite tire shop

Amazing service! These good people, especially Alejandro, helped us patiently through hours of car trouble and let us stay in the cool the whole time. They even offered business cards for several other shops to accommodate our specific needs. Definitely recommend

Mario & his team saved my butt big time! Was driving south down the stinky I5 when my car started vibrating bad, turns out one of my tires developed a bulge & could have burst had I not exited & stopped. I called around & Gutierrez tire was the closest, though 20m in the opposite direction. I threw on the donut spare & drove back there, where Mario & the guys luckily had a used tire in my size. They were very friendly, quick, efficient, patient & helpful. Luckily they were open at 8pm, so I was able to get back on the road & make it to SoCal that night. I just can t fathom why some newer cars come without a spare, not even a donut!!

Got a flat tire and they took us in immediately. Within 30 minutes we were back on the road. We were lucky it happened close to this shop. This happened on our way to Disneyland and we were upset and thought we would spend hours at a tire shop, but they were AMAZING!!! SO THANKFUL FOR THEM!THANK YOU FOR GETTING MY FAMILY AND I BACK ON THE ROAD, ASAP!

Got a flat on the road going south on I-5, long story short we had our tire changed fast and for a really good price. The gentleman that changing our tire was very helpful and you can tell he takes pride in his work ethic. These people are genuine and worth every word of this review, thanks guys.

I got a bad flat last night off the 46 about 10 miles from the 5. With a kit, I managed to make it to their shop about 1am. Long story short, the last place I took my car stripped my lugs and the wheel could not be removed! Their staff tried every which way to Sunday to get the wheel off. When all was lost, they were able to change the tire ON the car. This was no easy task done by hand. They handled it with grace and professionalism and didn't charge an arm and a leg to fix. I was expecting hundreds and was pleasantly surprised with a reasonable rate. 1am emergency car repairs aren't easy to come by, and at a rate cheaper than most chain service centers, I recommend these guys any time you're nearby. They really saved my hide last night, got me back on the road quickly, and I was able to make my meeting this morning. I can't express my gratitude more.

Like most reviewers here, we got a flat while traveling on I-5. It was a tire on our triple axle boat trailer. These guys popped up on my Google search for nearest tire shops and what a gift! Even though they were 10 miles behind us they got to us within 10 minutes and we were on our way in less time than that! Everyone from the guy who answered the phone to the guy who changed the tire were courteous, professional and just good people! Thanks guys! Highly recommend!
