Happy to fill my tires with air on my Sprinter. Showed me where to find the recommended tire pressure on the door frame. I also bought propane for the camper. Really nicer people willing to teach others how to take care of their vehicle gets 5 stars from me.As I side note I have never had any major service done there.

Jim is the man. Been going to him ever since I could drive. Honest reasonable mechanic who knows his stuff. Never been a problem with my 97 Ford Ranger he couldn t fix from alternator to front I-beams to transmission to electrical.

They forgot to tighten a bolt on my brakes last time I went here. Brakes are definitely something you should double check! Always are extremely careless and not at all apologetic for their mistakes. Severely over torqued bolts and now it's extremely hard to get them off so someone else can change the oil. Go anywhere but here, Jim is a really bad mechanic.

Chris is the man! Very kind, honest and most of all caring. He is an actual person who listens and cares. I have been in multiple situations as I drove a 2001 Saab and Chris has always gone above and beyond, working around my work schedule and has even given me a loaner vehicle during a sticky situation so I wouldn t miss my flight for a vacation.This guy just gets it. Thanks Chris!

I took my car to this shop for a vehicle inspection along with a buyer I had a purchase contract with. Prior to this visit, My vehicle got all services done with a specialized German auto service shop in N Cal. At pacific auto services they violated two major procedures in auto repair business they got licensed to do: 1. They took my car "in" without giving me a written consent/ service authorization form .2. THREE WEEKS after the inspection I am still waiting for their written report to tell me what wrong have they discovered on my vehicle that led to my customer loosing her deposit she paid me and me loosing a contracted sale. I posses a mechanics diploma from a 4 years accredited mechanical engineering school. These mechanics are very incompetent in German cars and have no clue on how to inspect nor they have a check list on how to inspect a vehicle. that's why they still do not provide me with the report they got paid to reproduce. On the other hand , they tried to rip my car any way they could, purposefully turning the searing wheel on spot while not in motion on several occasions which causes power steering system damage and tires wear plus unnecessary engine revving while parking the vehicle forth and back at their garage. They did not check any tire wear, suspension, break system, oil levels, computer codes, etc,, OBD system. did not even check the oil dip stick.I would not recommend this shop to anyone. they violated two major rules in this business for which they got licensed .Some how they recommended to my buyer , who's wrecked vehicle they have in their garage with the exact same engine, that mine will have more expenses to repair.

I watched Jim install a bearing onto a hub, with a hammer, in the sand, then install this sand packed bearing onto a customer's car.Jim, buy a bearing press you hack! How many cars have you done this to?
