Recently took my new X5 to Alex and his crew for a detail and ceramic coating. This was our sixth brand new vehicle which paid a visit to Deep Reflections within the first week of purchase -- the dealership may put them through a car wash upon delivery, but nice vehicles always deserve much longer lasting protection. The results are always stunning.

I found Deep Reflections on google and they did not disappoint. My car hadn't been detailed in over a decade and when they were done with it, it looked like it just came out of the dealer brand new. Highly recommended!!

Reached out to about dozen shops for PPF and ceramic coat on my 2 cars (911 and Rivian R1S). Alex was the most responsive and offered me an excellent deal that worked for my situation. He is super communicative and their team is A class. I am very very happy with the outcome of the projects and both my cars are proof of their mastery. Thank you so much Alex and team. I will use their service for every single one of my cars going forward. Don't even bother checking other shops as you wont find a better service + better price anywhere else.

Alejandro and team made my 2012 Mini look brand new again!! They did a full interior/exterior detail for me and put on my car's first ever ceramic coating, so a full paint correction as well. They even made the greying trim black again. It has truly never looked better. Alejandro is so friendly and has been super responsive.Just picked up my car from my check in/first wash after ceramic coating and I'm astonished again, will most definitely be coming back here and spreading the word of Deep Reflections to whoever will listen!

They did a phenomenal job! Wish I had taken before and after photos because it looks like a new car. There was some timing issues of when I could pick the car up and they were extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this team!

Alejandro (owner), his staff, and Deep Reflections epitomize superior workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service. I reside in Pacific Grove, and shopped extensively for weeks to locate the best tinting and paint protection film application in the area for the best price. Not only did I get the best ceramic tinting and XPEL PPF applied to my car, but Deep Reflections did it more affordably than competitors. And the work was TOP NOTCH - as illustrated in the full-front clear bra and tinting photos. This astonished me based on their location in the high-end town of Los Gatos. Even though I brought in a new Jetta GLI as opposed to much pricier luxury vehicles getting detailed onsite, Alejandro and his team treated me like a valued client - even providing a loaner car. They also took as much time as needed to ensure I could initially select the correct tinting shades, etc. The owner himself took me around nearby vehicles they had completed to show me comparison applications. Black is quite an unforgiving color when it comes to paint protection film, as any flaws will be visible. Of the prior three places I had similar work done on previous cars, Deep Reflections did a FAR superior job. And when I wanted additional work done, Alejandro was incredibly kind, helpful, accommodating, and made himself available via text and phone. In summary, let me save you the considerable time that I already dedicated in finding the best auto detail, tinting, and paint protection film business in NorCal - go directly to Deep Reflections. This is from my experience last year when I purchased a brand new 2021 Tesla Model 3 and was looking for a local shop for full front PPF, ceramic coating, and window tint. After contacting many different places for a quote, I felt Wheel Xpertz (Deep Reflections) had a good amount of reviews with reasonable pricing that can handle the job. I assumed it shouldn't be too difficult since they work on many teslas and high end cars daily.Alejandro, the owner, checked out the car and said he can take care of the job and finish within 5 days.When I came to pick up the car, I noticed they were still working on the front clear bra and did not complete the other high impact areas as requested. He told me to come back in 2-3 weeks so they can finish up. From contacting other shops, it usually takes 3-5 business days to finish all the work I wanted so I was unsure why the job wasn't completed and have to keep driving the car without the complete "protection" before getting the car back on the road.As I looked over the car, I noticed dry dirty water residue left on my door panels from when they installed the window tint. This should've been an easy wipe and clean but was somehow missed. This was kind of a red flag since if you miss a small detail like this, it's more than likely other areas will have issues. (Attention to detail).All the tinted windows also had some imperfections in them such as dust, creases, or blurry spots.While checking other parts of the car, I noticed a blade cut on the side of my door panel that was not there when the car was dropped off. The car was looked over meticulously since Tesla is known to have issues upon delivery and requires being reported within a few days.Thats not all of it either...the clear bra on the hood had a spec of bird dropping that was wrapped under it. How can this happen? Whoever was working on the car must've been rushing and did not do the proper prep or visual check.Unfortunately this was not a good experience for my one week old car. When I brought up these problems to Alejandro, he was more than willing to fix the tints/hood clear bra and was going to need another 5 days to redo the work then apply the ceramic coating. This equals to a total of 10 days without my car and he offered me a loaner car this time around.He's a good business owner since he accepted responsibility for the problems and also lost time/money on this- hoping this was just an off-experience.The service would've been a solid 4 to 4.5 if everything went well.Check out photos.Services: Paint protection, Window tinting

Thanks to Alejandro for helping to rub out a number of scrapped areas and avoiding the body shop. This is my 4-5th time there and the service and outcome is always near perfect. Additionally, Alejandro acts with integrity in communicating when you really don't need something.

I recommend Deep Reflections if you need your car detailed. I took my car to have the interior cleaned, which had years of my kids footprints on the back of the front seats, and dirty doors from handling and little feet pushing the doors open over the years. The seats also needed cleaning. I didn't have great expectations that the leather seats could be brought back into great condition. However, Deep Reflections exceeded my expectations. The interior looked next to new when I picked up the car. Moreover, although I'd only paid for the interior to be cleaned, they had washed the outside and even cleaned the tires. It looked great. Alejandro was very pleasant when I met him, and honestly answered my questions alerting me that numerous small paint chips couldn't be repaired with the ceramic service they offer. I was ready to pay for that, and his honesty was appreciated.Services: Steam cleaning, Seat shampooing

Alejandro and his team went above and beyond with my vintage 1994 Dodge Ram 2500. !The parts in it were super fragile and they knew the car meant a lot to me, so they treated it with respect in and out took extra care and did a great job.These folks work hard and deserve all the business they get!

Al is a great guy. He coated my car with Feynlab Plus self-healing Ceramic Coating. He's a man of his word, and if you have any issues, Al will take great care of you. I live somewhat far away from Los Gatos, but he's worth the commute, as he also knows how to apply and work with many other applications such as PPF - paint protection film. Had a mini detail done on my Honda CR-V. Car looks better than new. They were also able to remove the melted crayon on the dashboard. True to the name, I could see my own reflection in the ceramic finish.

Took my Jaguar to Alejandro with significant water spot damage. Another hand wash detailer in the area was unable to correct the damage. Deep Reflections not only removed all water spots, they gave it a ceramic treatment that had the car looking better than when I drove off the dealership 9 years ago!

I had a car break-in recently, and three windows were smashed, so I took my 2017 Ford Escape to Deep Reflections for an interior detailing, Alex and his team did such a wonderful job making sure all the shards of glass and particles were removed just in time for our roadtrip with our pets. The car looks and smells brand new now and we couldn't get more pleased with the quality of service. Highly recommend Alex and his team if you need any work done on your car!

For me to make the effort to write a review, it has to be for either an abysmal experience or something outright divine. I'm happy that this is for the latter.Alex would be the textbook example of a professional. At one point or the other, we've all had the misfortune of being hoodwinked by shrewd merchants who masquerade their greed with the aid of sweet talk and cheap parlor tricks. Alex, on the other hand, respects the time of his customers and offers us his very best on a platter; for a fraction of the cost that his competitors charge for the same league of services!

Alex and the folks at Deep Reflections word hard toward customer satisfaction and their work shines in your car. My experience with Dee Reflections include window tint and two ceramic coatings. All work performed non the allotted time and to my satisfaction. Seems the shop is always busy and I ve seen some incredible Tesla wraps come out of the shop. Fairly convenient to get to on University Ave and near a grocery store LG Meats and a Starbucks.

Deep Reflections detailed my Mediterranean Blue BMW 330i with a 5 year ceramic coat treatment. Great job by Alejandro and the team at Deep Reflections!To do this they first had to clay bar the car and then clean up the paint before adding the ceramic coat.The process took about 3 working days and the results were amazing. I am a diligent person. I do my research before I buy things and always look for honest and reputable businesses to work with. I bought my Audi R8 in Texas and fully wrapped it before it was shipped back to me.Unfortunately, when I received the car, there were bubbles and pealing on my clear wrap. I had the good fortune to find Deep Reflection Detailers. I met with the owner Alejandro Beltran and explained the situation to him. He was patient and courteous. He helped me through the process to get a partial warranty credit on the wrap and did a complete custom clear wrap on my Audi R8. The result was excellent. Thumbs up to the excellent service from Deep Reflections and Alejandro in particular. I got a full PPF done for my Lucid GT along with window tinting and I'm more than satisfied with the results. I would gladly recommend Deep Reflections for anyone looking for these services. I also know that a good chunk of the early Lucid owners in the Bay Area have gotten their PPF installed here - testament to the excellent work. I took my Challenger R/T to get a ceramic coating and I am delighted that I found this family owned shop. My experience with Alejandro and his crew was so incredible that I was ready to ask him for a job application - it felt like we were long time friends. Alejandro and crew did paint correction and ceramic coating on my black car, and the time and dedication that went into it definitely showed. My car looked 10x better than when it came off the dealer's lot.Alejandro goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. After my car was completed Alejandro noticed that their was rain in the forecast. He told me to put my car in the garage to help the ceramic fully cure. Well, I don't have a garage to put my car in and you know what Alejandro did? He offered to keep my car stored until the rains went away. I want to take the time to write a review because of how great of an experience I had top to bottom. From the first call I made, Alejandro provided great service. Didn t try to oversell me on things I didn t need, directed me to exactly the product I was looking for for my truck for a fair competitive price. I don t remember the last time I had such great customer service from beginning to end. I had ceramic coating and window tinting done on my brand new truck. It came back perfect and without any scratches or damage. He always got back to me when I called, very professional, and I ve told all my friends and coworkers that might need any work about this shop. I will be back soon and often.
