After getting a price from the dealer, they quoted half the price. When I brought the car in, they said it didnt even need the work the dealer said I needed, saving me thousands. They took care of the brakes that I wore out and left very happy. What a honest place. He sat and talked with me, trying to help me solve the problem and how to handle it as best as possible. This was not to his advantage financially. We have been bringing our BMWs to Autobahn for years and have always found the service incredible. Chris and the team at Autobahn are fantastic to work with. They deliver better customer service than any Bay Area dealer's service dept and pricing is fair. Phone calls and emails are returned promptly and my car is ready when promised. Highly recommend this shop.

Very nice experience. Feel like this is a trustworthy place. Had the exhaust leak code checked out here. They did a smoke check test and overall inspection. They cleared the code, replaced gas cap and said if the check engine light comes back on, they ll diagnose for free.

The service was person was friendly. I brought the car in for a drive shaft and electrical issue. They fixed the drive shaft issue, and the car runs like new. However, they couldn't fix the instrument panel issue (brake lights remain on). They told me I needed a new instrument panel if I decided to go this route which might cost ~$1000 plus labor. I found a guy that does mobile speedometer repair online and he fixed the issues for $40.00. The upshot is Autobahn is friendly and profession. The shop and waiting area are also nice. I can't give them 5 stars and feel they kind of blew me off regarding the electric issue. So, I probably won't use Autobahn in the future for electric issues but I see no reason not to use them for mechanical issues. Very happy with my first experience here. Chris was very clear and honest about the best and worst case scenario price range for the repair we needed. They were able to repair it for less than the best case scenario price, which was a huge relief. Clear communication about possible outcomes, timing and price is everything. These guys delivered on all of that. Grateful!

I have a BMW. Chris and team are very knowledgeable, capable and honest. They explain things very clearly and they would never perform any work unless it's necessary. They do a great job and charge less than the dealership.

I've used Autobahn for a used car purchase inspection, oil change and now most recently to fix a brake cable that was rubbing against the driveshaft of a 3-series. They're trustworthy, have fair and good prices, and our expert and friendly. Great location, easy to get in and out. SOOO MUCH BETTER THAN A DEALER!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I believe this car shop should go out of business. I paid for services that didn t get performed. I paid for oil and they didn t put any in. I paid for new brakes and after 120 days my car says brakes are out!!!!!Don t use this shop.

I had engine oil low light on GL. I brought it autobahn Los Gatos, the technician checked the oil level then added a quart of oil free of charge! Excellent!
